We had a lovely one-night stay with our family. The property is new, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and plenty of space for the whole family.

Clean. Lots of space for the 5 of us. Safe. Cooking facilities. Balcony. Mosquito nets. Secure parking. Had everything we needed. Extended our trip by another night.

Friendly hosts, comfortable rooms and kitchen. Very cheap for the facilities, number of rooms and space provided.

The place was clean ,comfortable and spacious. Definitely valued for money ♥️ . All the equipment we needed for cooking was there. Highly recommended for a group.

We loved how clean, spacious, and well-maintained the villa was. The rooms were very comfortable, the beds were great, and everything felt fresh and organised. The location was peaceful, while still being convenient to get around. The hosts were also incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay even better. Their whole family are just amazing.

It was an affordable 3 bed room place with very clean and neat rooms and bathrooms owners were friendly. But owners are living downstairs so need to close your entrance for your privacy

The host lives in the same house he is renting. You will be given private entrance to second floor (which has no soundproofing or wall to the first floor) of the house which is rented. Bathroom was not very clean. No toiletries available as written in the description. Location and coordinates given in booking.com is incorrect.

The hosts were really friendly. And the place is really nice and clean. Both washrooms were very spacious and had hot water in it. Every room had a separate A/C. There's plenty of space to park as well. The location is really convenient and close to Matara town. Upon request they provided us a delicious home cooked breakfast for a reasonable price. Had a great stay there.

The house is two stories. We were on the upper floor. The only concern I had was that the living area of our floor was open to the ground floor where the home owners live. We thought that it would disturb us. But nothing of such happened.

We liked everything. The owner was nice and helped us whenever he could. The apartment was clean and spacious. It was a luxury stay for us.

Having the entire floor, including a kitchen, balcony, and parking, was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and safe stay❤️

We loved this place so much!!!The family were lovely and the breakfast was delicious! Our children enjoyed playing cricket with their kids :) the flat itself is self contained and everything was very clean. Kitchen was really fantastic. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend. Definitely stay here!
