Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Varning för denna värd! Vi fick en annan lägenhet än den vi bokat. Den vi bokade hade fönster i sovrummen, den vi fick hade inget fönster i något av de tre sovrummen. Det var klaustrofobiskt och dålig luft så en av oss valde att sova i soffan i vardagsrummet. Först efter tre dagar av mail med värdens avlägsna kundtjänst erbjöds vi att flytta till en annan lägenhet. Det var först när jag hotade att koppla in advokat som erbjudande om en annan lägenhet kom. Fruktansvärt dåligt. Jag avråder er att boka något av denna värd, de går uppenbart inte att lita på.
Vi fick inte det boende vi betalt för.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Great location—easy access to town via a short walk or tram, and very close to the drag lift. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, with high-end décor and quality fittings. It felt very comfortable, light, bright, and beautifully presented. The on-site bar and restaurant (Zoft) is a real highlight—we’d definitely recommend a game of darts there! The sauna is excellent - used it every single night, and the views of the mountains and lake are absolutely stunning. Ski storage and the bridge to the lift (although this drag lift was old and very long) were very convenient. The smart key system worked well once we got used to it, and communication from the management team was quick and helpful throughout. Tip: Garage parking (via an external company, Aimo) is worth booking as parking outside also seems limited but it can’t be arranged far in advance. We had to amend it last-minute, which wasn’t very straightforward with a rental car as we didn’t know the registration plate.
One bedroom had no windows and got a little warm as a result. A toaster would have been useful (we had to use the oven grill), and slightly larger saucepans would help for family meals. A Nespresso machine would also be a nice addition.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Ett riktigt fint, rent och stort boende med fräscha toaletter, sköna sängar och rymliga utrymmen! Närheten till liften var ett stort plus. Vi stortrivdes och kommer gärna tillbaka! Utsikten var helt magnifik!
Det strulade med lamporna och ena duschen när vi kom dit men det löste sig inom ett dygn. Vi saknade en kiosk eller Livs i närheten.

Fantastic views over the resort from panoramic windows in living room. Pid parking next door to apartment and fantastic restaurant attached. Very spaciaous accommodation
Bedrooms had no windows. They were a little hot, no heating controls and no window to open

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Very comfortable beds and a peaceful place. Kitchen amenities were mostly good for all kinds of cooking. Easy access to the slopes and the Åre town. Service responded quickly to address some minor issues.
No curtains in living room was quite awkward with no way to block the blinding evening sun or view from neighbour. It's impossible to watch the TV when the sun is shining. Sauna was of poor quality, but that of course is impossible to fix without reconstruction. A decent "löyly" there, but it gets flooded with missing drainage. Some basic amenities we missing, such as a toaster, a clothes drying rack and a bathroom/sauna floor water sweeping tool. These items can be easily amended by the owner if they want :)

A place with a sauna should offer separate towels for sauna use. Also, a short instruction manual for how the sauna works would be great (especially for international guest who don't use a sauna every day).

Basic kitchen materials were missing. Like toaster. There were pot but no boy lids. Sauna was missing textile to sit or paper version ( hygienia question). Basic cleaning materials missing. TV was really old so no channels ( like watching olympics from a normal channel)

Dock lite lyhört via ventilationen mellan sovrummen. Maskindisktabletten tömdes inte ut i maskinen, är nåt fel på luckan.

The kitchen had lots of crockery and cutlery but needed more pots and pans and chopping boards/knives to cook for a larger number of people. The only shop is a 20 minute walk away so stick up first.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025The apartment had stunning view on Are and the lake. Its living room was nice but problem was that the actual apartment was totally different from the one that was shown on the pictures. Very nice restaurant Zoft was located in the same building.
The photos of the apartment and the actual apartment did not match at all. The actual apartment had windows only in the living room. None of the bedrooms had any windows. The ski lift was indeed near but it did not operate in December - so car was needed to go skiing. Apartment was not on ground floor as promised. The keys did not work in the beginning. You could hear steps of neighbors from the upstairs.

Åpen løsning med nymotens kjøkken og stue.Tre soverom med god størrelse, to bad og en privat badstu. Ligger i høyden med panoramautsikt og sentral beliggenhet. Gåavstand til Åre sentrum.
Det eneste som er å utsette på oppholdet er varmen i leiligheten. Vi var der i oktober og det begynte å bli kjølig vær, men det var ikke mulig å få opp varme i radiatorer og gulvvarme på bad. Ble derfor litt kaldt. Ta med deg varme klær.

Boendet var jättebra. Min konstruktiva kritik är att information om incheckning / nycklar till boendet var stökigt. Tvingade alla resanden att ladda ner en app som sedan inte behövdes. Samt det var en hel del strul att få Wifi att fungera, när det väl fungerade så funkade det men det var lite meckigt. Supporten via telefon och meddelanden var mkt bra! 👍🏼

Was charged twice and very little help from personal and costumer service with that. Digital platforms very unmature for locks, bookkeeping and ID-service. The appartement was not the one shown in the add. No Windows in bedrooms. Very restrictive contract.

Key entry system was terrible. Items were broken in apartment, lights, curtains hanging off rails and the last occupants rubbish in the cupboard. We asked for lights to be fixed on first day but no one bothered to fix them.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2025Excellent location. Clean and spacious apartment. Comfortable rooms. There is a walkbridge connecting the apartment complex and the ski lift. Only 50m from the front door to the closest lift.
Expensive parking. While communicating with the staff via the app, there were several oddities. For example, the staff thought the apartment was located in Stockholm and not in Östersund, Åre. We also paid extra so we could have a late checkout, but our keys to the apartment were nevertheless disabled at the original checkout time. We tried to make sure this didn't happen by reminding the staff to extend the time the electronic keys would be usable. We were reassured that everything is in order, but this was not the case. Eventually we managed to resolve the situation with their support.

we thought we rented two similar apartments. but the pictures on the booking.com website was only from the other apartment. that one obviously matched very well the description and the pictures. but the other apartment did not match the pictures at all. in the other apartment the living room was less than half the size of the one in the pictures. and none of the bedrooms had windows in that apartment, despite the pictures were all taken from bedrooms with windows. It is very misleading to market both of the apartments we rented with only the pictures from the larger and better apartment.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2025Good location for the ski lifts, views of the runs & frozen lake. Super warm apartment ours was on ground level; on 4th floor ski room & bridge from apartments to the slopes. Good online communication, mobile entrance app on phones worked well, loaded before arrival.
As other comments mentioned - toaster, plus extra sized frying pans & saucepans would be good, also a dustpan & brush. Shame nearby parking expensive struggled at times for spaces.

The apartment itself was really like new and as a bonus a great view of the village. Contact with the host also worked great if there were any questions. Although there weren't many because everything was as promised. I can only recommend it!

Reviewed Mar 3, 2025We have been to Åre many times and Tott is such a good choice for easy slope access and the view that is amazing. These apartments are decorated nicely and offers a lot of space!
Only thing missing is cleaning gear such as vacuum cleaner or broom. It would be nice with a restaurant but I think they chose to not have it anymore. Bedrooms had no windows but it was not bothering us much.
