Good apartment in a quiet neighborhood, which is also close to the city center. Bus stations are nearby. The host was great, helpful and answered all of our inquiries.

A me non ha disturbato nulla a qualcuno potrebbe non piacere il quartiere molto popolare.

Месторасположение — прогулки в старый город под рукой (как мы и планировали), на море автобус без пересадок Обслуживание — хозяева прекрасные, встретили как родных, решали быстро любой вопрос Чистота и комфорт — внутри всё свежее, есть вся необходимая техника (кроме микроволновки) Настоящий домашний уют вдали от дома. Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство!

the space and the convenience at the arrival

ac had to be behind the bed as the air was blowing in the face. and the ac is noisy. too many marks on the bed and walls of killed flies or mosquitos or insects. that must be cleaned. sofa bed is uncomfortable

I did not feel the room that was given to me fresh or well cleaned. I believe the rooms require deep cleaning as sofas had stains and the floor was not well cleaned

A clean and modern room, the apartment was well organised as a whole in a well located area close to transport, shops and the main city. The lady at the reception Tatiana was extremely helpful and supportive. I’d really recommend this place

La ubicación era buena

El departamento que nos dieron no era el de las fotos. Pagamos por un balcón con vista y habitaciones luminosas y nos han dado uno en planta baja, con las habitaciones subsuelo (eran dos cuevas), puertas rotas y hasta encontramos cucarachas. Lo peor fue que cuando intentamos comentárselo a Tatyana, no solo se hizo la desentendida culpando a Booking, tampoco mostró empatía ni intención de solucionar la situación. La experiencia fue realmente decepcionante y muy diferente a lo que esperábamos según las fotos y la puntuación del alojamiento. Sinceramente, no entendemos cómo puede tener una calificación de 9.1

Excellent stay at A Old Town! The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped and very well located, close to the Old Town. A special thank you to Tatyana, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. She is extremely kind, welcoming and always available to help. She gave us useful advice, helped us organize transportation and was always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Her kindness and professionalism really made our stay even more enjoyable. A very cozy apartment with everything you need, perfectly located near the Old Town in a lively area with shops, cafés, public transport and even a farmers’ market on Fridays. Tatiana is an incredibly kind and helpful host — she helped us with everything from taxis and getting around the city to organizing excursions. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place!

J ai aimé l appartement car il est propre et grand et très moderne . Tatiana était au top et très réactive à nos demande . L emplacement est top aussi il y a le tram a coté les bus mark Antalya pleins de commerce et resto et a coté de la veille ville . Je le recommande !!.

Хороший отель,в центре города. Рядом трамвайная остановка,много магазинов,обменник,чувствуется не туристический район,а самый настоящий турецкий. После бронирования сразу вышли на связь,учли наши пожелания. Я думала,будет бесконтактное заселение,но нас встретили,показали куда идти. Наш номер был на 1 этаже (по нашему на втором),вид во двор на соседний близкорасположенный дом. Но это никак нам не мешало. Просторный балкон, в двери которого я влюбилась 😍 (с утра через него к нам в гости хотел зайти котик),современный дизайн,не просторно,но практично использован каждый сантиметр помещения. В номере есть все необходимое,есть стиральная машина,большой холодильник и т.п.Все продумано до мелочей. Единственное - было пятно плесени на потолке в ванной, но думаю это легко исправить,хотя может это было только у нас,т.к.низкий этаж. Еще мне хочется отметить Татьяну - она настоящий профессионал своего дела. В нужный момент подскажет, где что находится,как пройти. При этом ненавязчивая и всегда на связи. Жаль,что мы остановились в отеле только на одну ночь. В следующий раз остановимся у вас,надеюсь,все останется на прежнем уровне 👍

Hygiënisch en schoon

We waren er met 5 personen. In de chat heb ik de vraag gesteld of dit paste en dat was geen probleem. Bij aankomst was het wel een probleem want 1 ouderbed voor 2 personen. 1 apart 1 persoon bed en de 2 andere moesten slaapbank delen. Dat was niet goed en veel te krap voor 2 personen. Op de foto en de chat via booking zag het eruit als 2 slaapkamers met een 2 persoons en 2 keer 1 persoon bed.

Bezproblemowe meldowanie, super lokalizacja, czysto, przyjemnie, wszystko co potrzebne było dostępne. Polecam w 100%

Очень рады, что выбрали эти апартаменты! Отличное расположение, до старого города можно прогуляться, но нет шума и суеты как там. Оснащение полное, прекрасно провели время!

size of the flat and very clean

the floor needs better maintenance but it was a minor thing not even an issue and there were only three car parks which were occupied most of the time but still it was easy to fund empty space to park your car around the building

Location is central close to Old Town. It is perfect for just a place to sleep and spend the days exploring the city.

Overall it was fine, I think in terms of space for a family it was just a little tight, especially the bathroom.

Decent size apartment for a group of 6.

Rooms are located at the basement which makes it a bit creepy. I didn’t like the smell when we arrived.

