Reviewed Sep 12, 2026L'host Augusto (e sua moglie) sono il fiore all'occhiello di questo alloggio: la loro disponibilità e gentilezza si traduce poi anche nella qualità della struttura ed i molti comfort offerti. Il pediluvio di benvenuto è un gesto che mostra l'attenzione dei proprietari verso l'ospite. La struttura è molto silenziosa, spaziosa e con tutti i servizi possibili, i letti molto comodi. Molto carina l'area comune in salotto.
Leggermente più caro di altri alloggi, ma in parte giustificato dai molti servizi offerti.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Our room was VERY quiet. We liked their free foot soak in personal tubs with hot water and what looked like huge tea bags. The common area was comfortable. The small dimable lamp next to our beds made for a nice adjustable night light. Our window was left open at night with a pull-down insect screen for good ventilation. There was also a separate pull-down room darkening screen that had small holes for some ventilation.

Der Gastgeber ist der beste Gastgeber der Welt… Es gibt diverse Überraschungen bei der Ankunft… Es ist gemütlich, super sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist einmalig und die Tipps zu Restaurant etc waren einmaliger

There is a noble history to this place. As a location scout for films and tv this place is what I consider authentic. It is a time capsule that transports you to mid century Galicia. The host was also very kind.

La bolsita de hierbas para los pies cansados del peregrino. La ubicación. Poder dejar la habitación totalmente a oscuras para descansar. El ventilador.
El baño estaba muy viejo (es normal y no pasa nada) pero el otro estaba tan nuevo y arreglado que usar uno viejo desentona con todo lo demás.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026A lovely place to stay in Redondela. Augusto makes a real effort to welcome you personally on arrival, which was great after a long day on the trail. He is very hospitable and shares his home and family history with you. Guests have full use of the kitchen, and the complimentary tea and coffee were very welcome touches. The herbal foot soak and the shell necklace were also incredibly thoughtful gestures. It provided a comfortable and peaceful environment to rest. Thank you for everything Augusto, all the best to you and your family.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026La atención del dueño es un diez. Nos preparó una bolsa de hierbas con efecto aliviador para después del camino, con el barreño propio, toalla y rodillo. Nos explica la historia del lugar y de su abuela boticaria en una hoja personalizada con los nombres. Y sin hacer spoiler, también nos regala en ese kit otro detalle. Augusto es muy agradable y proporciona recomendaciones del lugar. Zona común de cocina bien preparada con menaje y algo de comida básica como café, arroz, pasta, etc... Cuenta con lavadora, también y para tender rápido. El salón da a unas vistas buenas y es muy cómodo. De la habitación, también resaltamos la comodidad, amplitud y vistas. El baño, también limpio y bien equipado. Muy recomendable como turista pero como peregrinos, más.
El baño de la mayoría de habitaciones está fuera de la habitación.

Perfetto per vivere la vita comunitaria da pellegrini, ma è possibile ritagliarsi degli spazi propri. Cucina ben fornita, posizione vicino al supermercato e al centro del paese. Augusto was very welcoming, each room is private, the bathroom is clean and modern, and learning about the history of the property and having the herbal bath really elevated the experience. It is also extremely well located within Redondela while being quiet and relaxing. Would recommend to everyone!

The host is very kind, he thought of every segment of my comfortable stay here. The room is lovely, the bed too comfortable. I received a written welcome in Serbian, a beautiful necklace with a shell pendant (a wonderful memory from Camino), a warm herbal bath to relax my feet and foot massagers. I had everything I needed in the accommodation, coffee, sugar, groceries, teas and a washing machine. All for free. Thanks for everything, I can't praise you enough for how nice it was here.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Super!! Hier habe ich mich wirklich wohl und wie Zuhause gefühlt. Augusto ist professionell vorbereitet mit allem was das Pilgerherz und vor allem die Füße brauchen. Es war ruhig, sehr sauber und ideal gelegen. Ich hatte das Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, die anderen teilen sich ein Bad, aber das war auch in Ordnung. Waschmaschine und Küche, Möglichkeit zum Trocknen. Alles da! Vielen Dank auch für die Kette und den wirklich netten Empfang. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen und kann ich jedem empfehlen.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Diese Unterkunft auf dem Jakobsweg war wundervoll. Ein Fußbad erwartete mich nach einem langen Wandertag. Das Zimmer war gemütlich. Im Gemeinschaftsraum fühlte man sich wie bei Oma zu Hause. Toll. Die Küche habe ich nicht benutzt, aber es schien alles vorhanden. Schön war, dass man die Waschmaschine benutzen durfte, es gab auch Möglichkeiten die Wäsche zum trocknen aufzuhängen. Die Gemeinschaftsbäder waren sauber und ordentlich. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026We loved the foot foot soak that was provided and also the story that went with it. It was so handy to wash our clothes from the day, have kitchen facilities and relax in the communal lounge area with other guests. Very relaxing and calm feeling. Slept very well. Thank you.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Augusto the host is responsive, communicates well, helped me with taking luggage upstairs (and downstairs) the next day! The shared kitchen has tea bags, water boiler, fridge, and washer! I even got a herbal soak for feet! The place is very welcoming and the bathrooms were renovated. I would definitely go back.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026We absolutely loved this accommodation. It was one of the highlights of our Camino! The property was the hosts grandmother's home, and is beautifully looked after. Grandma was a pharmacist, and the host honors her with a herbal foot spa as gift. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Alloggio in pieno centro proprio davanti al passaggio del Cammino Portoghese. Casa molto grande con cucina e soggiorno in comune. Lavatrice e stendibiancheria a disposizione. I proprietari ci hanno fatto sentire "a casa" con due graditi omaggi di benvenuto a tema pellegrini... Super graditi..e una storia di famiglia legata alla casa molto bella
