Reviewed Aug 31, 2026A beautiful and peaceful place to stay by Walensee. The apartment was very comfortable, stylish and thoughtfully designed, with lots of interesting and modern touches. The views were absolutely stunning and the whole setting felt quiet and relaxing. Parking right outside was very convenient. There is also a lovely outdoor area with a BBQ, trampoline and toys for children – unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy them this trip. The location was excellent for exploring Walensee and the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed a boat trip from nearby Mühlehorn to Weesen (there is a convenient glass recycling point nearby). And also drove through the beautiful mountain scenery towards the Swiss–Italian border. Even practical things were easy. A wonderful base for a family stay.

Reviewed May 21, 2025The place is great. Has everything you need and definitely recommended for groups. The view is amazing. Very clean and overall exceptionally good.
The owner made us wait 20 minutes at the door even though they knew our arrival time. They were a bit rude, acted like they dont want anybody in the house. I understand that they have their rules but 10 am checkout is not that good. (We have asked for 11 am they agreed but not with a smile) They also asked us to put the dishes in their original place even though we have put them in the dishwasher and started it before leaving. So the owner and the staff is the only downside of the place.
