I have about 10 times at your hotel. Staff is excellent. This is the 1st. my room has a safe, that is very important to me. Your lobby door should have a PUSH / PULL sign. I see alot of customers struggling with the door because a simple sign. How come nobody has done anything about it. Its not very observant of all your to have done what I'm asking to do. A simple sign on both sides. By the way, you 2 doors in question. Do all rooms have safe? I been over 12 times, I never had a safe. Your cleaning or housekeeping are the best in Thailand. Great central location, friendly staff

Room was beyond basic. No bedside tables, no bedside lamps or light switches next to bed (so you had to turn lights off by door and the use phone torch to find your way back to bed in darkness). No drawers to put clothes in, just a rail with three hangers to hang clothes, no kettle or tea / coffee facilities, no hairdryer, no headboard. Decor scratched, and terrible drain smell in bathroom. There are much better hotels for the money in the immediate area.

Przyjemny hotel, czyste i przestronne pokoje. Dobra okolica, targ po drugiej stronie ulicy.

a inverser avec l encart precedent. situation ideale pour moi dont les amis sont majoritairement dans le quartier vie nocturne proche silom a proximoté avec le BTS sukumvit aussi lumpini parc a proximité exellent rapport qualité prix. pas d inquisition du staf ...... je recommmande

Emplacement sur une rue ultra passante, beaucoup trop bruyante et chambre très mal isolée. Strict minimum niveau équipement

Professional and friendly staff. Very large modern clean room, which was cleaned every day. Close to public transport options (BTS - Sala Daeng and Metro - Silom stations). Across the road from the Patpong Night market, also walking distance to shopping malls and Lumphini Park.

The Silom area has large volumes of road traffic all hours of the day and night. It can be noisy, even late at night.

Good Location. Reasonable price.

Dirty room. Staff front has very bad attitudr. Parking is difficult as hotel rented it to an outsider company.

I had great time here, Mr Mai and his team were wonderful, they were helpful had a smooth checkin and they arranged all our things from local sight seeing to all shops as well. Kudos to the team

A kettle, please. And should have changed the blanket and pillow cases at least 3 times during 11 nights. Never changed.

This time, the house keeping didn't do a good job. The corridor floor was not clean enough. They never moped our rooms during our stay of 11 nights.

Die Nähe zu den Locations und das Personal. Besonders Bee und das Reinigungspersonal waren sehr zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit.

Parking, clean room, clean hotel, good location.

Small bathroom. Terrible seperation between wet and dry area. Not having coffee and boiler.

We have stayed many times and the service and friendly news of the staff is always first class and I would recommend the hotel for a Bangkok stay.

The staff, Bee is very helpful and sweet. The location is good. Night market is also at the opposite, just across Surawong Street. Silam Complex is within walking distance.

All good, worth it for price and strategic location. Room space is cool and clean. This is my second time stay here. Reception staff need to spare more smile especially during check in Hours. I love receptions staff during the night. Even one person, they more nicely and helpful person than staff in the afternoon. Check in feel like enter immigration. Thank yoi for the Housekeeping staf especially Liw and Tor who always understand how guests need in room.

It was a clean boutique hotel that was near the venue of our meeting. Very near commercial establishments where we went shopping and feasted on mango with sticky rice!

Really love to stay here every time i came to Bangkok. This time i checked in during my birthday date & really surprised with Mr Mai super great service, wished me Happy Birthday with sincere hug. He allowed me for early checked in as we arrived at the hotel around 11am. Big shouts to him again because he gave me the room as per requested in my bookings. Great affordable hotel with great location and friendly staffs. Thanks again to Mr. Mai and team. See you again in Bangkok soon. ❤️

Lovely, friendly staff! Bee at the front desk is so helpful and friendly. Lovely rooms and very central. Right opposite the night market, massage places and many restaurants and bars. Rooms are very clean and has everything you need. Well be back.

It's value for the money with a great in room products and amenities provided. The location is superb with convenience for foods, super market, night market and transportation such BTS, Subway and taxi to drive out. I recommence this hotel to stay whenever you visit Bangkok.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and affordable price even though I did not have a reservation. I stay here often when I am in the area as it is close to the BTS and easy to get around. Will definitely be back. The night market is just across the street

Overall hotel is good service nice staffs

56 Surawong is a nice hotel, clean rooms and a good location near Silom with access to Saladaeng MRT nearby. Good value for money. Patpong night market is across the street from the hotel. Mai on reception is always very polite and helpful. Will visit again soon.

It’s pretty basic but good enough for a short stay

It’s pretty noisy location but I use earplugs so didn’t affect me. No coffee facilities

Could work on the cleanliness and breakfast. Breakfast options were very poor.
