The host was very helpful and communicative throughout the stay. The place itself was clean, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Also very cheap and great location (just by a supermarket and the train station)

Amazing location and wonderful host.

L’appartement était très propre et il est très bien situé. Accessible depuis l’aéroport en 15 minutes par le bus 18 en journée ou avec la navette indiqué par le propriétaire la nuit, il est aussi à 10 minutes de la médina via le bus 5, 12 et 66. L’arrêt est à 100m de l’appartement. Épiceries et petit déjeuner à pied dans les commerces locaux. Sécurisé, cet appartement possède la Clim, une machine à laver et un balcon. Parfait pour notre séjour d’une semaine.

Les oreillers de la chambre étaient un peu fermes pour nous mais heureusement, il y a des coussins moelleux dans le salon et des taies d’oreiller additionnelles. Voisins un peu bruyant parfois mais ça reste extrêmement reposant par rapport au tumulte de la ville.

Tack till Shadya som var mycket trevlig och gjorde allt föratt vi trivdes under tiden.

Everything is very nice. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment tools. 👌🏻

There was nothing to dislike.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean. It is in a fantastic location, with a bus stop just 50 meters away that runs frequently to the city centre. Shops and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, and the owner was extremely kind and always available.

Good location in walking dostance to the Medina (abput 30 min) Underground parking. Nice building in general.

Room's interior bit outdated and generally room is not in a great.condition. We had 3 towels for 4 persons and one hand towel. Mold on the toilet's ceiling. Not enough blanket covers. Sleeping on the sofa was not comfortable as there is no option to make bed out of it. The worst was a loud neighboor who partied at night. Wall seemed to be rather thin. Living room is seperated from the window by the bedroom so it is dark.

I had a lovely stay at this apartment for two nights. The location is great—very close to the Medina (about 5 minutes by car or around 15 minutes by bus), with a bus stop just a few minutes away. The area felt safe and secure, with security present outside, and there are beautiful restaurants and shopping options nearby. The apartment itself was very clean, well-maintained, and smelled fresh. I especially enjoyed the balcony, and it was great to have amenities like a washing machine. Everything was easy to find, and the check-in process was smooth. Communication with the host was excellent—very friendly, quick, and helpful. Overall, everything was perfect, and I would definitely recommend this place.

As promise, the apartment has everything, basic stuffs but in order with a minimalist style. There is everything you need to feel at home while travelling

It's not near the main "attraction", but it's not so difficult to get there with a taxi. Fair price/quality/location.

L'insonorisation n'est pas top mais bon, c'est bien vivable. Je suis un peu fragile, à ce niveau.

Funktionelle Einrichtung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und funktioniert. In der Küche waren schon Öl, Gewürze etc. vorhanden. Einfacher Check Inn, gute Kommunikation. Trotz direkter Lage am Bahnhof sehr ruhig.

Le silence, et l'entretien plus la position locale de cet appartement bien fourni de tout genre qui peut t'intéresse merci au propriétaire qui était disponible a tout moment.

The apartment is in a great location, close to several restaurants and grocery stores, practically next door to the bus and railway stations. It is in a good building, and equipped with a caring owner that will politely make sure you have everything you need.

Comfortable spacious apartment close to the railway and Supra coach stations. Local bus 5, 10,14 and 66 take 15 mins to get to the medina for 4Mad. The distance is 3km. Liquor store is just across the road as are several small grocery stores. Great communication with the owner who let us check in early. Basic kitchen with hob and oven, small set of pans. No microwave or toaster. Clean and modern shower\toilet with shampoo and soap supplied. Air con on lounge and bedroom and a small balcony Quiet location away from the main road Recommended for a short stay near transport hubs.

Allting var perfekt, välstädat och fräscht! Riktigt välkomnande boende. Stannade tillslut 4 nätter när vi egentligen bara skulle stannat 1 natt. Jag kommer definitivt tillbaka

The Bathroom needs repair. Water is some kinda leaking. Its always moistured, wet. molds are growing.

There was a foul smell coming through in the kitchen and living area until we had sprayed a room freshener. The shower was clogging and the manager was going to look into fixing it first thing the next morning.

Liked the appartment that was very comfortable & clean. The balcony was really good size, as was the living room with kitchen that provided most utensils as well as some extras such as coffee,tea,sugar & condiments..abonus when you first move in. The wifi & netflix/utube t.v worked a treat & enjoyed my stay as to extend more days

The kitchen is not working, oven doesn’t have a gas, at least I couldn’t turn it on and cook. The teapot was very dirty, so I even couldn’t cook pasta in teapot 😬 also it was very noisy outside.

This property is truly remarkable. It is impeccably clean and situated in an ideal location.

There are absolutely no issues to report at all.

Complete apartment with kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, cups and glases to use) washing machine and fridge.. Comfy bed (clean sheets!) and balcony... The security staff is friendly and the host was great in communication and assistance, everything went smooth.. I really wanted to add few:days more but unfortunately it was fully booked .. recommended to stay here with no issues at all...you will not regret it... thx..

Super clean, the host was nice, informed and welcomed us very well. Location is also great, not on a busy street so it’s quiet enough to get a good night sleep. I’m a frequent Marrakesh visitor so I will definitely go back.

an luxurious sweet apartment in hivernage/guieliz area of marrakech residential and new developments . exceptional apartment in modern facility with security. the apartment has modern facilities air conditioning and sweet little kitchenette. comfort table home from home. location outstanding near train station and supra bus tours, a quick bus or taxi to medina or even enjoy local gardens and eateries. The apartment was amazing and communication with Hosts/owners superb.

Some environmental factors which did not affect our stay as however once raised with host/owner tried to rectify immediately. Host was professional courteous and communicative. Would definitely stay again

The only problem I had was the gas stove must have been out of propane because I couldn’t get the stove to work.
