Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Das Pre-Checkin war nicht sehr intuitiv und man konnte nirgendwo den Stand rausfinden auch als das Mail nochmal kam und einen Online-Checkin verlangte obwohl schon alles erledigt war. Der Code für die Türe war zwar klar ersichtlich aber auf einem Handy wo die Bildschirme klein sind viel er gar nicht auf.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Zimmer sauber und gross, modern. Personal war sehr freundlich. Nach dem Einbruchsversuch beim Auto, wurde mir anscheinend der Garagenplatz für die letzte Nacht geschenkt. Danke!
Man hört jeden Schritt vom Zimmer darüber, dass war richtig mühsam. Im Kühlschrank war 1 Gratis-Wasserfalsche, sonst leider gar nichts. Auf dem Bett ein Rauchverbot Zeichen zu sehen als ein Goodie ist auch nicht wirklich einladend. Während des Aufenthalt wurde versucht beim Auto einzubrechen auf dem Aussenparkplatz. Reception ist nur während kurzer Zeit bedient.

The great great location, with bus and train at the bottom of the hotel The insolation of room (very quiet and well tempered)

We appreciated the fan in the room and practical tips that worked to keep the room cool during Europe's big heatwave. The Hotel is seconds from the train station, an amazingly practical lower cost alternative to staying in Luzern city center.

The room was very depressing and appeared to be in the process of refurbishment because the walls were bare concrete. Alternatively, it was being minimalist but I really didn't like it.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2023Had to leave very early and asked if I can just have a cup of cappuccino, which is often given freely from the breakfast coffee machine but they charged me 6CHF for that. It was unusual in comparison to my experience in hotels and I found it quite expensive for a hotel guest.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2023Very neat and clean, and location was pretty good too. Reception service personnel were very nice and friendly. And I should also give a special mention to the person at the Restaurant at night - he was very kind and friendly.
Some more options (even paid) in the mini bar and maybe some snacks would be useful. Also, I found it a bit pricey.

Reviewed Nov 6, 2022Reception was fantastic, I spoke with them prior to staying and the lady was very helpful, even letting us check in early. Various coffee in the room, free water, large bathroom and shower. Spacious storage.
Housekeeping were rude when I asked for milk or cream for the coffee in the room, as there wasn't any. They refused to give us anything, despite kitchen being open. Mattress was hard and uncomfortable, pillows too thin and uncomfortable, no spares in room. Old tv, unable to connect to media wirelessly. Fitness isn't open in the afternoon at weekends and for this price you would expect more in general. Cold at night
