Hospitality could be improved, as no tea, coffee, soap, or basic essentials were provided not even to cover the first day. Paid snacks were available with price list on the fridge.

One of the most wonderful places I have stayed in; exceptional cleanliness, absolute quiet, and a very reasonable price for the service provided. The biggest thanks go to the remarkable receptionist, Heba, for her positive energy, professionalism, and prompt response to all requests. Much appreciation to the entire team

The price meet the comfort Its specius , location is very good, quite place, the furniture was clear and acceptable

Little improvement with toilet facilities.

Clean and calm also the location is perfect

Nothing everything is perfect

Our stay at the hotel was outstanding in every respect; it is an exceptionally clean, quiet, and relaxing place. I would like to specifically commend the reception team, especially Heba, for her high level of professionalism and kindness. She was incredibly quick to respond to all our inquiries, which truly made our experience unforgettable. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort and quality.

Location, facilities.

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Klimaanlage funktioniert.

Honestly, it was a fantastic experience. The place is spotless, the reception is excellent, and the staff are incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Ms. Heba Excellent value for money. It's also conveniently located near the airport.

Receptionist lady was very helpfull and deccent

Great price and location

Nothing

Not recommended at all Cleaning is horrible Brown stain in the toilet Hair on bedsheets and on floors No toilet papers in the bathroom or even in the kitchen Sofa is full of dust you can easily smell it Safety issue: family unit is on the building roof and the roof is totally unsafe so when having kids it's a disaster and also unit is accessible from windows which lock is not working! Finally don't be disturbed if you were forced to pay extra amount for their minibar items which WAS NOT exist however they will assume it was there and you ate it all.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location was good and the overall experience was excellent. A special thanks to Heba at the reception — she was always smiling, friendly, and very helpful. She provided all the details and assistance we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing significant, everything was great during our stay.

I enjoyed the stay lately has been upgrade and reception Heba is so helpfull

You increase the price

Overall a good experience, room was spacious for a single individual, good cleanliness, and furnishings were great (Included a dinner table and a corner couch). Regarding the location its exceptional technically right in the smack dab of New Cairo with accessibility to great entertainment zones, malls, …etc. Staff was friendly and helpful and was expedient for any requests or troubles.

Reception very decent and cooperative Flat clean

Clean and nice

Nice place - Parking - clean - High Recommendation

The staff is too much helping the guests, the receptionist is name is heba is too much supportive and the apartment is clean , containing all essentials While the Mr. Yehia ( the manager ) is facilitating and doing all efforts for the comfort of the guests

Amazing place, very clean, easy to reach, Heba on the reception was very helpful and help me extend my stay in the same room. Will definitely be here again

Exlant location Good staff Clean

Space is really big for the amount

The room was spacious and clean and in a good location. The staff were helpful

The furniture was ok but the fridge used to make lot of sounds. Also it took a while to provide the WIFI.

My flight was delayed and I arrived late, checking in around midnight. Despite the late hour, there was always someone at the front desk ready to assist, which made the check-in process smooth and reassuring.

Its very nice and clean

The apartment was so good and well-furnished

I had a wonderful stay at this place and would happily return. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the small details that made the space feel inviting. The location was also a big plus—conveniently situated with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport options. Despite being in a great location, the atmosphere remained მშვიდ and quiet, which made it easy to unwind. Facilities were well-maintained, and everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. Whether for a short visit or a longer trip, this place offers excellent value and a high standard of service. Overall, I left with a very positive impression and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and friendly service.

Nothing

Everything about the property was disappointing. It was extremely dirty there was hair on the bed and the sheets were unclean. The property lacked proper amenities and one of the rooms did not have air conditioning or heating. The toilets were not properly cleaned. Additionally, despite there being four air conditioning units, only one remote was provided. I had to repeatedly request additional remotes and the ones eventually given did not work. Upon arrival, we were unexpectedly asked to pay $500, which we refused. To make matters worse, the kitchen was poorly equipped, with only one piece of each type of cultery provided.

Excellent place with a great hospitality from staff and much thanks to eng. Yehia and Mr. Mahmoud
