Clean, spacious, ideal location. The hosts were very generous with a lot of personal touches which make the difference. We were 3 ppl but this accommodation would cater for a large group.

The apartment was gorgeous! Top floor with original beems of the historic building ceiling. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. The washing machine is brand new. Every room had a big fan, so even in 32 C heat the apartment wasn't hot. The beds were comfortable. The host was really nice. We got a beautiful welcome basket and a fairwell gift. We asked for extra drying rack and it was brought after a few minutes, also fresh towels with a bottle of juice as a present. The location was amazing! We watched the local costume parade from the windows. Lots of restaurants and shops downstairs. Our parking space was right in front of the entrance and very spacious.

Zentrale Lage, wunderschöne und liebevolle Einrichtung, sich kümmernder Gastgeber, Nachhaltigkeit, Parkplatz.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Besonders toll war der Begrüßungskorb und das kleine Abschiedsgeschenk.

Wir waren für eine Nacht hier und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Unser Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber und angenehm groß. Besonders gefreut hat uns das liebe Begrüßungsgeschenk aus dem Bioladen nebenan – eine wirklich tolle und persönliche Aufmerksamkeit. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top und ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Super nett, schnelle Antworten, Bioladen im Haus, familiäre Atmosphäre, Kombi von Klassisch und Modern, Lage in der Altstadt, Hofnutzung, Willkommens- und Abschiedsgeschenk. Alles top und wie beschrieben!

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war top, hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Den Begrüssungskorb und das kleine Abschiedsgeschenk fanden wir auch sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben eine lobende Email vom Vermieter bekommen, weil wir die Wohnung natürlich sauber und ordentlich verlassen haben.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was great for enjoying the town and the surrounding area. The host was very kind, helpful, and welcoming, and the communication was smooth from start to finish. I really appreciated the thoughtful details and the warm hospitality. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I would definitely recommend this place.

There are so many wonderful things about this place it is hard to know where to start. The apartment itself is amazingly spacious, modern, and exquisite. The bedrooms are quite large and the bathrooms are just wonderful. The kitchen has all you need to make a dinner or whatever, with lots of appliances, utensils, bowls, and you get the picture. Secondly, the apartment is right in Partenkirchen so you step out of your apartment right in to a wonderful area to shop and just roam. The owner's natural food shop is below the apartment and has amazing food! Had we been able to stay longer we would definitely have purchased food there and made dinner. But even beyond that, there is a ton of other wonderful breakfast jams and snacks and a myriad of other treats. Finally, Johannes is super friendly and a wonderful host. He greeted us with a welcome AND parting basket/gift. But even more than that, his communication is superb - the best we have ever en countered on this site or others. He is kind,considerate,and timely in his replies. When we left, my wife said she would come back there in a heartbeat.

Nothing really. Just be prepared to be part of the solution and not the problem in following the host's checkout rules which may seem a bit much at first glance but trust me, they really aren't any different than a typical AirBnB!

Good central location, close to bus stop, shops and restaurants. Clean and very spacious. Provided all the amenities, and more with a bountiful gift basket upon arrival and leaving!

Since the sofa was turned into a bed for my daughter, I missed having a comfortable seat in the living room. There was one very comfy chair, and 4 dining room chairs, so plenty of other seating.

Die Wohnung ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und einfach. Die Bilder entsprechen vollständig den Gegebenheiten. Alles war extrem sauber. Unsere Wohnung hatte einen eigenen Eingang mit kleiner Terrasse zum Draußensitzen. Der Vermieter war immer ansprechbar und hat uns gerettet, als wir am Samstag abend uns ausgesperrt haben. Danke dafür! Vielen Dank auch für die Extras! Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich in der Ludwig-Straße in Partenkirchen. Dort gibt es nette Geschäfte und diverse Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Auch nach Garmisch kann man zu Fuß gehen (30 Minuten, Bahnhof 20 Minuen) oder einfach den gratis Bus benutzen, der unweit abfährt. Zur Skischanze sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Es ist sehr ruhig. Bei geöffnetem Fenster hört man die Kirche läuten. Die Betten empfanden wir sehr bequem. Aus dem Schlafzimmer im 1. OG hat man einen Bergblick. Das Bad ist riesig und hat eine tolle Dusche. Von den anderen Wohnungen bekommt man nichts mit, da man im Anbau wohnt. Mit dem Bioladen im Haus ist man gut versorgt.

Die Begrüßung im zugehörigen Bioladen war ganz großartig - Ramona hat sofort dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohl gefühlt haben.

Great location, great space, and very functional apartment for up to four people or two couples. Everything was new and in good condition. You're right in the middle of the city, and the host and the whole team were very, very nice. We received the fruit basket from the Bio Store, which is located on the ground floor, and overall had a fantastic time.

Lighting could be a little bit more cozy, but that's really a stretch because we really enjoyed the apartment.

It was very spacious and had an awesome view. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

We had such a great time staying here. Beautiful apartment and perfect location. We were welcomed with lots of products from the bio store and even when we left we got a goodbye present, we have never experienced such a welcome stay, thank you so much!

Not clean , all kitchen staff poor ، The rooms are uncomfortable, and the bedding is heavily worn out and absolutely disgusting , also the WC had a very bad smell

Un alojamiento estupendo. Todo limpio, nuevo y cuidado al detalle. Viajamos con un bebé de año y medio y nos facilitaron cuna y trona. Además de prepararnos una hermosa cesta de bienvenida y otra de despedida con sus productos ecológicos de su tienda. Lo cierto es que eso fue un verdadero detallazo. Tenían suelo radiante y calentadores para secar las toallas. No faltaba nada. La zona es preciosa. Y este alojamiento te permite moverte con facilidad por diferentes puntos de interés cercanos. No conocíamos la zona y nos gustó mucho. La gente de la zona fue muy amable. Un lugar muy especial.

