I had a wonderful stay, and everything was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of the Pyramids was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. All the staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would like to thank all the staff for their warm hospitality, care, and excellent service. I highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely come back again.

The location is awful Lift doesn’t working and it’s on 13th floor also they turn off the left and don’t want to turn it on and lying about it the rooms are not like that on the picture the door in the room that we should stay cannot locked

I ragazzi che lavorano sono molto simpatici e disponibili, ci hanno anche fatto fare un giro nel pomeriggio in vari negozi inoltre fanno da mangiare h24 La colazione non e male

Il problema principale è la zona non e per i deboli di cuore, è davvero terribile, sporca e caotica, a qualsiasi ora del giorno non ci sentivamo sicuri ad uscire se non con il taxi. L'hotel in sé non è terribile ma l'anscensore e le scale per arrivare fino al 13 piano fanno davvero paura. Le foto della vista non sono totalmente veritiere come dalle foto che troverete in questa recensione, sia per la terazza che per la camera. Sinceramente non ci tornerei, la porta della camera non si chiudeva benissimo e anche le lenzuola erano macchiate, ma la stanza in se era pulita e ordinata. Altra cosa il servizio delivery in questa zona non funziona. (Non pensate che sia la recensione di un lamentone e una recensione veritiera)

The location. Is is a filthy, run down area of Giza, not recognised by Google maps, the Hotel is on the 13th floor with a horrendously dangerous lift system,. The single glazing allowed all of the traffic noise all through the night. The toilet was unusable Astley string sewerage smell was unmanageable. The so called view of the Pryamids from the roof terrace was almost totally blocked out by new high rise developments directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast was full on Egyptian Hummus and bread, no English options. Marks out of 10 .. a very reluctant 2

I liked the kindness of the women and one of the employees who stays overnight. Mohamed, He was very kind, attentive and respectful, the breakfast was delicious, and the view was good. The rooms and the hotel are very clean,Everything was very tidy.

I didn't like the attitude of two of the employees; you'd talk to them and they'd give you dirty looks, and some things are outdated. Omar He wasn't very friendly, and neither was the one who wore glasses. It's not in a good area, but it's safe; you just have to go with a very open mind. Something I didn't like was that when I used the bathtub, a hose broke, and the employee wanted to charge me even though it wasn't my fault.

Contratamos con el alojamiento el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel, nos llevaron a otro que no era, sin previo aviso ni ninguna explicación. No tuvimos el desayuno esperado ni el trato que nos merecíamos. Muy a disgusto

It is your only choice.

Sketchy location. The hotel stafff will scam you when your order food or transportation with them. The hotel room was full of flies. Not a clean hotel. Better spending your money somewhere.

Le petit déjeuner n'est clairement pas au niveau de sa réputation (notamment pour des enfants). Très standard . un ou deux fruits seraient les bienvenus. De nouveaux immeubles sont en cours de finalisation ce qui gâche un peu la vue depuis la terrasse et les photos vers les pyramides, par rapport aux photos affichées. L'emplacement n'est vraiment pas top : Plusieurs chauffeurs de taxi nous ont dit en arrivant que le coin craignait un peu Difficulté à trouver un ATM à proximité (pas évident quand on arrive juste de l'aeroport)

J’ai découvert cet hôtel en faisant mes recherches sur booking et j’ai aimé l’emplacement qui donnait une superbe vue sur les pyramides. La chambre était très bien, propre et c’est très important en tant que voyageur. Le personnel était également très gentil et professionnel et je remercie Doaa pour l’accueil et sa disponibilité.

Il proprietario vuole solo venderti le escursioni. Ci ha mentito dicendoci che il museo era chiuso, avremmo perso una giornata di visite se lo ascoltavamo. La camera king superiore é molto rumorosa a causa dell' ascensore. Ci é stata cambiata per fortuna ma con camera inferiore.

Purtroppo era in una zona un po trasandata, quando siamo arrivati abbiaamo pensato di non fermarci. Poi in realta' l'albergo era all'ultimo piano di un palazzo e entrati siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti.

The location is much farther from the pyramids than the listing suggests, and the walk to the entrance passes by a large area of trash. The “pyramids view” is mostly obstructed by surrounding buildings, and the room itself feels worn. The staff were friendly but overly talkative, and when we decided to leave three days early, we were told we were past checkout time rather than being asked why we were leaving early. If you want a true pyramids view, I recommend staying somewhere else.

La ubicació (es un lloc una mica remot) i el wifi (no funciona gaire bé).

La habitación es cómo se muestra en las fotos, buen personal y buena limpieza.

La comunicación con el encargado fue algo compleja. Vimos una rata entrando a la cocina, no nos sorprendió demasiado, pero realmente fue la única que vimos en todo el viaje por Egipto. La ubicación es un poco difícil.
