Seaside 3 suites Penthouse with Pool Gym & BBQ Terrace

The apartment was beautiful, very spacious and well-equipped. We had everything we needed. Our daughters were thrilled with the netting over the living room. One of them said it was the best apartment she'd ever stayed in. On the beach, which is 100 meters from the resort, we spotted turtles literally 50 meters from the shore. Ron was a very good host, always ready to help and quickly answered all our questions. He also lent us his kayaks for free.

Apartament jest pięknie urządzony i jest w nim absolutnie wszystko, co jest potrzebne dla rodziny. Każda sypialnia ma osobną łazienkę. Na terenie obiektu jest przyjemny basen, a zaraz za ulicą jest plaża. Przemiły gospodarz był zawsze dostępny i gotowy do pomocy.

Na tarasie przydałby się jakiś daszek chroniący przed słońcem i deszczem.

Мы жили 13 дней в этих апартаментах и полностью довольны всем: 1. Апартаменты вживую гораздо больше, чем на фото 2. Местоположение идеальное на севере: чуть в стороне от шумного Гранд Бэй и прямо на берегу красивого пляжа (просто перейти через дорогу) 3. Свое отдельное и удобно расположенное парковочное место под навесом 4. Каждая комната оборудована своим Сан узлом 5. Сетка для отдыха детей - это просто идеальное решение 6. Полностью оборудованная кухня, на которой легко и приятно готовить, вся посуда в отличном состоянии 7. Наличие посудомойки и стиральной машины 8. Небольшой бассейн на своей террасе и хорошего размера бассейн в жилом комплексе 9. В целом это очень стильная и уютная квартира, все сделано с любовью и нам не хотелось уезжать 10. Очень дружелюбные хозяева Мы с удовольствием вернемся Мы были на Новый год и в новогоднюю ночь было шоу фейерверков, которое мы смотрели прямо с терассы, лежа в своем бассейне

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful loft apartment in the north of Mauritius. The interior design is stylish and thoughtfully done, with plenty of space and comfort. The beds are super cozy, and the large, well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. The location is excellent, very close to the beach and it’s perfect whether you’re traveling with friends, as we did, or with family and kids. A real highlight was having kayaks available just a few meters from the shore, such a special touch! Ron, the host, was outstanding. From our very first communication until the day we left, he was kind, attentive, and made everything seamless. It’s rare to find such a gem in Mauritius, and we feel lucky we did. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

Es ist eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem fanastischen Gastgeber - Danke Ron. Er hat sich immer nach unserem Befinden erkundet, und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Klima in einem Zimmer ging kaputt, am nächsten Tag wurde bereits eine neu Klimaanlage installiert - das sagt schon alles, super! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. 2 Terrassen runden alles ab. Es ist eine überwachte Anlage, das Auto kann man sogar unter Dach abstellen. Wir konnten auch seine Kajaks (Top Zustand) ausleihen, perfekt. Der sehr schöne Strand ist nur 1 Minute entfernt. Dort gibt es übrigens sehr leckeren Street Food zu fairen Preisen (Nana Mama). Rechts und links des Strandes ist es toll zu Schnorcheln. Auf der linken Strandseite, etwas vorgelagert kann man sogar den Sonnenuntergang geniessen.

Das Apartment ist perfekt: sehr sauber, modern und hell eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Our stay in this wonderful penthouse was absolutely amazing!!! Dear Ron, thank you so much for your hospitality and for the unique property that you're kindly suggesting to your guests!!! Ron has met us, helped with transfer, with luggage, with booking a restaurant for dinner nearby and with many more. Don't hesitate to use this opportunity to live in this great place, that has everything and even more that you may need, and in reality it's even better than on the photos!!!!

