Lovely area, close to the airport.

The bathroom for our room was in another room, which at first I thought would be a problem but it was fine.

I cannot speak highly enough of Peter and his BnB. Location is 5 minutes away from the airport and it really felt as though one were being cared for by friends - the space was clean and comfortable, and the bed SO fluffy and cozy. And the breakfast! There were so many great (and healthy) food and beverage options, and made fresh to order! To top it all off, we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and conversation by Peter (and Sandy the dog). We loved our stay and absolutely would be back

Our only regret was not being able to stay longer.

Reasonable rate, proximity to airport, restaurants, visitor centre and onsite parking. Room #1 was not suitable for our purposes due to age and medical issues as the assigned washroom was on the main floor with the guest room on the second floor. The Host accommodated an upgrade to Room #4 for our second stay which worked much better. Breakfast arrangement is unique and very well done.

Room #1 is not suitable for some seniors having to traverse the stairs during the night. There are numerous light switches to find and be turned on/off along the way.

We had the Deluxe Queen room with a private bathroom. We may not have read the description carefully but didn't realize that access to the private bathroom was outside of our room.

The property had everything I want from accommodations: clean, in excellent condition, quiet, roomy, great breakfast, easy parking and friendly owner/staff.

The property would be a little hard to find without Maps. Not truly a criticism just a head’s up.

The ensuite room was in a private house. We were asked to take shoes off at front door, which was fine but there was no seat to sit on to put shoes back on when you went out. No drink making facilities in room, not even a glass for water. When I asked if I could use the kettle in the kitchen to make a drink, I was told yes, but it felt like this was a major imposition and I wasn't given a cup (luckily we had our own, and our own coffee).

Beautiful home and surroundings.

The bedroom temperature could have been cooler. The windows were open but no breeze to cool the rooms.

The inside of the property and the exterior grounds are both beautiful. Our room was large, very comfortable and inviting and extremely well maintained. The breakfast was very well prepared, delicious and served by our pleasant and courteous host.

Beautiful room with a queen bed and a jacuzzi. Quite nice! Location easy to access and close to other places we wished to see. Peter was very friendly and helpful. He opened up his wonderful home and welcomed us warmly.

This is a beautiful heritage house on a large acreage. The ambiance is incredible, the location quiet and the hosts very friendly. The room was huge! We would definitely stay again.

On our first trip to Nfld, this allowed us a comfortable and peaceful first night adjacent to the airport and we felt very welcomed

We had a very nice upstairs room but our private bathroom was located next to us with its own lockable door.

The location was picturesque, the host so helpful and the breakfast choice and food was great.

Loved the location and the house was beautiful. Quiet and easy to find. Friendly staff. Who doesn't love Sandy the dog! Bed was comfortable and the washroom that was downstairs was easy to find and not too out of the way!

The listing mentioned air conditioning however our room was very hot and while the house had central air, our room was a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. There was a fan to use though. Breakfast was good, you put in your order the night before. It didn't say you could have as much off the menu or anything and that might just be me not understanding B&B etiquette. I might have eaten more if it was written but what we did have was fantastic.

The place is beautiful and very clean. Peter went out of his way to accommodate me with flight disruptions. Would definitely stay there again.

We only had a few hours at the B&B due to an early flight back home to the USA. We did not have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast there. The host was very nice and helpful. If I have the opportunity to spend more time at this location, we would.

Convenient location, 7 minutes drive to Deer Lake Regional Airport. The room we booked is big with a private bathroom. Very spacious room and comfortable bedding.

I have no adverse things to say anything negative … was a great place to stay The proprietor Peter was very engaging and informative and we really enjoyed our stay there !

This was the big room with spa and private bathroom. I stayed one night in this and then another night in the small queen room with garden view and shared bathroom. The big room had beautiful tree views from multiple windows, a lounge area with TV and a hot tub. Carpeted throughout, it was great for two people and small dog. Small room had a comfy bed and pretty tree view but downstairs shared toilet. But a bargain price so worth what I paid. Breakfast was great both mornings, nice to chat with other travellers over a coffee and eggs. The location is a bit out of town but walkable on highway to nearest restaurant (half hour walk) and insectorium.

It would have been nice to have some more information in the room to aid with navigation of the property. Eg i wasn't sure where to find a glass or if I was allowed to make a coffee in the kitchen or what part of the property I could explore. A little map could be fun. It is a traditional bnb shared with hosts which was more personal but for some could be a bit unusual.
