Ett helrenoverat hotell. Mycket fräscht och trevligt. Rymliga hissar och en trevlig pool i källaren. Frukosten var god och inehöll det mesta man behöver för en dag i Paris. Ljust trevligt rum. Bra med plats och fint badrum. Trevlig inredning och dekoration i hela hotellet. Mycket fint i ett trevligt område och en trevlig gata med flera restauranger vid Montparnasse. Stor fin TV med casting.

Saknar krokar i rum och badrum att hänga kläder på. Kanske för det är så nyrenoverat men ingenstans att hänga handukar eller badkläder. Frukosten saknade ketchup, senap och grönsaker.

Posizione strategica, a pochi passi dalla stazione a 50 min da Parigi e 10 min da Disneyland ! Anche la cittadina dov’è è locato è molto carina. Davanti all’hotel c’è un enorme centro commerciale.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the station (if you are going to use it) and with lots of restaurants close by. The rooms are a decent size, clean and nicely decorated. Bfast was good with many options. Pool looks nice and a good thing to have after all the walking and exploring.

Pool was cold, so kids did not like it. Lift was slow and a bit temperamental.

Great decor & nice room. The management were very helpful I booked the wrong night by mistake this was none refundable. When I got in touch they arranged a refund.

The hotel was very recently renovated (indeed, there was still construction during our stay, though it was not disturbing). The neighborhood is lovely and vibrant with a lot of small theaters. Very warm welcome from a young friendly reception team. Transportation to the center was okay with Metro. We booked it for a good price, probably due to the construction. After we checked in, I saw that they increased prices now.

The room was very small, with half windows, practically with walls at our eye level. It was pretty clostrophobic. The decoration is unique - I found it cute but maybe not a match for everbody's taste.

The hotel was recently renovated, all looked very fresh, clean , nice. The staff was super gentle. The pool was great and well organised. Breakfast had all you needed. The style of the rooms and of the ambients is charming, its own style, something quite particular. And the family rooms (double connecting) are comfortable and ideal for family.The hotel is located in a very nice area, with many bars and restaurants but not super crowded as in the city center. We really enjoyed our stay.

We liked everything of the hotel. Maybe the water of the pool should be a bit warmer.

Läget, många caféer och brunchställen nära, en lagom och mysig promenad till Montmartre, flertalet tunnelbanestationer några minuter bort samt närhet till Lafayette och Operan. Rent rum och badrum. Hygienartiklar från l’occitane kändes lyxigt. Supertrevlig personal och vi fick små presenter på rummet.

Det var väldigt mycket enklare än vad jag förväntade mig av ett fyrstjärnigt hotell, där prislappen normalt sett ligger relativt högt. Nu bokade jag till specialpris, men det kanske alltid är det…och, det bidrog kanske till känslan av att det var enklare av att vi fick vänta ett tag på rummet och gick på toa i en trappa ned, där det kändes som en källare och var allmänt omysigt och trapphuset var också väldigt enkelt. Men! Vistelsen var mkt positiv om man bortser från förväntningarna.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at Hotel Le Magnifique in Paris. During my stay, there was extensive construction and renovation work taking place at the hotel. The noise was constant, and the area was extremely messy, which significantly affected my experience. In addition, the TV in my room was not working. I have attached photographs showing the construction work, the condition of the hotel, and the TV issue. Had the Booking.com or website had listing clearly stated that renovation or construction work was taking place during my stay, I would never have booked this hotel. I believe this important information should have been disclosed before booking, as it had a major impact on the quality of my stay and ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable trip to Paris. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and advise what compensation or refund can be offered. I look forward to your response. Kind regards, Aleem Aziz

Rooms were clean and well appointed, AC worked, staff was really helpful, facilities were updated (pool, fitness equipment etc). Location was great- near the train station, easy to get to other parts of the city, breakfast was worth the price

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, le fait que l’hôtel soit complètement neuf et la piscine magnifique et le petit déjeuné qui était très bien….Bon..nous n’avons pas aimé la déco et le thème choisi, mais ça c’est tellement personnelle.

