I booked this apartment for three nights, trusting the reviews on its cleanliness. Unfortunately, we found it very dirty,sticky floor,everything was sticky! We even had to clean the refrigerator, the eating tables, the bathroom fixtures and I don't even want to describe the conditions of the glasses and cutlery!!!! I travel a lot, but I've never seen anything so horrible. They didn't want the house to shine but a decent standard was the minimum

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The location was good, you get easily off of the highway and around the corner there is a restaurant where they serve exceptional breakfast.
Honestly, the apartment was dirty. After a full day of driving, I do not want to get into an apartment that I need to sweep myself. There was an old grape on the table, dirt and an old dirty tissue on the floor, crumbs and sand on the floor, hair in the bathroom, trashcan still full with trash, etc. It looked like somebody just left before we got in. Facilities were also not well taken care off. The cleanliness alone ruined the entire stay. I only stayed out of necessity. Plus, please be clearly transparant upfront that you will collect tourist tax in cash. Don’t ask me for it close to check out by email. I had to rush to an atm to get cash. Overall, I do not recommend booking this place.

The kitchen door was always open and cannot br close The air conditioner didn’t have a control I Coudnt use it for 2 night with no remote batteries I informed the owner but he told me to use the tv remote battery which is not the same size at all

Lamentablemente lejos de todo. Una hora en tranvía hasta el paseo marítimo. 20’min andado hasta la parada. Peligro cruzando las calles. La mezquita al lado llamando para la oración 5:50 cada mañana.

Betten waren teilweise etwas durchgelegen Rolladen im zweiten Schlafzimmer konnte man nicht öffnen. Keine Klimaanlage im zweiten Schlafzimmer Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin hätte besser verlaufen können, da beide Fernbedienungen für die beide Klimageräte nicht vohhanden waren! Habe daraufhin nach Rabatt gefragt, weil so was essentiell ist! Sie hat uns nur die Kurtaxe erlassen und sah keine Bereitschaft darin uns die Kosten für den Austausch der leeren Gasflasche zu bezahlen! Aslso gab es so gut wie kein Nachlass für das fehlen der Fernbedienung. Dadurch konnte man das Klimagerät im Wohnzimmer nicht verwenden! Eigentümerin hat immerhin für eine Ersatzfernbedienung für das eine Klimagerät im Schlafzimmer gesorgt. Die Spühle in der Küche war plötzlich vestopft. Das Wasser lief nicht mehr ab. Die Tür zum kleinen Balkon lies sich nicht schließen, war defekt.

Abbastanza lontano dalla cittá, una sera ci abbiamo messo 40 min per raggiungerlo in macchina perchè diverse strade erano chiuse per lavori.

Le ménage était mal fait . Des traces de chocolat sur le mur . J’ai dû faire le nettoyage avant de nous installer. La vaisselle a du être relaver également. Manque des éléments de cuisine comme un saladier ou une boîte de conservation . Machine à laver très bruyante .

Reviewed Dec 9, 2024Spacious, clean. A little tricky to find based on GPS. Looks like it’s on the highway. Safe area, gated community. Parking lot in the garage is tight to navigate, even with smaller car. Food is close. Comfortable space.
Water heater didn’t work during the one night stay, but sure it was just an anomaly.

Reviewed Nov 20, 2024It was a great location for us, as we wanted to stay just for the night, close to the main rode and not waste much time to be able to continue our journey. It is a modern building with an underground garage and lift that you can use to quickly transfer all you need from the car to the flat. It's a spacious and comfortable apartment.
The place is quite new and there were some little inconveniences, which were quickly addressed by the owner, who is an open and approachable person, so the place really has potential.
