Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Fijne, mooi ingerichte en schone kamer met aan het einde van de straat het aquaduct aan de rand van het centrum. Gratis parkeergelegenheid in de straat of een straat verderop. Een zeer vriendelijke Nicola, die ondanks zijn beperkte Engels (of mijn gebrekkige Italiaans) zijn best doet om je te begrijpen.. ontbijt is met een voucher in een bar om de hoek.

La struttura non ha segnalato i. Fase di prenotazione la totale assenza dei servizi legati alla SPA e ai massaggi. Provando a prenotare i servizi abbiamo scoperto che non erano disponibili. Chiamandosi Palazzo Fontana e Spa e avendo scelto la struttura anche per questa tipologia di servizio siamo rimasti delusi. Colazione non all’altezza di una struttura ricettiva. Nel bar convenzionato solo 1 bevanda e 1 cornetto. Il resto a pagamento.

Die Kommunikation war aufgrund fehlender Englischkenntnisse etwas schwierig. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt, der Whirlpool kostet extra.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Chambre magnifique ! On a vraiment l’impression de séjourner dans un hôtel de luxe, pour un prix pourtant tout à fait raisonnable. La chambre était impeccable et la magnifique voûte lui donne énormément de charme. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas du Ponte Viadotto. Nicola est un hôte exceptionnel : très à l’écoute, toujours disponible et d’une grande gentillesse. Il nous a conseillé d’excellents restaurants et s’est même occupé des réservations pour nous. Un service au top ! Je recommande cette adresse les yeux fermés.

Ich fand es schade, dass kein Frühstück auf der Terrasse angeboten wurde, als wir in der Unterkunft waren Wir bekamen Gutscheine für eine Kaffee in der Nähe, in welchem es Croissant und Kaffe zum Früstück gab. Das Wasser war jedoch nicht inbegriffen und auch gab es keinen Saft dazu, was ich sehr schade fand

Proprietario arrogante richiede pagamento tramite bonifico nonostante la prenotazione prevedesse pagamento in loco, scelto apposta per evitare pagamento anticipato. Il check-in era da fare entro le 20, ma a noi è stato chiesto di fare tutto ciò in quanto era domenica e la reception chiudeva alle 12.

Man musste auf den Vermieter warten um ins Haus zu kommen. Die Terrasse und SPA Bereich war nicht offen. Frühstück gab’s in einem nahe gelegenen Kaffee, das war auch - italienisch ok.

Right next to the archeology site and Gravina bridge. Tasty breakfast (too much sweets - that's Italy for you)
The 10min wait at the door because there was no one in the reception.. not the end of the world but not the most professional impression. The receptionist (?) didn't speak any English... The spa was not available, so why call yourself a spa hotel?

Nous aurions apprécié d'avoir le petit-déjeuner servi en terrasse comme stipulé sur le site. Au lieu de cela, nous avons eu un maigre petit-déjeuner servi dans le bar qui se trouve à proximité. Cela ne correspond pas aux services proposés dans une maison d'hôtes... Dommage !

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Chambre bien placée, parking dans la rue gratuit et juste devant le Palazzo. Chambre très bien équipée, propre. Proche du centre et du Pont aquedetto.
Le check-in est indiqué entre 15h et 20h mais on nous a demandé d’indiquer notre heure d’arrivée, c’est compliqué de prévoir quand on est en vacances et cela nous a un peu stressé dans notre journée. C’est dommage de ne pas pouvoir payer et déposer les pièces d’identité sur booking à l’avance. Le petit déjeuner était servi au bar à côté, nous nous attendions à pouvoir le prendre sur le rooftop mais pas possible.

Although a minor issue and I wish the windows had screens so we could leave them open. It was such a beautiful time of year, but without screens we had to worry about flies. It would also have been nice to be able to sit out and enjoy the veranda on the top floor. It was a beautiful space but was not available during the day or evening.

Le petit-déjeuner était aussi délicieux avec pas mal de choix, salés et sucrés. L’emplacement est idéal (10min à pied de la gare, 5min de l’aqueduc et de la vieille ville). J’ai passé un séjour très agréable !

Reviewed May 17, 2026B&B situé dans un ancien palais complètement rénové. Chambre très claire disposant d'un balcon d'un côté, et d'une fenêtre de l'autre. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu l'ouvrir car elle était provisoirement condamnée. La chambre était aussi très spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue, quasiment devant le palais grâce une autorisation donnée par la réception. Le B&B est bien situé, juste en limite de la ville nouvelle et de la vieille ville. Le petit déjeuner servi en terrasse s'est révélé assez simple.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Sehr schönes Zimmer mit tollem Holzboden, bequemem Bett und schöner Kuppeldecke - wobei die Badewanne etwas überflüssig ist. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse toll - sehr liebevoll und für italienische Verhältnisse besonders. Wir konnten die Fahrräder in einem Lagerraum abstellen.
Es war ein Aperitif für 19:00 Uhr angegeben aber niemand war da wo man etwas bestellen hätte können.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Gute Lage, um die Altstadt zu besuchen. Schönes großes Zimmer, gut funktionierende Heizung, gutes Frühstück in nettem Raum in der 4. Etage.
Personal wenig engagiert bei der Suche nach Taxi, wenig Informationen über die Gegend. Vor allem aber fehlten Einrichtungen wegen derer wir genau diesen Platz gebucht hatten: nämlich der Spa-Bereich - wichtig in einem kälteren Monat wie März - und die Möglichkeit, im 4. Stock einen Aperitiv am Abend zu nehmen. Beides war geschlossen. Auch gab es keinen Teekocher, was sonst auch in Dreistern-Unterkünften Standard ist. Die Minibar war nicht, wie auf einem Informationsplatt angekündigt, aufgefüllt. Weiters ist ein einziger Sessel und nur ein Zahnputzbecher seltsam für ein Zweibettzimmer. Traurig ist, dass alle diese Dinge bereits in früheren Bewertungen kritisiert wurden, sich aber offenbar nichts ändert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt dadurch einfach nicht.

Ho trovato molta, molta difficoltà nel gestire l'accesso alla struttura solo perché non ho preso la traversa giusta. Bastava, al concierge, fare venti metri e venirmi incontro su strada ed io avrei evitato di passare per strade del centro storico dove a stento passa una macchina. Ma il receptionist era solo e capisco che non poteva lasciare sola la struttura. Ecco il perché di uno staff da migliorare.

Das gesamte B&B sowie unser Zimmer waren sehr modern, komfortabel und sauber. In der Straße vor dem B&B gab es stets genügend Parkplätze die kostenfrei genutzt werden konnten. Die Lage war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Wir würden wieder kommen!
