The customer care was amazing—the owner sent us a personalized video, which made getting in after hours very easy. Additionally, having a lovely local pub just a few doors down and a coffee shop in the adjacent building for morning coffee made the experience even better. Right in the heart of Ballyhaunis.

The owner was very nice and made sure we got to our room. Room very basic but was clean. The premises had an overall vibe of being a hostel. I didn’t sleep much as could hear other residents walking most of the night above us. Then another resident tried to get into our room at 2am but realised it was the wrong room. Listened to them talking so loudly for nearly 1 hour after in the room beside us. Shower was leaking on the floor and no where to even leave a shower bag in the bathroom only on the floor.

Cannot fault anything about the accomodation, very clean and comfortable. Very highly recommended, we were even picked up from the airport for a small fee. Which was great as none of us can drive. Driver and host very friendly.

Super convenient to where we were going. Amazing customer care! The proprietor sent us a personalized video to make getting in after hours very easy AND he was there to meet us and show us around! A very high standard of customer care! There was a lovely local pub directly across the street as well! And a perfect little coffee shop in the building next door for coffee in the morning! Right in the heart of Ballyhaunis so you can walk easily to most of the attractions.

Ah the shower head had a slight issue but the manager seems like he’s on top of things so I know it will be fixed before we are back.

Very central location and easy access to public transport (bus) which I used several times. No breakfast was available at the property but the coffee shop downstairs serves excellent coffee - I liked the mocha. A choice of very reasonably priced breakfast options is available a few doors down the road from 9 am onwards. Several shops and nice pubs are close by.

It's a little hard to get in touch with the property before arrival.

No receptionist to greet you, and to give you information on the area, and possible places to visit. No view from the room. It was very claustrophobic. No tea in room.

Loved the location, communication excellent. Right next door to a coffee shop, and we received free vouchers for a coffee , very clean, great shower, and you could not get a better location for the town.

Had a lovely stay here while travelling for work. Spotlessly clean & very comfortable Excellent location. Host was so easy to deal with. Will be planning to stay here again when I'm next in this part of the country.

Mr Tomas seemed a very kind/ friendly person that helped my stay and it made me feel more comfortable as I get nervous first time anywhere.. I also lost my key and Mr Tomas was understanding and moved me into a different room.. Solo travellers please stop by this place and check it out.. In the Main Street fab location.. A leg was not attached to bedside table (was on floor) but table didn’t collapse -I was worried I would be blamed for this

Passabile solo per una notte. Buon ristorante vicino. Parcheggio da cercare lungo la strada. Letto abbastanza comodo ma un po' piccolo.

L'acqua calda e il calorifero erano spenti al nostro arrivo, abbiamo dovuto telefonare per farli accendere. Host non presente all'arrivo, per fortuna la porta era aperta e siamo potuti entrare. La cucina "comune" viene usata da una persona che sembra abitare lì, in ogni caso molto sporca. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato una ragazza che ha chiamato il gestore per poter sapere il numero della camera. Bagno piccolo con scopettino sporco di carta igienica. Non c'è un parcheggio dedicato alla struttura, come era indicato.

The owner was remarkably friendly, and helpful with advice about busses and trains. He gave me a lift to the house of an old relative of mine in Ballinlough, which, otherwise, would have been an expensive and difficult journey. I am very grateful for his kindness.

La chambre est rénovée mais manque de finition, notamment dans la salle de bains, porte pas finie, pas de quoi poser les affaires, peu de prises; La literie est dure… dommage… Après c’était bien !

The owner was very helpful and gave me advice about how to get around the local area. He even gave me a lift to nearby town so that I could visit an old friend which would have been difficult to reach by bus.

The room was spotless, warm and bed very comfortable. Although it was very central it was quiet at night. We were advised that breakfast was not available over the Christmas period but our host cooked porridge, supplied fresh fruit salad, tea and croissants as we were leaving early for a funeral.

Really enjoyed my stay 🤗 The accommodation is very easy to find and central to everything shops pub’s etc owner is very welcoming and was very easy to contact throughout my stay. My Room was spacious fresh and clean exactly what I was looking for would highly recommend staying here as I hope to return soon myself !❤️

Eddie and Aoife were amazing, so accommodating. Showed us the area as we were without a car, they really did look after us and were genuinely lovely people. Can't wait to visit again. The room was so spacious, loved the little coffee shop connected.
