Saya tak sempat nak ucapkan terima kasih kepada staff yang telah mendoakan anak saya dan banyak membantu semasa saya stay di hotel.

I was unpleassed with one of the towel that has little stain of dirt, the water temperature was fine at first but later the water was not hot enough as it used to be, there was no iron and iron board provided even though i already call the staff to bring one to my room and they never show up . Staff at restaurant counter need to polish up on her communication with the guest

1. The AC is not working (tak sejuk). I lodge a complaint to the front desk, the technician came and replace certain parts. However, the room only cool for about 30m. After that, there’s this friction noises coming from the AC machine above the ceiling. Lodge the 2nd complaint, the front desk said the technician will come tonight, tapi tak datang. I meant, i could understand kalau tech tak datang malam tu pon to resolve the issues immedietly tapi at least, inform la customer. Ini i tunggu sampai 12:30am kot. Totally dissaponted with the services.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Location was inside a university school. Stayed at this hotel as it was nearer to visit some relative's house. Room is generally clean and room shower head was good. Breakfast area café had a very nice outdoor ambience and view.
Had booked a room with terrace but somehow was informed by counter that they do not offer any room with terrace or balcony. So was puzzled why booking platform had that option? Room air-conditioner was not working well and not cool enough. There's no stand/bench for luggage placement. The pipe inside the shower room was choked and shower room floor will be 'flood' if consistent showering a long time.

The TV functioned well, and the water supply was good with no issues. Overall, I was really satisfied with my stay and would happily recommend this hotel

There were no shops or restaurants nearby but the largest mall in Malaysia ioi mall was just a short taxi ride away.

Staff's English was very limited. The area is in the middle of nowhere. Apart from the first day, breakfast was quite unimpressive.

Breakfast spread could have been better with more varieties of desserts. Two slight humps across the indoor breakfast area are potential trip hazard.
