Is the best place

To begin with, on the first day after check-in, $900 was stolen from our room. Presonal and menezder didn't show any enthusiasm for helping, we watched the surveillance video twice, and it turned out that 10 minutes of the recording had simply been deleted. Our room was never cleaned in 8 days, the bed linen was never changed, the garbage was thrown out once, and that was because we asked the manager about it. This is not a tourist area at all, only locals live there, and so does this hotel. I can't afford to rent a room here, the price is very high for such a disgusting service and location. We were very upset by these events for another month, because we came to Cambodia on a long trip. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to.

1. У нас было забронировано два номера. Один супер люкс и семейный номер на 6 человек. При заезде выяснилось что номер супер люкс уже был сдан другим людям. Хотя я заранее списывалась в тг с менеджером, чтобы еще раз подтвердить номера, так как нам было важно жить именно на 1 этаже. Когда выяснилось это недоразумение персонал предложил один семейный номер и на втором этаже другой номер. Время заезда в 14/00 номер который нам предложили взамен был очень грязный, персонал сказал что им нужно всего 10 минут чтобы убрать номер. Уборка была произведена, совершенно не качественно, рядом с кроватью остались пробки, на балконе бычки. Так второй номер был другого уровня нежели супер люкс, мы попросили скидку персонал дал скидку 20 долларов, что нас также не устроило. Мы попросили связать с руководством отеля, где менеджер предложил скидку в 40 долларов. Как итог вас могут обмануть то есть номер может быть забронирован два раза и кому он достанется не известно. Персонал не квалифицированный и требует немедленной замены. 2. Мусор два дня выносили самостоятельно, тарелки после завтрака выносили самостоятельно. 3. бассейн чистился от листьев только после того, как другой постоялец позвонил менеджеру отеля. 4. В номере заявлена кухня. Посуды нет, плита не работает, а шкафы прибиты гвоздями и не открываются. Проживание в данном отеле не дешевое, но точно не соответствует заявленной цене из за отсутствия сервиса.

Breakfast was fine. The setup is the same as before, but the food has changed somewhat it’s not like it used to be before the pandemic.

Their bed is a bit hard and the air conditioner is not cold in our room.

The location for our conference was great. We were in the Blue Sky room, which has tons of natural light! This room is more like an apartment with a living area and a kitchenette separate from the bedroom. There is a wash machine in the unit, which is a definite plus for longer stays!

Sadly, there were no dishes, utensils, or cookware, so just be forewarned if you are planning on making a few meals, you won't be able to. Also, the towels were EXTREMELY rough and stiff... even after I washed them myself, adding fabric softener! Comparatively speaking, we think the room is a bit over priced,

Staff were lovely, kind, and helpful. The pool is fantastic. The breakfast was pretty good too.

We had the room at the front of the property, on the top floor, and it was unbelievably loud. The hotel is under the flight path for the airport, and there seems to be no sound proofing in the ceiling. There some obnoxious visitors on the first night, who partied until 2am. I would recommend getting a room at the back of the property, and on the bottom floor.

Spartan but clean and peaceful

The hotel is close to the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and have a small kitchen area. The pool is shaded.

I was shown to the incorrect room - this was quickly remedied but the staff on the desk are not really able to help sort out some of these kind of confusions and the manger is hard to find.

This hotel is excellent value for money. We stayed at the Sarina at the end of our holiday for the convenience of being near the airport. The room was a lot bigger than we thought it would be. The hotel is clean,the bed comfortable and the staff is exceptionally kind. It is located outside of the city centre, but downtown is easily accessible using Grab or any other transports.

The only negative thing is that we could hear some noise from upstairs, but this may simply be because of the presence of children. I would recommend this hotel.

I was robbed. I left my wallet in the room unattended and 2 $100 bills were swapped to fake ones by a staff member. Apparently not uncommon in Cambodia u fortunately.

Maybe you should prepare some mosquito repellent liquid which will be helpful.

Spacious rooms that were kept clean daily. Staff were always helpful and respectful. Swimming pool was a good length to exercise for a while. Separate toilet and shower rooms. Good range of breakfast options and simple buffet available with room rate.

The location is good when considering the approximity to the airport. The room is like a small flat, with a convenient floor plan. Shower room separate from the bathroom is a great idea.

There is some noise from the nearby main roads. Unfortunately there seemed to be a violent incident taking place in one of the rooms during the night, with screaming on and off for hours. The hotel guard/staff should have interfered and done something about this.

Couldn't get Aircon to work initially

Was given an apartment which was great value for money. Sadly I was only using it to wait for a flight. Staff friendly. Lots of food options nearby.

Wasn’t sure I’d arrived at the right place as signage was small and not too welcoming.

TV can’t be use unless you connect it to your phone or sign in your account.They should put some restrictions to the files that contains s*x scandals just in case there are families who are staying and to protect some kids.

Although there is not a restaurant, the simple breakfast they provide is not bad. The location is near to the airport and not far from the AEON mall where I can find different stores and restaurants.

The staff was great! The team was really attentive. For our stay, they may sure all of our needs were taken care of and anything we politely asked was accommodated. The room and bed was comfortable. Just what we needed. The pool area was great for relaxing or getting some online work done. Breakfast was included (which was super tasty with many choices). This intimate stay was marvelous as would highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Not Applicable. Again, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciate the care and attention that was shown to us as guests.

The property was lovely, had a great feel to it as we arrived. The rooms were great and had everything you needed. The breakfast was fab as well, had a great stay and will definitely come back again.

I like the fact that this hotel is quite private and doesn't have too many customers...so it gives us more privacy. The pool is good, and the water is clean. The family room is in good size.

I didn't like the noise from the airplane, which is terrible! It just flies right above our head. So the location wise, it's not good for people who want quietness.

I asked to change the room. Because the stairs were dangerous. But they refused my request. And they changed rooms at my repeated requests. But the room was small and not soundproof. The breakfast prepared at the hotel was the worst. I didn't eat the food. It was unsanitary. And no warm water comes out.

great rooms, great staff. little to do in the area it's located in, no restaurants or entertainment close. little lighting on the street it is located on, so walking at night was difficult and possibly risky.

They served breakfast to your room. To save electricity, the recept switched off the mains when I left for dinner. However, once back, you need to inform the recept to switch on the power to your room.. Good thing was it took less than 30 mins to reach the villa from the airport.

location near airport was convenient. Pool was very nice and the room was attractive. I liked the access to pool from room (ground floor) and the separate sitting room.

A connecting door to room next door was not locked, and sound traveled easily from that room. The bathroom sink and drinking glasses were not clean...

Very hard to find....no signage outside. Safe not working Air-conditioning controller batteries flat. But otherwise a nice place. Mattress was great!

The Sarina is a lovely hotel. Whilst a small hotel and pool area, it is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The free one way airport transfer was very efficient and they packed up a breakfast for us. He evening meal in the hotel was nice and reasonable value. Only negatives are the location (not much within walking distance but convenient for the airport), planes overhead are close and noisy but not that frequent, the shower lacks power and the bath/shower is a little strange in design. But overall good value for money.

Quiet and very relaxing. Didn't had the feeling it's in the middle of the city.

We stayed only one night in the hotel. The bathroom floor was pretty dirty, but otherwise the room was ok. The free breakfast was delicious and also the pool area is nice. The hotel located about 15min tuk-tuk drive from the airport.

A good hotel but needs professional training for services. Communication is a little bit hard. Our requests are missed without reason. The hotel has a very nice pond view and breakfast is awesome. Also the Asian style decorations are very natural. But you may hear noise from your neighbors.
