Bed has ants and owner requested us to transfer to a neighboring room which does not solve the problem. And we could not get a refund because she categorizes the event as cancellation of the booking.

Location, complete appliances like TV with google TV capability to watch Youtube, or log in to my Netflix. Appliances are working, host replaced the microwave oven right away when it was not working.

The gate to the village closes at midnight I think, hard to get around if you leave late at night. Not the host's problem at all but just a heads up to everyone. The SM parking and village gate closes at midnight. so yea

La posizione molto vicina al SM Mall Lucena. Di fronte un negozio molto fornito aperto fino a tardi. Parcheggio riservato della struttura. Letto morbido e aria condizionata funzionante.

Purtroppo questa volta non sono contento. Le due stanze che abbiamo prenotato avevano muffe e macchie nel soffitto. Cattivo odore e bagni davvero in brutte condizioni senza scalda acqua. Pulizia davvero non sufficiente. Questa volta abbiamo soggiornato al piano terra mentre le altre volte ci avevano dato le camere al piano superiore meglio attrezzate e più pulite. Spero che questo mio commento aiuti il gestore ha migliorare il servizio.

The bed was comfortable, it was okay priced.

I made a mistake and imediatelly after booking I asked the owner to cancel for me, the owner told me its not possible (it is, he just didnt want to, if it is that way, just tell me you dont want to). When we got there the owner assumed we canceled even though I only asked if it is possible to cancel, so we had to dig everywhere for him to give us the pwd to retrieve the keys (it was around midnight, we announced before we were gonna get there late). It was a hassle getting there late at night, we had to try so hard not to get overcharged by the tricycle drivers.

Very near at SM mall and city proper... Caretakers and owner...well,very friendly..very kind and most hospitable....I highly recommend to all if u want to stay near SM lucena city...

Lucena’s water supply problem. not the property’s fault. all facilities are working except the TV. we got a small room and it is quite disappointing to be assigned in a small room.they have better rooms but since it is peak season, we have no choice.

The place is perfect for our overnight stay in Lucena. There is a small fridge, kettle, and free drinking water. There is a car park beside the apartle and a mini shop for emergency food stuff. It is a minute walk away to SM. A really value for money.

I’d like to thank Ms. Nicole for being friendly and accommodating. The check-in and check-out processes were easy. The place is very good for its price, comfortable and spacious. I liked the location, as it is within walking distance to SM. I will surely come back again.

The parking..

The best position for visiting the SM Mall with only 250 meters away to enter the mall parking and pay the 20 pesos. 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes walking.

There is a little Windows closer the main entrance of the room and we needed to cover protecting our privacy. Towels not to good to dry after the shower.

Close to SM. Split A/C was good

Moldy smell in both rooms infestation with cockroaches, Rooms weren't cleaned well. Bathroom didn't have hot water and was smelly.

Thank you Meg and Nicole for accomodating my family. You guys are the best. Will definitely come back.

No secured parking area for vehicles. Steep staircase and a bit slippery. The kitchen utensils need improvement.

The owner is so nice, the location was easy access, you can cook inside it has complete kitchen things. We slept well ❤️❤️❤️

The location is great, walking distance from sm lucena. And the AC is so cold which I like the most.

1.The sink in the kitchen is leaking so the floor gets wet everytime. 2. The water that comes out in the shower is too weak. 3. No shower curtain in the bathroom

It is accesible to the mall, terminals, and groceries. The room is semi furnished.

The mini cabinet has cigarette boxes.

We were not served breakfast . Could have been great because we have to go to the mall to get food. And the location is inside a subdivision, you have to walk out to the main gate of subd. to catch a ride to the mall. If we only knew, the room was equipped with rice cooker, microwave oven , fridge we could have shopped for food to cook .

The owner or operator does not stay in the building, you have to call her to come if there’s a problem. Fortunately , we did not come across any problem. May I add, she was cordial and offered her services if needed

Overall, it was good. Location is perfect for our needs.

Very adequate for overnight stay near large SM Mall. Could have slept about 5 people.

I like the self-check-in, especially since I arrived quite late already. The host's instruction is very easy to understand There was no physical contact but the host is very accommodating and sweet. The room is spacious, comfortable bed. They have cable channels. The property is very near, (5-minute) walk to SM City Lucena.

The AC cannot make the room cold anymore, it seems to need some cleaning or upgrading to a higher HP since the room is big with lots of furniture. Though I am alone, but the bathroom door knob needs some repair. I suggest to install a pull-out bed instead of another bed, because the other bed became an obstruction. These are just my suggestions though.

Awesome!!! The area looks secure at tranquil at night.. A car park is provide close to the property and inside a gated community.

Other rooms are better than my room unit 8 is not comfortable because of the water staying in the floor of the bathroom you cannot take a shower. Thanks

Room is too small for 4 adults. Its not ideal room if you're in numbers Room 6 Toilet cover doesn't work well, toilet door has no lock
