aday - Large terrace and 2 bedrooms apartment in the heart of Randers

El apartamento tiene mucho potencial, es grande, muy bien situado en pleno centro de la ciudad, es tal cual en las fotos , va acorde calidad - precio, todo estaba limpio y facil de llegar.

Que en la cocina no hayan ollas pequeñas, faltaban cuchillos y el único que había no tenía filo, tampoco habia microondas y eso que la cocina tiene espacio suficiente.

Vinduet i det ene værelse manglede hasper og kunne derfor ikke holdes helt lukket.

Ruim en een prachtige locatie

Geen druk op het water in de douche, koffiezetapparaat deed het slecht, waterkoker vol kalk, verscheidene dingen kapot of beschadigd.

Dusjen var ikke veldig reint. Gulvene og dørene knirket veldig sånn at man våknet alle i leiligheten når man måtte på do på natta. Fantes ikke hårtørker.

God placering midt i byen med gåafstand til det meste.

Meget fattigt indrettet både hvad angår møbler, køkkenudstyr og service. Larm om natten som kommer nedefra i bygningen eller tilstødende bygning, lyder som en vaskemaskine der centrifugere hver 10 min.

Stort og godt beliggende - men mange ting at sætte sig ind i og meget upersonligt

Ringe udstyr i køkkenet og en usædvanlig ringe og meget, meget langsom kaffemaskine. 2 kæmpegryder - manglede en lille gryde

De locatie was super, midden in centrum👍

Inventaris keuken te weinig voor 6 personen. Koffiezetapparaat veel te klein. Stofzuiger stonk naar sigarettenrook. Achterstallig onderhoud ( wc rolhouders en kapstokken hingen los. Deuren sloten niet goed.) Er was geen föhn en de hoofdkussen vonden wij te dun.

Beliggenheden

Tonen i den fremsendte mail vedr indtjekningen, og ophold var decideret truende - med krav om ekstrabetaling… Ved ankomst var der ikke nummer på døren, efter at tælle os frem og spørge naboer fandtvi en dør med 3 nøgleboxe som ikke virkede ( der stod - tag nøgle i nøgle box- vi prøvede mange gange - men de virkede ikke -på trods af at det kostede kr 200 at ringe til udlejer måtte vi ringe - og det viste sig at vi skulle bruge en kodebox uden nøgle - kvinden talte temmelig dårlig dansk og var meget påståelig og modvillig. Hun blev dog i røret til vi kom ind i lejligheden- som lugtede meget stærkt af (røg???) stærkt parfumeret rengøringsmiddel. Naboen som er en vinbutik fortalte at hun ofte blev kontaktet af folk der ikke kunne komme ind .. lejligheden var tydeligvis forsøgt gjort ren - i badeværelset lå tykt støv over gulvafløb og der lå undertøj under sengen - men ellers pænt rent niveau på overfladerne

Appartamento molto spazioso con due stanze da letto e due servizi in posizione molto centrale. Molto pulito.

Ritirare le chiavi è stato molto complesso, il codice inviato non era corretto. Abbiamo potuto fortunatamente rincorrerre all'aiuto di un negoziante dei dintorni, senza il quale non saremmo mai riusciti ad entrare. Molto sgradevole e mai accaduto in nessuna situazione di viaggio precedente. Il parcheggio si é rivelato altrettanto complesso, quanche informazioni in più in merito sarebbe stata di aiuto. Sgradevole anche il tono della comunicazione che minacciava di multa chi non avesse lasciato l'appartamento entro le 10:00 del mattino. Lo stesso contenuto poteva essere espresso con toni più cortesi, Mancava il microonde (indicato nella descrizione) e la finestra della cucina che dava direttamente su un parcheggio posto al primo piano era priva di tenda. Un vero peccato, l'appartamento ha un grande potenziale.

Location

It generally not cleaned well such as the hairs in shower drains and dirty floors. The kitchen has one knife for meat that can’t cut through a mozzarella cheese that’s how bold it is, together with limited equipment for cooking.

The apartment is comfortable and easy to access, it is next to the bus station and there are supermarkets nearby, it is spacious and its television is excellent for when you are at home watching series.

The location is lovely.

Upon arrival, the building entrance smelled of feet, and the apartment was filthy. A smear on the mirror, a mop and vacuum left out, and an unlocked back door were just the beginning. We found a Pepsi bottle with soap in the shower, smears of dirt on the radiators and walls, and dust, grime, and hair everywhere, including a large dust bunny. The shower had black mold, and the floors left dirt on our socks. There were dirty dishes, food remnants, and even a latex glove stuffed behind a cushion. Worst of all, foul odors lingered—vinegar-scented bed sheets, a food-waste-smelling dishwasher, and excrement smells in the master bathroom. Plexiglass-blocked windows made airing out the apartment impossible. Amenities were broken: a burnt-out bathroom light, loose coat hooks, and damaged furniture. Missing amenities included a microwave, iron, Wi-Fi, and towels. False advertising also claimed no pets were allowed, yet we found dog hair and cigarette butts despite a "no-smoking" rule. Several amenities were unusable: stubborn doors, a clogged shower drain, and a poor shower curtain. The Wi-Fi was down for most of our stay. After contacting the host, we learned the internet provider had no issues, raising suspicions about the host’s honesty. Research revealed many other complaints about uncleanliness, broken amenities, and theft. The host was unprofessional, accusatory, and uncooperative. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue through Booking.com, the only compensation we received were reward credits after the host lied about reimbursing us. Communication was poor, and at one point, the host even hung up on me mid-conversation. Completely unacceptable experience.

Incredibly spacious, excellent location, genuinely a great place to stay.

The floors were a little dirty? But that's the only complaint I have for the whole stay, and that is a small complaint.

Spacious, location, comfortable beds. It's 1.5 baths--1 bathroom is only a toilet + sink, so we all had to share the 1 small shower in the master bathroom, but that was fine for us on this visit. Window blinds and curtains all worked, fridge worked, toaster & kettle worked. Bare-bones kitchen but enough for basic breakfast or simple meals.

There was only 1 bath towel per person and 1 kitchen towel provided--no washing cloths and no face or hand towels. Bad for washing hands. Really Big Problem: Shower curtain more than 20cm too short on the bottom, so all of the water hits the shower floor and splashes over the shower curb onto the bathroom floor. There is no bathroom mat or rug provided. It is a lot of water because the shower curb is low. The water does not dry out (no bath fan/ventilation). The bathroom floor slopes toward the entrance to the bathroom. This meant the entrance always had standing water and your socks or shoes would get soaked when you went in or out. You'd track water onto the rest of the apartment floors also. We were forced to use 1 of our bath towels as a floor mat as a result, as there was no bath floor mat. Since you are charged if you use any extra towels, and there were no hand towels, bath mat, or face cloths provided, this was a big problem. Shower had black mold on walls despite everything else being clean.

Convenient location and spacious. Extensive self check in instructions.

The threats for paying 200 DKK if asking a question that could have been found in the information app, or 500 DKK minimum for not following all check out instructions is very unfriendly and unsettling.

Great location. Roomy with lots of light. Heated bathroom floor.

We had to make our own beds. 1 towel only for each guest. Nothing to dry dishes in the kitchen. Had to buy an extra set of bedding to get a towel for the kitchen.
