Where do I start Sleeping was a challenge I don’t know if someone was kennling dogs but there were like no lie 15-20 dogs barking day n night I know there’s little the hotel can do but comm on One Euphoria Hotel is upper scale so thats one reason it brings my score down As for the host in the beginning was great but my last 2 days there I had no hot water i did call/text the host finally returned my text but by that time i was already out and about The host said they couldn’t enter the room unless I was there funny though that if I wanted my room cleaned no one had to be there and I had the room cleaned once and i just happened to be there there were 2 people a man and a woman the man said the cleaning wobe 300 pesos but if tou want your bedding changed thats 275 pesos if you want to change a towel thats 75 pesosso 300 pesos fee is now over 600 pesos As far as the hot water situation I ended up getting a room at Wild Orchid while also staying at One Euphoria Oh well you live and you learn

Clean and very comfortable. Accommodating around check-in time for late arrival. Pool available. Well located within distance of walking street and 7 eleven.

Only one lift working. Bidet was too high pressure. Warm water takes extremely long and then not even hot on hot setting only.

Je suis arrivé à 10h mais ai dû attendre jusqu'à 13h pour avoir la chambre. Le soir, j'ai mangé au rooftop "The Clouds" au dernier étage de la tour (très bien) mais y ai oublié ma carte de débit. Là encore j'ai dû attendre jusqu'à sa réouverture à 15h le lendemain pour pouvoir la récupérer. C'était bien entendu ma faute, mais un peu stressant quand même :)

Our stay at One Euphoria was fantastic! The host was exceptionally responsive, always quick to address our needs and very easy to communicate with, which made the experience seamless and stress-free. The location was excellent—just a short walk to numerous restaurants, yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful night's rest.
