The host and administrative staff Ms. Harrison communicates well and is quite pleasant. Questions and any issues that arise were handled in a very timely manner. The location is is great, gives a really amazing view of the sea and is also walking distance to the pool. The house is clean and supplies all one would need whilst being there..loved the little tea station. Would definitely recommend this property to small families or friends and I definitely will be back!

Had an issue with the solar system, but no fault of the property and once it was reported, action was taken to solve the problem and was also compensated by the host.

I like the fact that it was located in the hills with winds blowing into the house keeping it t very cool during the daytime. I barely ran the AC. I loved the walk up the hill that overlooked the roadway and a few resorts. The neighborhood was very quiet. I love the use of the indoor washer and dryer.

The Gil-Manor was truly a place away like home. It was quiet and serene and very comfortable. From check- in with Anna and the property manager very accommodating. Thank you both for everything, looking forward to my next booking.

I liked the fact that it was in a nice gated community.

No water heat and not mentioned beforehand.

The sea view was excellent especially from the pool area. The furnishings and layout was lovely we felt at home. If there are more than 2 people there should be more garden furniture.

It was very dark inside even during the day. Cooking in the kitchen was problematic as the only light was above the kitchen window. We used a torch to see how dinner was progressing. We did not like the toilet seat covers as they are unhygienic. We did have a few hiccups with not having WiFi but this was rectified by Anna and the property owner the next day. Which did impede on our dinner plans which we missed due to waiting for the star link to arrive. But it has not deterred us from booking this accommodation again as we were compensated with a discount. The tea and coffee stand was sparse it was a good job we had supplies for our first day.

Very quiet and comfortable

I loved everything about this place. We felt at home. The place was clean, and it looked just like the pictures. Anna is awesome. We felt safe. The pool area is awesome. I will return. Keep it up. One Gil-Manor Neva two🤣🤣🤣

The property was well kept and maintained nice amenities. They made things easy getting in and out but with maximum security. The bedding was great as some don’t include a blanket unless requested. There was appliances and cookware ready to go with complimentary tea for a cozy, at-home feeling.

Property location and the accommodation.

I love the locating for a few reasons. Trelawny is where I was born, so I was very comfortable since i know the area. Also we have good friends who lives less than two miles away so we were able to visit and not having to drive too far. Entry and exit was not bad either.

Well this is just a suggestion, maybe a few more cooking items cause we are Jamaicans and we cook big so the items on hand was not enough but we made it work. Also a maybe a few more hangers in the rooms. Just simple stuff.

The area was extremely relaxing and I loved my host who was available to answer all my questions.

That I did not rent a car🤣

Clean, cool and comfortable

Where the pool was. It was to far way in the community way over a hill. The payment service was miserable. Need improvement.

I love that you don't charge per person you don't nag about things like the a/c being on like other places there has. The hospitality to make me comfortable is great. Your always a phone call away. The front gate don't play about who they let in I feel very safe. I won't stay anywhere else....this is home

The complete environment, staff was friendly, house was clean and comfortable. Love that was shown by the staff. It was overall satisfactory. I am sure that I will visit again.

Anna who was the person who checked us in is so curtious accomodating and professional. The property is well kept and very comfortable. This is the first place I stayed that I would definitely go back to.

There was no TV in the rooms

The location was 10 minutes away from the event that my family and I was attending, the location makes it easy for directions. It was a really quiet and pleasant neighborhood

The environment was very peaceful, I could sit outside and view the ocean. My boys enjoyed the pool to the best of their ability. Highly recommended. The host is very professional and the property manager has a very welcoming personality. Don't let me forget to talk about the AC maintenance lol top tiered

Only thing was missing is two face bason.

The friendliness of the hosts and the fact that they were proactive in providing everything to make us comfortable especially just after a hurricane that had caused unexpected issues

The security staff at the gate is very unprofessional. They refused to give their phone number to us and even the police. So if I’m in danger or think that security is breached who must I call?when you are providing security.