You'd better have a car here as taxi is quite expensive

„Ein Traumurlaub – unsere beste Unterkunft auf Mauritius“ Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns absolut wohlgefühlt. Alles war perfekt organisiert und hat unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen. Das hat uns besonders gefallen: Herzlicher Empfang: Gleich zu Beginn bekamen wir ein liebevoll gestaltetes Welcome-Book mit allen wichtigen Infos – von Restauranttipps bis zu Ausflugsideen. Ein Gastgeber wie man ihn sich wünscht: Ron ist immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und gleichzeitig angenehm unaufdringlich. Man merkt sofort, dass diese Unterkunft das „Baby“ von Ron und seiner Frau ist – sie haben unglaublich viel Liebe, Zeit und Herzblut hineingesteckt. Alles da, was man braucht – und noch mehr: Eine wirklich komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine Bluetooth-Box, zuverlässiges Internet, gemütliche Möbel und viele kleine Extras, die den Aufenthalt besonders machen. Wohnen auf höchstem Niveau: Drei gemütliche, klimatisierte Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad, dazu eine private Terrasse mit Pool – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Perfekte Lage: Ruhig, strandnah und ideal, um Mauritius zu entdecken. Unser Fazit: Das war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir je auf Mauritius hatten – und Ron der beste Host. Alles lief reibungslos, wir konnten uns komplett entspannen und einfach genießen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Appartement vraiment hyper équipé, très confortable, très beau et très cosy. Ron est un hôte particulièrement attentif au confort et au bien-être de ses locataires. On ne manque de rien.

Absence de moustiquaire. Lumière rapidement présente le matin dans les chambres côté océan.

We love everything.

1. The amenities were super helpful for us (e.g. washing machine, kitchen, tv channels, kitchen tools etc) 2. The rooms were airconditioned really well 3. The host was very communicative and helpful. Followed up everything within like an hour or so. 4. The swimming pool was clean and nice 5. The place gave a "home" like feeling, also felt like you had a lot of space, peace and felt overall very comfortable 6. The proximity to the beach is so handy. Our boat trips were 2 minutes away and close to the main road to drive to Grand Baie, Mont Choisy etc. 7. We liked the door PIN code system. We hate carrying keys around so this was much easier to use

1. The gym was very outdated and could use some renovation for people who like to exercise during holidays (e.g. it lacked some equipment but also the existing cardio equipment didn't have space to put your phone or tablet) 2. We had quite some challenges to get rid of ants in the kitchen (not sure what can be done about that in a tropical place??) 3. The vaccuum cleaner uses a type of plug that is not compatible with most plugs so we weren't able to vacuum clean everywhere since the cord was not long enough 4. Perhaps some extra cloths and spunges to do and dry the dishes.

You have absolutely everything you need in this penthouse. Three bedrooms, private tub outside, two terracces, full equiped kitchen and even a gas grill, equipment for babies like cot, dishes and babyseat. Three bathrooms for all guests. You get enough towels for you and for the pool / beach. The place can accomodate six adults (three pairs). Private and secured parking. Clean and fresh pool outside, which we liked a lot. Small gym, but enough for a short training. Its a special place to stay with a playing cage for children and adults, normally you don't get it everywhere, our small ones liked it a lot. From here you can explore the north of Mauritius and enjoy your stay. The hosts are nice and helpful.

I had the most wonderful stay at this property! The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help and ensure we had everything we needed. The accommodation itself was absolutely stunning – the interior design was elegant and tasteful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with three large bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, which offered a lot of privacy and convenience. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. The terrace was a true gem, complete with a grill and a jacuzzi – perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. And the best part? The beach was just a few steps across the street! The location was ideal, making it easy to enjoy both the comfort of the property and the beauty of the beach, shops were within a short distance. There was also a convenient parking space, and the 24/7 security gave us peace of mind during our stay. Everything was top-notch, making it an unforgettable experience!I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

Everything - loved the design, quick & very friendly communication, appartement with 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, net to play for our toddler, private pool, big community pool, walkable to beach, everything in the kitchen to cook. It was one if the best stays during our 5-weeks long trip and I would recommend it over any 5-stars place.

Since it’s a penthouse you have to take the stairs with your luggage. Fortunately this was no problem for us.

We really enjoyed our short stay!! Ron made us feel very welcomed. The facilities were like new, beds very comfy and the apartment is clean and tidy. We also liked the deco and the "net above our heads" very imaginative.