No podría ponerle un pero. Nos gustó todo. Lo recomendaríamos y sin duda repetiríamos.

Wunderschöne, neue Ferienwohnung. Man fühlt sich sehr Willkommen. Der Vermieter ist super nett. Als Willkommen gibt es einen Korb mit verschiedenen Produkten aus dem angrenzenden Bio-Laden. Und auch zum Abschied stand eine kleine Tüte vor der Tür. Das Bett ist super bequem. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen euch von Herzen weiter.

Lage: Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Man kann sogar bei offenen Fenster schlafen, so ruhig ist es. Die Wohnung Tenne ist wunderschön. Herrlich minimalistisch eingerichtet. Die regendusche ist ein Traum. Der Waschtrockner super praktisch. Vom Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer sieht man direkt in den Innenhof und hat einen tollen Ausblick aufs Gebirge.

Apartmani su veliki i prostrani. Uredno je i čisto. Jako nam se svidjela lokacija u starom dijelu grada. Rado ćemo opet doći.

Top Lage, sehr zentral. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, aber man kann auch sehr gut die Bahn nutzen. Jedes Apartment hat einen Stellplatz direkt am Haus. Das Apartment (wir hatten Apartment Nr. 6) hatte bereits beim Betreten einen echten 'Wow-Effekt' (hohe Deckenhöhe mit Giebel) des Wohnbereichs. Das Apartment war einfach wunderschön, tolle Badezimmer, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (alles neu und modern, und trotzdem den Charme des Hauses unterstrichen, durch die alten sichtbaren Balken). Die gesamte Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber (Johannes & Team) war auch sehr zuvorkommend, unterstützend und überaus freundlich. Für uns uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!

Vom Betreten bis Verlassen der Unterkunft haben wir uns Pudelwohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank auch nochmal für die Präsente :)

Our stay was fantastic! We are definitely looking forward to coming back again soon. The place is very cozy and comfortable and has mesmerizing views of the mountains. It’s also a very peaceful location, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped, and the location is perfect for exploring the area and enjoying nature. When we arrived, a basket with delicious local products was waiting for us, which was a lovely touch. The owners are truly wonderful people. One of our family members uses a wheelchair, and we mistakenly did not inform them in advance. Despite this, they were incredibly supportive and did everything they could to arrange an accessible apartment for us. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness and help. Without a doubt, this was one of the most memorable stays we have ever had.

Honestly, the only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war wirklich wunderbar. Alles war super! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und herzlich, wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und angenehm warm, besonders wenn man bedenkt, dass es sich um ein Erdgeschosszimmer handelte. Auch die Küche war bestens ausgestattet es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Lage des Hotels: Es befindet sich in einer historischen Straße mit sehr schönen Gebäuden, was dem Aufenthalt eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre verleiht. Ganz besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Geschenk vom Hotel. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür! Auch unserer Hündin hat es sehr gut gefallen! —————- Очень классная квартира для отдыха, просторный номер.:) Нашему ребенку и собаке было где поиграть! Прекрасный презент от отеля - корзинка с фруктами и соками. Мы останавливались на нулевом этаже, было тепло и сухо. В ванной отлично работал теплый пол. Сама улица, на которой расположен отель красивая, есть где поужинать и купить милые сувениры.

lokalita naprosto úžasná, krásné okolí, dostupné parkování v místě přímo u ubytování, hostitelé úžasní - na úvod jsme obdrželi plný dárkový koš dobrot, v průběhu týdne za dveřmi byl balíček na zahřátí a na konec pobytu malá pozornost

jediné co bychom hodnotili jako mínus, jsou měkčí matrace, ale jde čistě o subjektivní hodnocení, měli jsme trochu smůlu na počasí :-)

Perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, es ist alles da was man braucht.

Man fühlt sich als Gast sehr wertgeschätzt, und willkommen. Auch mein Hund war willkommen, was mir sehr wichtig ist ☺️. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, wie z.B. ein sehr guter bio Kaffee, liegen bei der Ankunft in der Ferienwohnung bereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber. Nachrichten/Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral, und hat einen schönen Ausblick. Es war ein wunderbarer und sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den ich sehr gerne wiederholen möchte ☺️.

Для меня не совсем удобные подушки. Но это как для меня. Так как дома сплю на низенькой ортопедической. Все остальное прекрасно. Идеальное жилье. Мечта путешественника☺️.

Wir haben uns von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist super, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich , immer zu erreichen und sehr aufmerksam. Die Lage war auch super.

Wir fanden es etwas suboptimal , das wir für eine große Ferienwohnung, die man mit einigen Personen belegen kann, und dann auch entsprechend mit 2 Autos anreisen muss, nur einen Parkplatz an der Unterkunft hatten. Aber hier wurde man auch bei der Suche nach einer alternativen Parkmöglichkeit mit passenden Informationen unterstützt.

Es hat uns vom ersten bis zum letzten alles mega gefallen!!! So eine gastfreundliche Unterkunft hatten wir bis dato noch nicht. Wenn ihr Urlaub in garmisch machen wollt, dann definitiv hier!!!

Rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable. The next day, I received a surprise thank-you bag with healthy snacks — such a kind gesture! Outstanding service, perfect location — I’ll definitely return :) :)
