Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Traditionelles Strandhaus mit 5 Apartments in der zweiten Reihe zur Lagune hin. #5: 2 Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten. kleiner Supermarkt und Markthalle 5 Min. fußläufig entfernt.
Speziell am Wochenende wird das (an sich kostenlose) Parken zur echten Herausforderung, weil tausende Habitanten aus der Stadt den Strand stürmen.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026The keys were available to collect without needing to meet anyone, the place was great value for money, the whole apartment was well thought out, everything was easy to find and use and comfortable. the bed was super comfortable, the duvet was perfect for the weather, the free bikes were great. if it was wrmer and we were there longer, would have been great to use the available beach equipment too
The keys were in an open safe, the instructions to get to the house were not accurate. the maps location was not accurate, a random man saw us walking around and asked if we were going to this place and he took us to the door, evidently everyone has problems with finding the place so the owners should just update the maps location to be the correct place or provide more detailed instructions

Reviewed May 20, 2026Apartamento precioso, acogedor y muy limpio, bién equipado en una zona estupenda. Buena anfitriona. El edificio en sí es precioso, lleno de detalles, en una calle pintoresca, típica de la zona.
Se escuchaba el ruido del agua de otros apartamentos, pero no era demasiado molesto.

Our street level apartment didn’t have windows to the street. Kichen and bathroon windows could be opened to air the rooms but they were facing a wall. There was natural light in the bedroom through a glass door but we didn’t keep the door open because it opened straight to the street. Bathroom needed small fixing (rubber threshold of the shower was loose and had dirt/mould underneath).

La stanza era sulla strada quindi ogni tanto sentivamo alcune macchine passare e alle 6 del mattino le persone sopra hanno fatto molto rumore svegliandoci

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026We had a great stay in Costa Nova, everything was exactly as expected and we really enjoyed our time. The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a relaxing visit. Overall, a lovely experience and we would definitely come back!
The only small suggestion would be to consider adding some portable heaters for the winter months, which would make the stay even more comfortable.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Отличный номер, просторный, с кухней, а цена просто прекрасна, домики напоминают сказочные или кукольные, очень мило и создает атмосферу. Близко океан и места для прогулок. В это время года нет проблем с парковками и не много людей. Идеально.
Нет отопления, но мы закаленные и были теплые пледы в дополнение к одеялам.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025Bardzo przyjemne, gustownie urządzone mieszkanie; salon z kuchnią, przejście do łazienki, dalej duża sypialnia. Piękne płytki podłogowe, dużo przemyślanych ozdób i udogodnień. Czysto, ciepła woda, solidny prysznic, dużo sprzętów w kuchni. Dobra komunikacja z właścicielem, łatwy dostęp. Parking bez problemów na ulicy. Piękna, spokojna okolica, rowery do dyspozycji.
Brak ogrzewania, co w grudniu jest wyzwaniem. W okolicy wszystko zamknięte, nie ma szans na kolację.

Reviewed Dec 12, 2025Utilização gratuita de bicicletas e extensa ciclovia mesmo em frente ao longo da Ria. Cozinha muito bem equipada, cama muito confortável. Proximidade de cafés, restaurantes e supermercados.
O apartamento não está preparado para o inverno. Não está equipado com qualquer tipo de aquecimento.
