Het verblijf ligt in een rustige en groene omgeving. Het is een typisch Zweeds huisje, gezellig en best ruim. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte (waar je kan gaan zitten en kan ontbijten) is super gezellig ingericht met veel authentieke elementen. Je waant je in een Britse of Schotse pub :). Het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar lekker, met pure producten. De eigenaar Andy is heel aangenaam in de omgang...

De gemeenschappelijke badkamer en wc bevinden zich in een apart gebouwtje, bij minder goed weer valt dat wat tegen. De badkamer is wel ruim en comfortabel.

Allt, ett helt fantastiskt ställe som jag gärna tipsar vidare om. Fantastisk både miljö, personal och frukost, vi saknade ingenting och vi kände oss väldigt ompysslade. Även mina barn på 8 7 och 9år sa att detta var det bästa stället på vår 10 dygn långa sverigeresa.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal im Thistle Inn im Tiny House und es war auch dieses Jahr wieder wunderbar. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön ruhig und ländlich. Andy ist ein perfekter Gastgeber und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, man fühlt sich einfach direkt wohl!

Such a lovely stay! We really fell in love with the landscape and also the owners! Had an amazing talk and time with Andrew, who showed us every corner of their beautiful farm. It’s a true Swedish landscape outside of your bedroom and a great experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast delicious.

We had a great stay at the Thistle Inn. The main building with the kitchen and the breakfast was very cozy and authentic. The room, the kitchen and the toilet were clean. Even though it is a dry toilet it was clean and nice to use. Make sure to go to the nearby lake for a swim or just to experience the authentic Swedish nature. The owners of the Thistle Inn were also really nice and accommodating. I would most definitely recommend this authentic place!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Thistle Inn. Andy and Magda made us feel so welcome on their farm. Everything is done with love, our room and all the shared rooms like kitchen, living room and bathroom are so well renovated and decorated. It was very cozy. If you have any questions about the area, the farm or the garden, the hosts are very happy to help out. Overall a great place to stay if you like a cozy break in nature with great hosts.

We loved it here. The farm is beautiful and lush. The (family)room was very pretty with a comfy bed. Downstairs there is a publike sittingroom that is very cosy after dark. Shower and eco-toilet are a few meters outside on an easy to follow path. Brekkie was good, the owners are super nice and its an overall great place to stay with little touches like fresh flowers everywhere and fruit from the garden etc. One of my faves of the whole trip.

A wonderful and unique stay! We felt taken care of from the beginning till end. Super accommodating for providing vegan breakfast for us. Loved it. Highly recommend.

The cabin had no electricity, and was situated ca 150 meters away from the toilet. A bit expencive, according to what we got.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Eko Farmstay. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The whole place is magical. I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to stay in a place with historic, typically Swedish details, and environmentally friendly.

Warm welcome at a wonderful place. Magda and Andy are perfect hosts. Beautiful landscape, great Tipps. Simple but very tasteful breakfast with homemade things from the garden. Our stay in the fine little wagon was the best part of our holiday. Thanks a lot for the Tipps and the beautiful place. We will come back!

Very nice welcome, cozy room and a beautiful meadow behind the barn. Quiet and a bit remote farm just north of Gothenburg.

If we could rate higher than 10, this place would deserve it! A true hidden gem in the beautiful Dahl Valley, you can feel the love and attention that's been put into everything here. We felt at home right away and ended up staying longer than planned. Magda and Andy are the loveliest hosts, making our experience even better. The tiny house was so cozy and charming, and the common areas were comfortable and fun to hang out in. Plus, finally in Scandinavia, a double blanket instead of two singles! :) We absolutely loved everything about this place and can't recommend it highly enough!

We really enjoyed staying in the Tiny House run by the young family! The Tiny House and amenities were all clean and are perfect for couples that enjoy off-grid holidays. The breakfast was diverse, homegrown, and organic and accommodated us (lactose and gluten free people). The sweet family that runs it made check-in flexible for us; gave us insight into the best spots in the area for visiting, walking, and swimming; and have made the premises sustainable and environmentally friendly. Evenings included enjoying board games in the pub, music nights, and watching sunsets over the idyllic country views from the well-placed benches. We cannot recommend a stay at the Thistle Inn and visit to the area enough, as they remain a hidden gem in a gorgeous part of Sweden.

A very cosy place, inspiring and authentic. The host made sure we knew that the places we booked was off grid, which was nice. The place were as described and was perfect for us.
