Единственное, что действительно было хорошо - это чистая кровать и рабочий кондиционер. На этом все преимущества данного места (отелем назвать язык не поворачивается) заканчиваются. Однако за 2000 песо в сутки этого маловато. К моему великому сожалению, мы выселились, эвакуируясь из отеля из-за пожара в здании неподалеку, и я не успел сделать фотографии своего номера.

Очень редко оставляю плохие отзывы отелям, но тут - заслуженные 3 из 10. Начнем с того, что почему-то в фотографиях самого номера приложены фото общей зоны, расположенной на этаже с этим номером. В описании номера наглое вранье про оснащение - например, что есть телевизор. В самом номере его нет, он общий на этаже. Такая же ложь - про балкон: заявлено, что есть балкон, но на него даже выйти особо не получится - там постелено покрытие из искусственной травы, пришедшее в негодность, и напрочь отсутствуют стулья и стол (речь идет про номер 1, в котором я останавливался). Сам номер чуть больше кровати, архитектурно совсем не продуманный. Просто белые стены, как в какой-то больнице. Опять-таки, не верьте фотографиям номера при бронировании - все красивые фото - это фото общей зоны на этаже. В туалете было 2 двери. Одна дверь - это дверь в номер, а вторая - дверь на общую кухню, находящаяся под замком, но при этом настолько тонкая и пластиковая, что абсолютно не являющаяся звукоизолирующей. Все, кто находятся в общей зоне на кухне, слышат все, что творится у вас в туалете!!! Я такое вижу впервые в жизни. Само здание похоже на какой-то недострой, объект незавершенного строительства. Почти нигде не доделан ремонт - в коридоре, в номере, на 1 этаже, где очень неприятные запахи. Сантехника раздолбана. Гигиенический душ просто поливает вас фонтаном назад при использовании через пробитый шланг. Вишенкой на торте оказалось, что в отеле не было Интернета, и мне пришлось потратить весь свой мобильный пакет Интернет данных в рабочих целях. Кроме извинений за отсутствующий Интернет ничего от отеля не получили. По итогу мы выселились на 1 ночь раньше, потеряв 2000 песо. Пока за все время путешествия по Филиппинам (ночевали в десятках отелей) это худший отель за свои деньги. Абсолютно незаслуженный рейтинг у отеля. Должен быть меньше 6.

The accommodation is very central with access to everything including an excellent café downstairs. It's very clean with plenty of space with Aircon and a balcony. The staff were absolutely amazing helping with all our needs especially Josh who really put himself out to accommodate our very late arrival in the early hours of the morning. A big thank you to Josh 🙂

It was awesome vacation of us. This place is amazing and super friendly stuff. Excellent location easy to access where you wanna go around Siargao. Hopefully to comeback soon on vacation and I will choose to stay at this place again. ❤️❤️❤️

I like that everywhere you go you can feel the good vibes. Indeed we enjoy our vacation. They Siargao's best burger oh a must to try guys when you get in there. I love the Beaches it made me in love with Siargao.

I liked the open air living room area, and the place is 5 mins away from the beach, the seafood market, and the night spots. Staff (Josh) is also very accommodating. Won’t hesitate to stay here again next time.

Good location.

We didn’t enjoy our stay here. It was falsely advertised as a double room with dining room, tv etc when It’s actually a room in someone’s house and not advertised as a home stay. Was given a single duvet cover as a blanket to use on the double bed. Luckily we brought our own blankets to sleep with. Location is good. Isn’t worth the money staying at this accommodation. Window leaks when it rains and lots of water on the floor. No shower curtain which when you shower everything gets soaking wet including the toilet roll. Air conditioning system is badly placed and it takes ages to cool down. Balcony has an astroturf that is deteriorating causing debris to get into the room every time you go out in the balcony. Extortionate price for what you’re getting. Bed is bigger than frame which dips down and digs in. Was told to not flush the toilet tissue down which is odd and unhygienic. No mirrors in the bedroom or bathroom. Couldn’t get hold of owner when we tried to call it. Shower turns hot and cold and don’t stay consistent. There was no WiFi provided which was also advertised on booking.com.

Its cheap nearby the beach, close to everything. They even have a washing machine , utensils are complete, decent internet

It's hard to blame the hotel for Siargao's numerous power cuts but without a generator like other places, it was very hot at times. Two couples checked out. No mirror in room or bathroom only communal area! A little grubby we thought. Spillage in fridge left all week. An annoying spring door on bathroom making it difficult in power cuts to wedge open.

The location and the friendly staff - highly recommended!

in one window of my room there were light curtains that did not block the sun for sleeping by day and in the bathroom there was no mirror (Room 3)

I recently stayed at Baron & Pedra’s Residence in Siargao and had a wonderful experience. The place is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near all the best restaurants, making it easy to explore the local cuisine. The highlight of my stay was definitely the host, Josh. He was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any inquiries, ensuring that all my needs were met. The house itself was spotless and comfortable, making it a perfect base for my vacation. However, if you're planning to work from home, be aware that the Wi-Fi isn’t the best. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable time in Siargao.

The location of this property is ideal for a first-timer in Siargao. In the heart of General Luna, it offers access to the town center, and the Tourism Road is just a short walk away. Joshua, the receptionist, was a true gem. He was genuinely helpful and accommodating. He gave me tips about some of the nits and grits of the island. I was at ease during my stay because I knew that there’s a Joshua who will help me especially as a first-timer. Facilities-wise, the room was well-equipped. There was air conditioning and water heater for a nice warm shower. My room also featured a small balcony overlooking the town center. The common areas were always kept tidy and clean, and had basic stuff like utensils and cutlery. Moreover, you can refill your water bottles with the clean and cold drinking water in the kitchen.

The place is not well-signed from the outside, and even the drivers/locals found it difficult to locate where the entrance was. I suggested to have clear signages to guide guests. The room has no television as well, which is not uncommon in Siargao, and the internet could be faster.

Amazing location. So close to the beach, where you depart for island hopping, the fresh seafood market, & restaurants and bars but not in the middle of the party scene. New, comfortable, great wifi and best air-conditioner. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No mirror in the room

The home owner and staff were very accomodating. They had us checked in early and checked out late. They even helped us book our transfer service. The place was very homey. They have a nice common area where you can hang and enjoy the view of the beach. The place is also near tourism road where most famous bars and restaurants are. Will definitely be back.
