City Inn 24H Self Check-In by H&H Hotels

Szépen felújított, tiszta, jól felszerelt (konyha, hűtő), rendkívül tágas appartmant béreltünk (90 m2). Az ágyak is kényelmesek voltak. Pontosan azt kaptuk, ami képen volt. A lépcsőház nem modern, de a lakás nagyon rendben volt. A belváros közelsége fontos volt számunkra, Dunára néző kilátás, a vár, a sétáló a szomszédban volt. A meleg ellenére a lakás klímája rendben volt. Teljesen önkiszolgáló check-in és check-out. Bejutni kóddal lehetett, az információt előre, részletesen megkaptuk. A szobába való bejutáshoz az információ a fizetési blokkon szerepelt (helyben fizettünk), az is simán ment. Rendkívül jó ár-érték arányú appartman.

Autóval érkeztünk, parkolni csak a környező utcákban lehetett, ami nem is volt probléma (este ráadásul ingyenes), de a ki-be pakoláshoz nem lehet megállni a szállás előtt sem, ez kicsit kényelmetlen volt.

Super Lage für Städtetrip - nah ins Zentrum wie ans lebendige Donauufer. Zimmer tiptop, sehr geräumig.

Durchgangsstraße davor ziemlich laut, Fenster konnte man eher nicht aufmachen… Aber immerhin war es bei geschlossenen Fenstern ziemlich ruhig.

Die Lage super zentral und direkt über die Strasse die Donau - super für Freizeit und Bewegung.

Der Eincheck-Automat bzw. alle Beschriftungen sind sehr klein geschrieben (Brille benötigt), aber OK zu bedienen. Und wenn man zu lange braucht, geht am Gang das Licht aus ....

Großes, helles Zimmer, alles neuwertig, tip top sauber, Nespresso-Maschine, nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum gelegen

Ebenerdig, zu einer stark befahrenen Strasse hinaus gelegen mit großen Fenstern, vor denen die Menschen hin und her gehen (man traut sich nicht, das Fenster zu öffnen). Dusche falsch konzipiert, nach Nutzung ist das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Weder Booking noch die Unterkunft haben auf diesbezügliche Nachricht reagiert. Kein Internet, kein Wlan-Code. Sehr unpersönliches und umständliches Einchecken (dafür Buchungsnummer erforderlich).

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience during our one-night stay. As soon as we entered the room, we were hit by an extremely strong and unpleasant odor that smelled like sewage and feces. We tried keeping the windows open and running the air conditioning, but neither helped. We also could not leave the windows open throughout the night because of the loud street noise outside. We also noticed many silverfish in the room. The bathroom was also missing an overhead shower as the installation for it simply was not there. The sewage-like smell was by far the biggest issue. It was so strong and persistent that we were unable to sleep at all that night. We were supposed to attend a wedding the following day, and being completely exhausted significantly affected what should have been a special occasion. We contacted the owner about these issues but unfortunately did not receive a satisfactory response or resolution.

Im Badezimmer mehr Möglichkeit zum "Aufhängen von Handtüchern etc." Betten halten nicht zusammen - die könnte man auch ZUSAMMENHÄNGEN, wenn ein Liebes- oder Ehepaar kommt ;-) Es ist leider sehr laut, aber gut, in Preis-Leistung gesehen - ist es ok.

Lage und Größe und Sauberkeit sehr gut

Wasser ließ sich nicht vom Badewannenhahn auf den Brauseschlauch umstellen und die Batterien einer TV Fernbedienung waren leer.

Location is very close to city centre just walking. Nice view to the Danube river and bridges. This apartment has No reception and restaurant it’s managed remotely however on site Staff very helpful and friendly whenever we requested anything they acted promptly.

This property has no air conditioning so had to keep windows open for ventilation and fresh air but the issue it’s very Noisy as the windows open to the main road most of time busy traffic. Also No Lift and nobody to help with carrying luggage so very difficult especially if you staying first or second floor and if you have elderly persons. Also No cleaning services provided.

Die Lage vom Hotel war toll. Das Hotel steht direkt in der Innenstadt. Gute Erreichbarkeit, Dienstleistung + Ausrüstung + Sauberkeit sind top. Im Umfeld große Auswahl an Café, Restaurants etc.

Das Eingangstor hat gequietscht beim Öffnen. Das Zimmer war ganz neben dem Eingangstor.

Lage, Räumlichkeiten, Check-In, Ausstattung, Einrichtung. Ein wunderbares Appartement für Menschen, die gern viel Platz haben. Stilvoller Altbau, minimalistisch eingerichtet, direkt an der Donau und mitten in der Altstadt von Linz. Wir haben es auf auf der Durchreise von Kroatien nach Deutschland genutzt. Hier hätte man aber zu 4. auch locker einige Tage verbringen können. Gerne wieder!

Für 4 Personen, länger als eine Woche, wäre sicher ein weiterer Schrank nützlich. Aber ich glaube das ist nicht die Zielgruppe dieser Vermietung.

The kitchen and its equipment, the huge rooms and bads.

