Quando em ônibus vim de Essaouira, desci a poucos metros da casa, que foi muito fácil de encontrar. Fui bem recebido, e atendeu minhas expectativas.

c’est très sale , 25 euros pour une nuit c’est pas cher donc ce dire qu on en a piur notre argent ? mais le recurage est un minimum par respect pour les hotes et le nettoyage est possible ! il y avait de la nourriture pourrie dans un frigidaire degoutant la plaque de cuisson avec de la graisse de cuisson des 10 dernières années elle etait noire , fatiguée de notre transport on a eu des doutes vu qu il y avait des dechets dans la poubelle d’avoir les draps des autres occupants ! fatigués nous avons du dormir habillé alors note de 8.5 ? Si la saleté n’est pas un soucis pour vous allez y !

Rapport qualité prix intéressant. Gentillesse et accueil du propriétaire très serviable. Lit très confortable. Wifi très correct. Situation proche commerces et restaurants. Excellent restaurant japonais à 300 mètres.

J'aurais dû écouter les conseils du propriétaire et garer ma moto ailleurs car un chat s'est fait les griffes sur ma selle. Les serviettes de toilette sentaient mauvais. Pas pu avoir d'eau chaude à la douche. Pour le reste c'est quand même très vieillot. Quant au chien qui hurle à côté, on s'en passerait.

Spacious ground-level apartment, no stairs. Not flashy but it had everything I needed. Good Wi-Fi, hot water, basic kitchen with fridge, cooker a couple of pots. And a semi outdoor area (kitchen partly open to sky). In a quiet residential area with shops, cafes etc nearby. Not that hard to find - if getting a taxi, ask for CNSS polyclinic, pharmacy entrance or show photo attached, and it's 20 metres away. The family manage it in a friendly, professional way (speak English and probably French). They clearly react to previous reviews (fridge was clean, kettle new etc). They let me have a set of keys so I could come and go. The town lacks tourist highlights but is very interesting, relaxed, varied, and walkable. Maybe the friendliest town I've been to after a month in (friendly) Morocco.

Could be cleaner and better equipped (kitchen, sidelights etc) but, still, good for the price

Pretty nothing

Everything...the kitchen was so dirty that i didn't want to make tea at least. The refrigerator was not cleaned. The bathroom was in a dilapidated condotion. The sink was somewhere else. The towels were worn out. U opted for this stay based on the Reviews, but turned out to be the other way. I appreciate if all can write an honest Review as a help for future guests, Im sorry to write these all but it will help other guests

Everything, the bed was comfy, the shower was hot and the WiFi was. The apartment overall was really, really nice. The city of El Jadida was beautiful and the people are the friendliest I've met after 6 weeks in Morocco! I had a lovely time I wish I'd stayed longer.

If I could fault anything I wish the shower was a little bit more powerful but honestly that's being really picky as I thought the apartment was perfect.

Comfortable, spacious, quiet apartment with a good kitchen. Mostly clean although the fridge and teapot for example were grubby. Bed was comfortable; linen fairly clean by budget Moroccan standards. Hot shower. Host was helpful getting my washing done. WiFi throughout the apartment. Neighbourhood was 'local'; many small shops, eateries and fruit/veg stalls within 5 minutes' walk Beach and coastal sites not too far by taxi.

The property is complicated to locate - pay very close attention to the host's maps!

The place is centrally located, quiet and secure

J'adore l'emplacement de l'appartement, le calme, la propreté et la gentillesse du Monsieur Hicham. L'appartement n'est pas loin du centre de ville, on trouve tout ce qu'on veut aux alentours ( café,restaurant, banque...), les moyens du transport sont disponibles partout. Concernant l'équipement, l'appartement est bien équipé ( smart tv avec IPTV, réfrigérateur, les draps sont propres...) De toute façon je recommande cet appartement, et je reviendrai une autre fois. The flat was very calm and comfortable. The host was very kind and responsive. The host's daughter brought in flowers for the flat. I felt very much at home.

Nothing I didn't like. Maybe water from the shower gets out a little bit under the bathroom door. That is the only detail I can think of. Really everything else was perfect. Ah yes, also it could be lovely to have a reading light beside the bed.

Place very calm and all things is near to you.

1. The owner is a nice guy. Son is a translator for English. 2. Quiet neighborhood. 3. Walk to downtown for grocery....about 20 minutes, then to the old Kasbah, harbour area and beach. Portuguese Cistern is closed As of January, 2025 due to roof collapsed. Check Google before you go....there is no need for taxi to downtown from apartment. But you need taxi if from CTM bus station to apartment with luggage. About $1-2 per ride. 4. No washing machine, but owner offers free laundry. It was nice!! Even there is washing machine in the apartment, clothes can not be dried. The apartment is on the first floor, there is no sun heat to dry up clothes. The best way is just to give owner the clothes to wash and dry up. 5. Close the windows if you have food in the kitchen....cats will come in from the windows. 6. The apartment air flows are good. 7. Bath hot water and kitchen are functioning... 8. Everything as photos. 9. The best experience is to sleep at night.....I think it's very quiet to me.

Everything is so outdated....bring you back at least 40 years ago...if you don't mind. The value is there which I paid for it....at least ...a private apartment, not a room. I don't complain. But I just need time to get used to it.

The landlord does not seem to receive messages via booking.com, but contacting him via his phone number works fine.

Nice spacious apartment with everything you could need and cafes within a short walk. The host was so kind and welcoming, I was sad to only stay one night!

Location is in residential area, works fine if you have your own car and parking is easy - there are eateries in walking distance though Good value for a 2 bed apartment - the hosts live upstairs

Some confusion on arrival due to a double booking but the host sorted it out quickly Bathroom is difficult as it's small and the shower is above the toilet so everything gets wet, sink in a different room

The water in the shower was hot

It was very dark inside with hardly any natural light. The bathroom was disgusting!! The door was dropping to bits, the floor and toilet were in grained with dirt. There is no basin to wash your hands after you have been to the toilet you have to walk through the kitchen (no sink in there either), to another room with a sink that has only cold water. The only hot water is in the shower, so we had to boil the kettle to wash the dishes. The cloths left to clean with, were really dirty too, I had to wash them before I used them. I don't know how it's got so many good reviews

This was a homely, ground floor, two bedroom apartment with separate living room, kitchen and dining area. Facilities included a gas stove and fridge. Sheets and towels included. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here.

Good location, great amenities, accomodating host family. We were greeted by the young son of Hachim who spoke good English. They helped us in the best way they can. Great value for money.

Would be great to have some heating, the house gets very cold during winter. Bathroom is spartan.

All convenience: spacious rooms, full equiped kitchen with fridge, hot showers, towels, TV, good WiFi, comfortable beds etc.
