Everything was exceptional! The restaurants, the staff and the location were perfect.

The amenities described; there isn’t a “pool” and the fitness centre is very small and you require an “appointment” to use it.

This hotel was truly exceptional, with beautifully decorated, luxurious rooms that were incredibly comfortable. The exquisite marble bathroom, elegant lobby, stylish bar, and stunning rooftop terrace all reflected outstanding attention to detail. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations, making it an unforgettable experience that we would highly recommend.

Beautifully restored building. Big room with good amenities and airconditioning. Large offerings at breakfast with a view.

The place is cute calm and clean, the service was amezing, rooms are great, beds are very comfortable.

Ειναι ενα ωραιο κτιριο σε κεντρικο σημειο.

Ξετρελαθηκαμε με την διακοσμηση του ξενοδοχειου, ολα ηταν τοσο μελετημενα και ξεχωριστα. Το roof garden εξαιρετικη τοποθεσια για πρωινο με πολλες ωραιες γευστικες επιλογες. Το προσωπικο χαμογελαστο και παντα προθυμο για να εξυπηρετησει.

Δεν υπηρχε τίποτε αρνητικό. Θα το επελεγα πάλι.

Πεντακάθαρο και ευγενικό προσωπικό .πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια και καθαρό μπάνιο προσωπικό εξαιρετικά καταρτισμένο και πρόθυμο

Τι προσωπικό του σπα για το μασάζ δεν ακούει και δεν υφίσταται deep tissue massage οπότε και οριακά δεν θα έπρεπε να το έχετε στον κατάλογο μια και ζήτησα δυνατό μασαζ μιας νλωραε και οριακά ήταν 40 λεπτα μαλακά χάδια και μαλαξεις ήπιες. Παρόλες τις προσπάθειες μου να δώσω μια κατεύθυνση η κοπέλα δεν είχε τη γνώση.και το ρσι δεν έχω μεινα καθόλου ευχαριστημένη για αυτό που πλήρωσα. Παρόλα αυτά αν και έχω ξαναεπισκεφτςι το ξενοδοχείο και τόνισα τη δυσαρέσκεια μου κανείς δεν πήρε μια απόφαση να αποζημιώσει για αυτό..κριμα

Staff and service was excellent.

Double bed is an actually two single beds put together. Not a big deal but we prefer just a double mattress.

Πανέμορφο ξενοδοχείο, ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, άνετα δωμάτια.

Τόσο πρωινό όσο και η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετικά.

Στο δωμάτιο που μείναμε το μπάνιο του ήταν εντελώς άβολο δίχως να έχεις κάπου να κρεμάσεις το οτιδήποτε. Επίσης το πολύ αρνητικό ήταν ότι για την αίθουσα πρωινού δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ και αναγκαζόμουνα να μεταφέρω πάνω κάτω το καρότσι. Όταν υπάρχει ΑΜΕΑ στο ξενοδοχείο του απαγορεύετε να πάρει το πρωινό του στο roofgarden φαντάζομαι. Παρά το γεγονός ότι είναι ένα όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, στερείτο τα ουσιώδη.

Δωμάτιο 302, πολύ καλό με βεράντα στην πρόσοψη. Ωραία λευκά είδη, καλό στρώμα, μεγάλο δωμάτιο με καναπέ και γραφείο. Καλό πρωινό σε ωραία αίθουσα. Ωραίο κτίριο. Ευγενικό προσωπικό.

Στο μπάνιο μόνον ένα άγκιστρο για πετσέτες αλλά μας εξυπηρέτησαν αμέσως με στήλη-κρεμάστρα επιδαπέδια. Το ψυγείο δεν είχε κατάψυξη και μας χρειάστηκε για λόγους υγείας.

Φανταστικός χώρος, με ωραία ατμόσφαιρα και Flair, πανέμορφο δωμάτιο, εξαιρετικό πρωινό, ποιοτικό φαγητό στο εστιατόριο

I liked the room, the staff and the bistro.

The gym, there was none, just a chest press device and two 5kg dumbbells. If you advertise a gym as a facility this is not even the bare minimum.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and nicely decorated room, kind staff, delicious breakfast with a good variety of food.

A bit difficult to find parking.

A legszebb hotel, amiben eddig jártam, ár-érték arányban is fantasztikus, a személyzet is nagyon kedves volt, a szoba pedig felülmúlta az elvárásaimat. ❤️❤️❤️

My only suggestion is I would like to have seen more traditional Greek dishes on the restaurant menu.

Έμεινα μια βραδιά για μια γρήγορη επίσκεψη στο Αγρίνιο μετά από πρόταση φίλων. Ήταν η καλύτερη επιλογή που θα μπορούσα να είχα κάνει! Μοναδικά στρώματα, σπιτικό πεντανόστιμο πρωινό, το προσωπικό σούπερ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο! Το κτίριο σε ταξιδεύει με την αρχιτεκτονική του και την διακόσμηση. Νιώθεις άνετα σαν το σπίτι σου απ' την πρώτη στιγμή που θα μπεις. Από το άρωμα του χώρου, τα έπιπλα, τα υφάσματα. Μια αίσθηση οικειότητας και πολυτέλειας μαζί. Αν επισκεφτείς το σπα για ένα χαλαρωτικό μασάζ, δεν θα χάσεις!! Εξαιρετική εμπειρία διαμονής, μπράβο σε όλους.

Die Massage 25 min für 20 Euro war in Ordnung

Bei einem Spa und Wellnesshotel geht man davon aus, dass man tatsächlich einen Wellnessbereich nutzen kann. Das einzige was ohne Aufpreis nutzbar war, ist ein in die Jahre gekommener whirlpool, der sehr dreckig war und nicht mehr richtig funktioniert. Selbst dieser Whirlpool war auf 30 min limitiert. Die Dampfsauna kostet pro Person 10 € für 30 min. Für das Geld bekommt man schimmlig riechenden Dampf auf kalten Steinplatten. Die Organisation im Wellnessbereich war reinstes Chaos. Alles in allem einer der schlechtesten Wellnessbereiche in dieser Preiskategorie die ich bisher gesehen habe.

Overall, Marpessa hotel is an excellent option if someone chooses to stay at Agrinio. Clean, fresh, with character, friendly and helpful staff, wide spaces, unique decoration. We had lunch there, food was very good, as well as the breakfast buffet. Will stay there again if we find ourselves in the city.