Nous n’avons pas aimé le personnel, pas très sympa à la réception, quand on se veut un hôtel avec plusieurs étoiles, il va falloir revoir la copie quand à l’accueil à la réception.. Il a fallut de grandes discussions avec le personnel le jour de notre départ pour obtenir une facture!!!! Incroyable!!! du jamais vu. Ils ne voulaient pas nous faire une facture pour notre nuitée 😳😳c’était surréaliste…celle ci nous est arrivée par mail après avoir insisté fortement…pas professionnelle…

Tout: personnel agréable et prévenant, piscine conforme aux photos donnant sur la salle à manger et ouverte au plafond sur le lobby donc lumineuse, Clim, déco originale, lits confortables. Pas de comparaison avec l ancienne version que nous avions également connue il y a six ans.

L hôtel était en travaux de finition donc des allées et venues mais ouvriers très polis.

Pas de poignée à l escalier de la piscine pour se tenir, situation un peu dangereuse. Il y a que 2 longues chaises à la piscines.

Hôtel en travaux. Au vue du standing niveau élevé de l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner mérite d’être plus varié, plus original, plus recherché et ce serait le top niveau.

Nombreux en cours, bruits de perceuse, vue sur la piscine depuis la salle du petit déjeuner, pas de frigo dans la chambre…

l'emplacement est très intéressant surtout pour le côté divertissement / la chambre est propre et bien proportionnée / Le petit déjeuner est bien diversifié.

J'ai eu la chambre en sous-toiture (5ème étage) et l'accès n'était pas possible via l'ascenseur mais plutôt par l'escalier de service entre le 4eme et 5eme étage. Avec la valise de 20 Kg au moins, ce n'était pas pratique et surtout qu'il n'y avait pas de service d'aide pour me faire parvenir la valise à la chambre ni pour la descendre au moment du check-out.

La localisation et la climatisation

Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, aucune patère pour accrocher les serviettes de bain dans la salle de bain. Les bouteilles d'eau n'étaient jamais disponibles

Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die nächste Metrostation ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die Katakomben und der Jardin du Luxemburg sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf das Frühstück haben wir verzichtet und waren in umliegenden Bäckereien morgens bei Kaffe und Croissant. Sehr schön ist auch der kleine Pool im Keller. Bei der Hitze in Paris, genau richtig zum Abkühlen.

Ein kleiner Schrank für die Kleidung wäre schön gewesen. Aber da wir nur für drei Nächte da waren, hat das auch so gereicht.

Lovely room with excellent air conditioning. Very responsive and helpful staff. Great location being within 5 minutes of many metro/RER stations.

It was till undergoing redevelopment. Which we hadn’t understood at the time of booking. However this did not impact our stay in anyway.

Un manque de rangement dans la chambre

Comme son nom l’indique, cet hôtel est magnifique. Atypique grâce à son décor à la Dali, à sa très belle piscine en mosaïques, à son patio et à son architecture. La literie est de qualité. Bonne insonorisation. Excellent petit-déjeuner.

L’hôtel est en ce moment en travaux donc forcément quelques petits désagréments mais on comprend et cela n’enlève rien à ses qualités.

The hotel is newly renovated, so the rooms are brand new. Everything is new and fresh. We loved the location; the metro is within a 5-minute walk, and you can reach most of the places via metro. Even though the place is located in a busy area with lots of restaurants and cafes, noise isolation is pretty good. The staff is nice and always helpful!

Renovation was ongoing, causing some discomfort. We were not informed about it. Also, some minor details in the room were not finished (portable mirror not installed, shower shelves for shampoo not installed, no hangers for towels and bathrobe).

Tout était parfait. L'hotel a été refait entièrement abev piscine, petit bémol elle ne sera en fonctionnement que cette semaine et n'avons donc pas eu le loisir d'en profiter ! La prochaine fois ! La salle du petit déjeuner est sublime, les chambres magnifiques. Personnel tres acceuillant et chaleureux, mention spéciale pour MADI au petit déjeuner qui est une véritable petite Perle !!!! A recommander sans hésitation !

Les chambres manquent d'entretien . Douche fatiguée , sale dans les angles et visses rouillées. L'abattant du WC est usé et la climatisation est capricieuse.

Muy buena calidad precio para 2 habitaciones comunicadas en París, limpias y muy modernas y silenciosas. Barrio seguro y con mucho ambiente de bares y restaurantes y varios metros muy cerca.

2 Habitaciones comunicadas, 1 de ellas no tenía armario y la otra bastante pequeño para equipaje de 4 personas. Lo solventamos poniendo ropa en los escritorio y en ventanas.