Stayed in A10. Everything was great and as promised. Tatiana was really helpful and accommodated us. Will definitely choose again.

Great Staff very help full.(Tatiana do great job), staff on vicinity are very help ful. Nice and Clean apartment, with stove,ovn,washing and dish washing machine.Almost every thing for a week stay. Location is great to walk around city, close to alot of central Points of interest and restaurance. Cats on the property are very nice and friendly :D

The first day we had extra bed that was really in bad condition. (not useable, got little disappointed) Tatiana fixed it self next day with out me asking, she explained they were missing one because of alot of guests. Girls were missing make up mirror, may be more wall mirrors.

The rooms were very spacious and practical. Free parking on site was a huge plus, especially when loading the car with your luggage! We only stayed there one night but would've definitely stayed longer.

Rooms could use a coat of paint because of marks from previous guests but nothing major. A few lights not working well but no big deal.

The apartment was very nice, clean just like the pictures. The check in and out was really seamless. The Host, Tatyana was reachable and very responsive all the time and even after our check out, so thank you very much Tatyana for the lovely hospitality. Very good value for money and highly recommend .

На четверых очень маленький номер. Раскладушка для четвёртого человека ржавая и продавленная. Всё остальное неплохо. Но денег своих не стоит.

The location, the cleaning lady

It was very small for 5 persons.

Администратор всегда была на связи, интернет стабильный, чистое постельное белье, кондиционеры работали хорошо, все необходимое было в квартире. И чай, кофе и даже стиральный порошок и все такое. Район старого города, рядом трамвайная остановка, недалеко много магазинов и кафе. Нам было комфортно, хоть мы и были всего 2 дня, думаю эта квартира отлично подойдет и на длительный срок.

Если бы еще фильтр для питьевой воды стоял, то было бы вообще супер😆

Удобное месторасположение, быстрое заселение, уютная квартира для большой семьи.

Немного не комфортно ночью в комнате , которая внизу, шумно из-за коммуникаций, которые проходят, видимо со всего дома.

Good location with lovely lounge and living

The rooms very much don't look like the photos, they are basement rooms and the air conditioning is broken in them, very average

Amazing location, 10 minute walk to the gates of Kaleici, for a fraction of the price of any other hotel. The value is incredible; you cannot beat the quality for the money you spend - especially in such a tourist hot spot. It was clean, had a washing machine, had a kitchen, good lighting, good wifi. In my opinion - the sofa bed was great, I am 1.7m tall. The sofa bed was not so good for my friend who is 1.75-1.8m tall, but it's me writing the review and not him. And no complaints from my other friend who slept in the queen bed. Two strong air conditioning units inside the room to beat the Summer heat. The receptionist (and whoever is responding to Whatsapp) was always so helpful and quick to respond to my matters. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Limited car parking at the actual venue (3-4 car spots located at the BACK), but there is always plenty of street parking available.

숙소가 엄청 넓고 깔끔하고, 에어컨도 작동 잘 돼서 좋았어요.

Идет ремонт. Грязь, строительный мусор, цементная пыль в номере и в коридоре. Номер грязный, мебель сломана, кондиционер грязный и очень сильно шумит. Всё очень затертое, неухоженно. Лестница в строительной пыли, тут же на полу лежат полотенца и постельное белье. Персонала не видели. При входе в апартаменты тротуарная плитка разобрана, не пройти.

Mulțumim din suflet pentru primirea călduroasă și pentru serviciile impecabile! Am petrecut câteva zile minunate la mare, într-o atmosferă plăcută și relaxantă. Personalul a fost foarte amabil, iar condițiile au fost excelente. Ne-am simțit ca acasă și cu siguranță vom reveni cu mare drag. Recomandăm acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc o vacanță frumoasă și liniștită!

Pobyt nezodpovedá hodnoteniam, boli sme sklamaní. Boli sme ubytovaní s malým bábätkom, ktoré lozí a oblečenie malo špinavé od podlahy, na gauči sa nachádzali mačacie chlpy. Ked sme si sadli na gauč oblečenie bolo ihneď od chlpov. Steny su tenké. Počuť každý pohyb susedov dokonca aj splachnutie WC. Toto ubytovanie určite neodporúčame. Boli sme tam našťastie len jednu noc. Aj v tu jednu noc sme mali bohužiaľ veľmi hlučných susedov nad nami ktory aj po upozornení na hluk o 1:00 v noci vobec neriešili. Ulica na ktorej sa ubytovanie nachádza je katastrofálna hlučná špinavá. Vyzeralo to "nebezpečne". Nikdy viac

Удобное расположение, если хочется посмотреть город и погулять по центру. Для пляжного отдыха нужен либо автомобиль, либо велосипед. Вокруг много магазинов и кафе, в принципе тихо, если не считать доставщиков на мотороллерах.

Лампы или торшеры придали бы больше уюта. В остальном - ок.

