Очень удобное расположение. Рядом метро Парк истории и культуры Донгмун. Пешком 5 минут. В доме все продумано для комфортного отдыха. Много нюансов, которые помогут туристу сориентироваться в новом месте. Карта Сеула, информация по интересным местам, кафе, в которые стоит сходить. Все очень мило и уютно, чувствуется, что хозяин дома относится к этому месту и к своим гостям с большим вниманием и заботой. По любому вопросу можно написать сообщение, и оперативно получить ответ. Мы останавливались на 4 ночи компанией из 5 человек. Места достаточно, кровати большие и удобные. Две спальные комнаты и гостиная с кухней. Везде кондиционеры. На кухне есть все необходимое. Большое спасибо хозяину дома за тёплый прием♥️ Столько заботы, это очень приятно😊

L'appartement est propre, bien équipé, et bien aménagé avec 2 chambres. Et c'est bien localisé, à 5 minutes du métro ligne 5. Chacune des pièces est équipée avec un climatiseur. Nos enfants on dormi dans une chambre séparée.

Lejligheden ligger centralt og tæt på metro og busser, selvom der ligger et meget befærdet lyskryds tæt på, er der meget stille i lejligheden, da den er placeret bag et højhus. Der er lyst og rent i lejligheden.

Great central location, so spacious and loved the warm heated floors. Beds were so so comfy!

4人での滞在だったので鍵が暗証番号入力で良かった。 広蔵市場に行きたく徒歩圏内に宿泊できた。 地下鉄の乗り場も近く便利。 ドライヤー、ポット、タオル、シャンプーや洗濯機もありました。 辛ラーメンやペットボトルの水、コーヒーなども準備されていて心遣いも良かった。 床暖もあり、冬も快適に過ごせそうです。 連絡するとチェックインも早く対応してもらえました。 隣の建物が目印になったので写真を添付しておきます。 この建物の横の階段を登るとすぐです。

access to the property is a little bit difficult with heavy luggage due to the slope that need to clime up.

The apartment was just like the pictures. It had two rooms which was very convenient, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. There was a washing machine in the bathroom available to wash our clothes. The kitchen had all the amenities and was very spacious. The neighbourhood is quiet at night and it's full of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. The hosts were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

The apartment is on the top of a pretty steep alley so carrying our luggage up and down was a little hard. That should be taken into consideration before booking if you have either big or multiple pieces of luggage.

The location is excellent, especially with an airport shuttle bus stop right next to the property. If you take the shuttle, you can get off directly beside the property. Communication with Min was very smooth—anything you need, just ask.

The shower towels provided were a bit too small.

とても清潔で民泊特有の独特な臭いなんかも無くてとても良かったです。食器、キッチン器具なども全て清潔でした。エアコンも全部屋ちゃんと使えて綺麗。 電圧変換プラグも沢山あって良かった！ベッドも快適！ 場所も良い。 お隣の住民の方？が玄関あけた目の前に沢山洗濯物を干したりと韓国の日常感に溶け込んだ感じがして私は好きでした。笑 今回家族4人で利用しましたがよかったです。 駅から近いですが近い出口まで行くのに駅の中をめちゃくちゃ歩きました。それも旅の醍醐味として楽しめるタイプなので楽しかったです。

トイレが少し詰まりやすいですが韓国なので仕方ないかなって感じですかね。 宿までの急な坂道がデカい荷物ある人には大変ですが韓国は坂道大国なのでそれも仕方ない！

麻雀雖小五臟俱全，有廚房、洗衣機，房間佈置也很雅緻。 離地鐵站及南山公圓景點很近～

Posizione eccellente, a 5 min dalla fermata della metro in una posizione molto centrale. Casa confortevole. Min molto disponible e gentile

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il wc che comunque é.stato risolto velocemente. Quando ti fai la.doccia si inonda il bagno. Fortunatemente il drenaggio dell'acqua funziona bene.

L'appartement est spacieux, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avons passé 5j et tout était parfait. Le contact avec le propriétaire était exceptionnel, à recommander.

Le seul bémol est que pour les lits, nous avions des couettes chaudes, donc même avec la clim, on avait chaud. Mais c'est uniquement notre sensation, d'autres personnes peuvent apprécier.

The host was incredibly helpful and so accommodating. Highly recommend if you are staying in Seoul - it is a convenient location and beds are very comfortable!

Мы были в полном восторге от нашего пребывания, нас встретили с исключительным гостеприимством, никаких неудобств не возникло, все наши просьбы были оперативно удовлетворены, и мы постоянно поддерживали связь с хозяином. Отзывы о холме, как оказалось, были несколько преувеличены, его масштаб не вполне соответствовал ожиданиям. В будущем, если нам доведётся ещё раз посетить Корею, мы с удовольствием остановимся здесь. Шикарное местоположение.

The location is very central and the house was very comfortable. The landlord was very helpful and was in constant communication with us. If you want a home environment, you can definitely choose it.

LOCATION ON CENTRE, COMPLETE UTILITIES. HOST ALSO VERY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE. NEAR WITH ALL PUBLIC TRANSPORT SUCH BUS STOP.

HOST NOT GIVING DOOR CODE EVEN ITS MORE THAN 3PM CHECK IN TIME. NEED TO PM ON B.COM FIRST . ITS CAUSE DELAYED IN ENTERING THE HOUSE. WE ALSO NEED TO CLIMB HIGH STAIR AND ITS A BIT DIFFICULT FOR ME AS IM PREGNANT AND ALSO BRINGING A STROLLER WITH A BABY. ITS ALSO A VERY TINY UNIT.

Min was an excellent host! Very attentive and helpful. Location is great! Between 3 convenience stores and has a great bakery across the road. Clean, and comfortable.

Only fault was the small hill leading up to the property. Probably about 20 steps without car access. There was a ramp so you don’t have to carry the luggage.

I didn’t like the fact that the walls were thin so I heard the slightest noise. Otherwise I really enjoyed my time here- great location, friendly host always available, nice apartment.

Small charming apartment. It is located near a busy boulevard, but at the same time the apartment is quiet and peaceful and there is no noise. The apartment has everything you need for a stay of up to 4 people. For more people it becomes a bit cramped. The beds are comfortable. The internet is very good. The host is very helpful and responds very quickly to any questions. His directions for the location of the apartment and the accommodation are impeccable.

Very nice place to stay for family.
