من اسوء الاماكن اللي صادفتها بحياتي سواء من مكان ومن نظافه ومن تعامل المكان وسخ مررره تعاملهم سيء جدا واستغلاليين والحمد لله ان ربي ابعدنا عنهم حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

Neighborhood, so crowded, hard to find parking, weird things was happening across the street.

تم إلغاء الحجز دون إشعار بإلغاء الحجز

تم إلغاء الحجز دون إشعار بإلغاء الحجز ورفع الأسعار على البديل لذلك لم اسكن في الموقع المذكور

لا يوجد مصداقية ، تم الغاء حجزي قبل الوصول بساعتين وقمت بتواصل معهم بالاتصال وبالوتساب لكن دون جدوى اطالبهم بتعويض ، فبسببهم ما زلت ابحث عن سكن مع عائلتي رد علي موظف الاستقبال عن طريق الجوال وقال لي تواصل مع صاحب الشأن بالوتساب ، وبعدها تواصلت مع المسؤول وقال لي ( ما اقدر اساعدك تم الغاء الحجز ) وبعدها اكلمه ما يرد وعندي جميع الاثباتات ) اتمنى من ادارة بوكينج اخذ حقي منهم وتعويضي ومحاسبتهم ولن اعيد الحجز من جميع شققهم ، تم رفع شكوى وجاري تصعيد الشكوى ولن اتنازل عن التعويض

المكان هادئ ومميز.. والتعامل أكثر من رائع.. بارك الله فيهم المكان مجهز بكل ماتحتاجه.

لايوجد مواقف وطريقة دخول الشقه متعب بسبب ارسال الكود برقم خاطي ونظافة المدخل غير جيده

The guest on the spot cancelled our reservation. We had to find another accomodation at 2AM. Very disappointing.

Very comfortable bed

The check-in procedure is a hassle. The staff couldn’t speak English. They were not answering the phone at first. They need a proper customer service training, it wasn’t a good experience. I would rate the customer service 2 out 10

تجربة سيئة دورات المياه فيها روائح وكذلك الغرف تجهيزاتها ضعيفه صراحه تجربه لا يمكن ان اكررها

He asked me to get out due to a clash in reservations despite my reservation and contacted me via my personal whatsapp number after i left my review insulting me and threatening me

كانت اقامة سيئة جدا منذ دخول المبني حيث انه تم التواصل بصعوبة جدا مع المالك والغرفه ليست بوهو مثل ما هو موضح الغرفة مختلفة تماما والفرش متهالك حتي القفل الداخلي للباب غير شغال لا انصح به بالمرة Stay was very very bad , they reply on me after 11 times for calling Room totally different from waht i reserved and not clean and furniture was damaged I didn’t recommend it at all

The response of the responsible person is very late, you can't call him only via WhatsApp and he responds late A delay of more than 3 hours at the day of check in And we get a wrong key code and to get a new one another delay

The location was good . Just next to the super market

There was no cleaning service. We would ask people to do the cleaning but that Never happened . Stayed there for 5 days but no one even came to change the bedsheets . On asking the supervisor he said we do not provide this kind of service. In the pictures shared it shows had cupboards but was not there .

The apartment is comfortable and tidy, with everything well organized. The location is good, with supermarkets and various well-stocked shops nearby. Check-in was quick and easy. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it!

staff was friendly and helpful waited for me to arrive till late night because I have to do payment. supermarket was just beside the hotel it's so convenient and easy to go around

Price mostly and decent hygiene but not the best

The building is dirty the hallways are full of trash A couple of times despite the staff being in their rooms when i knock or call for help nobody answers I am asthmatic and there is Smoke smell, i couldn’t breathe properly because of that so, i suggest separating the areas between smoking area and nonsmoking I suggest also removing the cancellations fees, i did bot enter the room at all but the manager refused to waive the fees at all i had to stay there despite me not comfortable in the building which not appropriate at all

The room was neat and clean and spacious

Bed is comfy, room is sooo clean, decorations are adorable.

Everything was so good٫ there is nothing bad.

The bed was very comfy and I liked the style. With a car it's a good location. The owner is nice - as a guest you need to communicate beforehand to get the door code ect.

Expensive for what it is. There were no proper towels, just disposable paper towels. For this price I expect proper towels.

The room was exceptional. I was thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of my stay.

We booked the "Deluxe King Studio" room type which should be better compare to "Studio" room type but what we receive is not match the expectation shown in photos of the property. I share the concern with property owner in a WhatsApp and he said this is the room which has been booked by us. if that's the case then they must to update the photos of actual or booked rooms No daily water-bottle, towel replacement, room cleanup facility available which should be mentioned in the booking.

The property is clean and well maintained, just a suggestion that it needs a prayer mat a Quran and direction of Qibla.

Cleanliness, complete facility, quite place to rest, location is easy to find, close to main road. Helpful staff.

Bit difficult to find parking

Absolutely nothing.

Photos are misleading to say the least. It’s all cheap Chinese stuff, unhygienic and in poor condition.