The area was too noisy for us. If someone is coming here to relax, I would not recommend it, as the apartment is right next to a busy road, and there is also a riverside terrace with live music that continues to play quite loudly in the evenings, even after 10 p.m. However, if someone is coming to the city to party, the location is ideal. We also really missed having air conditioning, as the noise made it impossible for us to open the windows. I also felt that the floor in the apartment had not been properly cleaned or mopped. My sons were playing barefoot, and the soles of their feet became black quite quickly. The ceiling light in one of the bedrooms was not working, so the room could only be lit with two ambient lighting. Check-in was also difficult for us. We had to ask for assistance by phone because their system would not allow children under the age of 17 to be checked in. It was unpleasant to have to stand outside the gate after a long and tiring journey.

Top Lage, sehr zentral gelegen. Große Zimmer mit Steckdosen in bettnähe (musste aber die Lampe ausstecken), Fernseher, Schrank und bequemen Betten! Bad ist sehr schön und in der Küche findet mal alles was man braucht! Check In funktionierte problemlos. Falls ich wieder nach Linz fahre, würde ich stets diese Unterkunft wählen. Es ist quasi wie ein AirBnB. Für 4 Leute war es auch recht günstig (150€ gesamt für 1 Nacht).

Parkplatzsituation katastrophal, Sauberkeit der Zimmer war unter aller Sau, keine Klimaanlage obwohl in der Beschreibung der Zimmer hätte eine vorhanden sein müssen. Mit Kinderwagen in den 2. Stock ohne Lift. Abgestandener Geruch im Zimmer Unterkunft alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen

Lokalizacja bardzo blisko rzeki i miasta. Czytelne i proste zameldowanie.

L’hôtel est situé à proximité de la grande place de Linz, c’est très bien mais le long d’une rue extrêmement passante c’est moins bien.... La chambre est confortable et bien équipée, fenêtres fermées, les bruits de circulation sont bien attenués. Il y a un parking pour les vélos.

Tout est très bien sauf l’emplacement le long de cette importante voie de circulation. On a rencontré quelques difficultés avec le système d’enregistrement et d’accès à la chambre mais peut-être par manque d’habitude pour ce type de système.

Obiekt nie ma windy. Dostalismy pokoj na 2 pietrze i wyjscie z 2 dzieci, rzeczami oraz wozkiem byl ciezki. Ogromny minus za to ze obiekt sie pokazuje gdy filtruje po "posiada parking". Niestety ale zaparkowac kolo obiektu jest bardzo ciezko. W koncu stanelismy na podziemnym platnym parkingu ktory za dobe kosztuje 25euro. Za te cene noclegu i parkingu mozna bylo znalesc lepszy nocleg.

Los apartamentos son muy amplios y cómodos. Tienen de todo. Muy bien situado. Se llega muy bien en coche.

Falta un ascensor para cuando llegas con las maletas y la compra. Habría que reponer algunos objetos del menaje porque estaban rotos (tijeras, sacacorchos)

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr Zentral. Die Wohnung ist gut Ausgestattet und hat auch alles was man braucht.

Dieses Mal war es nicht so sauber wie die letzten zwei Male. Das hat uns ein wenig enttäuscht.

Velice prostorný byt pro 4 osoby, ubytování bylo naprosto pohodlné a příjemné. Výborná poloha u Dunaje.

Jediným záporem je hlučnost silnice pod okny s otevřenými okny (v létě) - řešilo se pomocí špuntů do uší.

Ich muss leider anmerken, dass auf meine Hinweise bezüglich bestehender Mängel (eine verstopfte Dusche sowie ein fehlendes Wasserglas) während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht reagiert wurde. Eine kurze Rückmeldung hätte ich hier als Mindestmaß an Kundenservice erwartet

Es war sehr einfach ein zu checken und sehr gut zentral gelegen. Einen Punkt Abzug, da es sehr heiß war. Aber wir hatten zwei Ventilatoren in Apartment, das gibt ein Plus

No puedo hacer más". - Sin ni una silla (sólo un taburete) - Habitación a pie de calle, pegada a la acera. Viendo pasar a la gente a 60 centímetros (y viceversa), o renunciando a luz natural. - Habitación con telarañas junto a la cama

Poloha ubytování je vynikající , kousek od hlavního náměstí , kde staví tramvaje přímo z hlavního nádraží. Skvěle se pracuje také s automatem na self check in . Na místě je také nejlepší zaplatit za pobyt kartou , google pay apod. Vyjede lístek s kódem , který poté použijete na displejích u klik.

Uvnitř bylo perfektně uklizeno , okna z venku , alespoň u nás v přízemí na straně do dvora silně zaprášené od zdiva . Ve sprše padá část držáku hlavice. Ale to jsou maličkosti.

Poderia ter mais um conjunto de toalhas e uma segunda cadeira no quarto! A televisão não funcionou, sem acesso a canais locais.

We stayed here on 2 separate nights in fat 5 and flat 7 and they are enormous and comfortable. It has everything you need and is so close to the city centre. On our second stay we asked if we could check in early because my son wasn't well and they were so accommodating even though the apartment had been rented the night before. There was a parking area out the back where we stored our bikes that was secure.

Flat 7 didn't have pedestal fans which was a bit hot on a summer's night. But not impossible.

Navigacia z aplikácie booking nás priviedla na druhú stranu budovy. Dosť hlučné ubytovanie spôsobené tým, že okná sú orientovan na frekventovanú hlavnú ulicu. Na izby sa nachádzali iba ! 2 papierové poháre na kávu a čaj.
