Reviewed Aug 12, 2026The staff were excellent, especially Sashin on reception and also Maoom. They were very attentive and friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a family suite which very spacious. The restaurant in the neighbouring hotel (same company) was excellent.
The breakfast could be a little more international or continental.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Excellent service, great location, and the breakfast buffet in the morning was enjoyable. One of the Ethiopian service staff was very pleasant and provided service with a friendly demeanor and good manners.
When I was there, it was a bit too windy, and one of my side windows made a huge noise, which disturbed my sleep a bit. If that gets fixed, it would be nice and improve the situation.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025We used this excellent hotel for a night’s staying Duqm on wat to Salalah. The hotel is new, spotlessly clean with big well appointed rooms. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, no stinks and large with piping hot water and high pressure shower. The breakfast in the morning was sumptuous and tasty. Mr. Kaushik made a delicious cheese omlette, which made our day.
1. The bathroom is not designed to be a “dry” one as there is no separation between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom. This makes it a safety hazard, especially for senior citizens. 2. DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS for directions. Instead go directly to the Ooredo building on the service road with Al Maha filling station.