Die Wohnung ist im Großen und Ganzen gut, die Lage ist auch wirklich toll für ein Aufenthalt nicht weit vom Zentrum. Die Wohnung hat sogar eine Waschmaschine.

Es gibt einige Mängel - das Geruch aus dem Abfluss in der Küche. Außerdem es gab einige Missverständnisse beim Checkin - es gibt leider keine Rezeption in dem Gebäude und meine Schwester musste warten bis jemand gekommen ist um sie reinzulassen (obwohl ich im Voraus angefragt habe, ob sie früher kommen darf um ihr Gepäck abzustellen). Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer wurde nicht als Schlafplatz vorbereitet: Als ich das angesprochen habe, wurde mir ganz frech geantwortet, dass ich die Wohnung nur für 4 Personen gebucht habe - was völlig falsch war, auf dem Booking Formular stand eindeutig 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Nachdem ich das vorgezeigt habe (die ganze Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp), wurden mir extra Polster und die Decke gebracht. Ich fand es leicht umständlich, dass ich so viel Energie investieren müsste um den 5. Schlafplatz (den ich sicher mitgebucht habe) selber einzurichten.

Große, gut ausgestattete Suite mit einer guten Lage. Sehr netter Kontakt. Unsere Fragen und Wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt. Würde ich definitiv wieder buchen!

Отдыхали семьей в этом отеле и остались очень довольны! :) Чисто, уютно, есть все необходимое для проживания. Кухня хорошо укомплектована, что немаловажно при проживании с ребенком. К чистоте и качеству уборки претензий не было. Расположение отеля великолепное. Рядом остановка трамвая, с аэропорта добраться очень просто. Вокруг много магазинов, ходить далеко не нужно. До центра и ворот Адриана пешком минут 5-10. Также у отеля есть своя небольшая парковка, проблем с размещением прокатного авто не было. Хороший администратор Татьяна действительно в отеле присутствует :) Также как и рыжий кот (правда он скорее дымчатый, чем рыжий, но это как по мне :)

Это скорее не минус, а особенность горячего водоснабжения с проточными водонагревателями. Достаточно долго приходилось спускать воду, пока начнет течь горячая. Напор не сильно большой. Но главное, что горячая вода есть! Это основное! :)

Very comfortable and clean place. A little bit noisy from upstairs, but I guess these were other guess for which the property owner cannot be responsible for.

Pots/Pans could be in better shape. We also cooked, and it worked out. But a small update would be good, they have a lot of scratches and are bent.

Comfortable apartment in good location with easy access to trams and buses. A few restaurants nearby, but only 850m walk to Hadrian's Gate and the start of the old town. Comfortable bed, shutters to block out light, 2 sofas and decent kitchen & bathroom. Easy to check in and friendly staff. Secure access to property through locked front gate.

Уютные апартаменты со всем необходимым. Чистота, которую еще и поддерживают регулярными уборками. Своя парковка, рядом классный рынок. Тихий район, ночью молитв практически не слышно, что было приятной опцией, так как приезжали с маленьким ребенком😌

Хотелът е чудесен - в нова сграда, обзаведен модерно и удобно. Подходящ е и за по-дълъг престой, тъй като има всички удобства. Разположен е на пешеходно разстояние от стария град, в тиха и спокойна уличка. Татяна бе много мила и отзивчива. Много благодарим!

Мы очень рады, что выбрали именно эти апартаменты. Они находятся в очень удобном расположении, рядом есть аптеки, магазины, пекарни - вы точно сможете найти всё самое необходимое. До старого города можно добраться пешком примерно за 10-15 минут. Квартира уютная, чистая, со свежим ремонтом, нам было очень комфортно и приятно находиться. Надеемся вернуться к вам ещё раз)

Zentrale Lage in der City, gute Nahverkehrsanbindung, Küche gut ausgestattet. Check In und Kommunikation unkompliziert.

Schlafbereich im Untergeschoss (Keller), minimal ausgestattet, Bett und Wandregal, gefühlt wie eine Zelle, außerdem unangenehmer Geruch von der Toilette im Untergeschoss. Dazu wurden Metallarbeiten bis 19 bzw. 20 Uhr ausgeführt,was zu erheblichen unangenehmen Lärm geführt hat. Der Balkon war daher überhaupt nicht nutzbar.

Die Lage und die kostenlosen Parkplätze waren sehr gut. Man kam mit dem Auto überall gut hin, auch zu Fuß konnte man alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs finden. Wenn man günstig die gesamte Großfamilie unterbringen will für wenige Tage, ist das eine super Option, wenn man einige Abstriche machen kann.

Die Dame an der Rezeption ist teilweise freundlich, teilweise frech und unfreundlich, je nachdem wie es ihr gerade passt. Das gehört sich nicht. Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt während des Aufenthaltes, auch davor waren die Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt, der Boden war immer klebrig. Wir haben 3 Wohnungen gemietet und in allen 3 war die Situation die gleiche. Übergabe und Rückgabe waren unkompliziert, man kann über WhatsApp kommunizieren, das vereinfacht die Kommunikation.
