Reviewed May 26, 2026Fabulous apartment in a beautiful location overlooking the fjord. The owners provided us with everything we needed for our stay. Great shower, comfy bed, warm, well- equipped kitchen and the whole place was spotlessly clean and well- looked after. The photos don’t do it justice. Wish we’d panned a longer stay!

The bed mattresses were too soft for us. Soup plates were missing in the kitchen.

La tranquilidad del lugar es increíble y el entorno es simplemente mágico. Una experiencia inolvidable, perfecta para desconectar y disfrutar en familia.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2025Stunning views, kind and welcoming hosts, extremely clean and comfortable apartment! Absolutely perfect place if you're looking to stay somewhere outside of, but near to Tromso.
The drive from Tromso to the apartment takes about an hour and is really beautiful - you just need to be really careful on the roads in bad weather.

The apartment was so clean and tidy, and they even left some sweet gifts for us when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed—spices, sugar, tea, you name it—so we could cook with ease. And the view… wow, it was incredible! Mountains and sea, just perfect. Highly recommend!

The view from the house is breathtaking. We shared a night with our host watching auroras, we will remember this night for ever. Thank you again for your kindness. 😍

Reviewed Jan 26, 2024Unbelievable location. The views are out of this world! We were just in awe constantly. It was such a wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing and on hand if we needed them. The villa was equipped with everything you can think of! If you're toying with the idea of staying closer to town or here, which is a bit more remote, then just know that the drive to Tromvik is an experience in itself, every corner you turn you're just hit with another amazing sight! I wouldn't have changed it for the world, every trip out of the villa was just wonderful!

The road to the place could be snowy if you're unlucky. Check the weather before going.
