Family Gathering with Bathtub in Icon City, 12 Pax near Bandar Sunway

The accommodation was spacious and suitable for a group.

There are noticeable stain on bedsheets, sofa in living room sinks in when you sit on it and mattress is too soft for our preference. Parking is very confusing, clearer instructions are required. The parking arrangement was quite confusing as well, and clearer, more detailed instructions would be helpful for guests, especially those visiting for the first time.

The host is helpful and responsive . The unit is clean and spacious. We have enjoyed our stay !

We didn't really like the parking . As the parking basement dont show the way to the specific parking lot clearly. We have turned many rounds to find the way to go down to the basement

the bathtub cant use and while using another side, the water cant go down

Bathroom in every room which is convenient for a big group. Place is quiet, peaceful with a nice view.

Location is a bit of a problem - we've had several cases of grab bookings cancelled by drivers. Not sure why. The entire place is like a ghost town, though - from what we can see - one small convenience store, one cafe, one sarabat stall serving the entire complex.

整間屋發出一陣味，被子有血漬、黃色漬，枕頭有一陣味，沖涼房去不到水，燙斗燙不到衣服，其中一間房燈不停閃動，好像鬼屋。最終第一晚要連夜搬走，一行十人入夜拿著行李周圍去找別的酒店入住。

big and spacious, suitable for big groups of family or friends. Plenty of rooms VS bathrooms, as advertised (this is important especially if you have couples needing privacy) There are shops nearby if you need to get things at night (mart) Within travelling distance of malls (easy to drive or grab)

Parking was a bit confusing, but you will get used to it. Traffic around the area can get a bit challenging, especially if you are not used to it

Aircon at living room was not cold., master bathroom was transparent, can be seen clearly from the upper floor.

Very comfortable stay and near to many attractions too... had a splendid stay at this place. Thank you so much for having us!♥️

The Wifi in each room, should be improved.

Location is convenient. The unit is clean and has the basic kitchen items and room bedding for our use.

There werent bigger plates. Would appreciate more pillows and better linen.

Apartment was furnished nicely, modern and clean. One bathroom per room was much appreciated. Parking is generous and located near the lift to the apartment.

Was given wrong address to the property and ended up in some industrial estate. Had to key in Icon City into Google Maps to find the correct address. Also, we went to the wrong valet, so from there, it was hard to follow the picture instructions to find the mailbox/key collection location. Was wandering for quite a while and ended up being delayed to dinner. Did not receive proper instructions on the keys either, and one of the keycards ended up not usable so we were stuck at the entrance trying to get in for some time until a kind resident helped us get in and told us our keycard was low on battery. The host only told me to use the other white card when I asked. Before that, I did not know what it was for as it looked different from the other two access cards and I thought it was just a piece of plastic. Advertised as having 4 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed in the bedrooms, but we were missing 2 single beds which we needed for our group of 10. I was told after that the listing was wrong. The sofa bed wasn't too comfortable. Also, we were short of two towels. The host was apologetic though, and provided some compensation. Also, there are no local channels on the TV, only smart TV access, and all the apps need account log-in except for youtube, so we were stuck only watching youtube. Btw, the apartment is located in a shopping building, we thought we could do some shopping there, but ended up not being able to find the advertised Thursday market, and the building is rather empty with only a few shop and eatery tenants. Seems a bit like a dead town, though it looks new.

The house is huge and very comfortable. The view from the living room is nice

The floor drain in the all bathroom is a bit clogged and caused stagnant water

Spacious home to fit in a big group of friends. Every room has their own bathroom which is a value added point. The view from the unit is magnificent.

The maintenance of the building, water stain/leakage at bathroom. The flooring at the shower area is uneven. Parking is at lower ground where lighting is a bit dim.

Spacious, good location and facilities. Friendly and easy check-in.

The beds(mattress) were quite hard. Dusty airflow, not sure if the air-conditioner was dusty and causing dust build up.

The parking hard to find , can improve with the sight board , B1 , B2 , show the direction how to go . Waste time to find car park .

everything, from the hospitality, very kind and helpful owner, very clean and well maintained apartment. kelly’s place was amazing. i stay with my big family, 11 people, my grandmas say this apartment are very nice, feels like at our own home. thank you kelly for the very very amazing hospitality
