The stove and fridge were dirty. The stove was damaged. The TV remote needs new batteries. The cleaning company did not do a good job cleaning the apartment. The furniture needs to be moved and swept underneath.

That there was construction/improvements going on that made it hard to get around in the building. Also, the deep cleaning during the middle of the day was hard to miss and get around. I would suggest doing the deep cleans such as power washing in the evening.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2025Very cute apartment, is small for 4 people but for a couple is perfect, something is wrong in the kitchen floor is water under floor little scare for electricity. Area is good a lot restaurants and stores around, beach area is beautiful. I recommend the place. Is a secure place. I heard San Juan is dangerous.

Reviewed Dec 1, 2024Great location, near to airport and all fast food centers including car rental companies and Isla Verde beach. All utensils, toaster, microwave, fridge, electric oven, sugar, tea, coffee, salt, oil, towel, shampoo, conditioner, tissue- all inclusive.
Very small apartment. No extra trash bags for 5 days of booking. No way to keep the fan off in living area with lights on. Noisy as it is roadside.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2024It is centrally located being walking distance from the beach, fast food outlets, pharmacy, car rental and other restaurants. The airport is also 8-10 minutes away which makes the location very convenient. Generally it's a nice and cozy apartment. Will definitely stay again.
The check-in time was a bit delayed. We had to wait for an hour and a half after the scheduled check-in time of 4p.m. to facilitate the cleaning of the apartment.
