KEOS by the sea

Breakfast is included but not served on location (it's a 10min walk away) and Booking.com is providing this information only after after the booking is completed and paid which caused us frustration. However, the owner was kind enough to reply to my message and find a solution and because of that we did not cancel and everything went on fantastic.

Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, ήσυχο μέρος και ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι και στο Βουρκάρι. Ο υπεύθυνος στη reception ήταν πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός παρέχοντας μας πληροφορίες και συμβουλές για να έχουμε όμορφη διαμονή, από την πρώτη στιγμή. Το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο και όμορφο.

The pillows were rather high and stiff for my taste.

La posizione è perfetta,lo staff è davvero cordiale e disponibile e la struttura è molto molto comoda e pulita.

Unica pecca: anche se c’è un angolo cucina non ha fornelli nè forno a microonde x poter mangiare !

Λίγο ακριβό, αλλά πλέον όλα τα καταλύματα είναι ακριβά.

Πρωινό δεν υπήρχε καν στο κατάλυμα.Ειχε την θέα που είχαν υποσχεθεί.Νομιζω ότι η booking προτείνει όταν κάνει κάποιος την κράτηση premium δωμάτια και όταν φτάνεις ο ξενοδόχος σου δίνει ο,τι είναι διαθέσιμο. Θυμάμαι ότι διάλεξα premium δωμάτιο το τελευταίο σε αυτήν την τιμή και μου δόθηκε ένα απλό μικρό δωματιο

Η υπηρεσία καθαριότητας εννοώ ότι άφηναν σκουπίδια στο δωμάτιο κ δεν καθάριζαν καλά το μπανιο Να αλλάζονται οι πετσέτες σε τρεις ημέρες δεν τις άλλαξαν καθόλου

1. Προσωπικό, εξυπηρέτηση, καθαριότητα: άριστα 2. Ιδανική θέση για να δεις όλο το νησί. 3. Πολύ χρήσιμη η δυνατότητα για ντους μετά την αποχώρηση.

Great location, could walk to property from ferry, also easy walk to beaches, tavernas and supermarket. We had a wonderful sea view from our room. Staff were friendly & helpful.

The best thing about the hotel is Chris the great guy at the reception super helpful and then the sea view!

Size of the rooms

I loved the view! It’s next to the sea. The room was comfortable. The owner was extremely kind and willing to help even with minor issues. The location is also very good, you can go to Korissia even on foot. There are many parking spaces. When I arrived, a large bottle of prosecco wine was offered in the room (with compliments). During the last day, I was ready to check out around 11:00 am but since no client would arrive after me, the owner allowed me to keep the room until the afternoon, which was also so kind of him. There is cleaning service every day. The bed was large and comfortable. The towels were brand new and soft.

When I arrived, there was a large bottle of water waiting for me in the fridge (which was very kind and thoughtful). Unfortunately, it was not sealed and part of the water had been already consumed (probably by a previous client). The same happened with the shampoo and the conditioner. However, when I mentioned it to the owner, he directly corrected everything and fixed it. He apologized and brought me another bottle and products in the bathroom. Overall, it was a positive experience. I believe that the price for one night is high but this is the situation in general, at least in Greece, and not only in this facility.

Θεά τοποθεσία

Loved staying at Keos by the sea. Location and view were superb as was the room and balcony. Spacious, super clean and well equipped. Huge balcony with shade and a gorgeous view across the harbour. Chris was super welcoming - making contact before arrival and offering comprehensive tips and recommendations to make the most of our stay! We will be back. It is a little walk from the port and the entrance is uphill a little (hence the great views) but taxis are readily available and Chris is happy to help 😊

A wonderful stay! The hotel was spotlessly clean and offered beautiful views. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi with its stunning view. Special thanks to the manager, Chris, who was incredibly polite and helpful. Right from the start, he told us what to see on the island and where to eat. Highly recommended!

My stay at Keos by the sea was excellent. I combined holidays with work and the extremely helpful and accommodating staff provided me with everything I required for my work - including fast and reliable wifi, a work table , clean and comfortable room with AC and a quiet location. A big thank you to the team at Keos by the sea!

Das Zimmer war hervorragend. Chris war ein toller und freundlicher Gastgeber, der immer zur Hilfe war und viele Empfehlungen hatte. Das Bett war super und das Willkommenspaket mit Käse und Wein hat den Aufenthalt perfekt eingeläutet. Die Terasse mit seitlichem Meerblick hat die perfekte Ausrichtung zur Sonne und im Whirlpool hatte man die frischeren Oktoberabende super draußen verbringen. Die Location ist super, weil es nicht zu laut war, aber man ist trotzdem mit einem kurzen Spaziergang am Hafen. Dort gibt es auch das Frühstück, was täglich frisch zubereitet bestellt werden kann und sehr lecker war. Generell waren die Zimmer sehr gut schallisoliert, sodass man eine ruhige Nacht (auch von den Nachbarn) hat.

Η τοποθεσία του πολύ καλή. Άνετα και καθαρά δωμάτια.

Δεν υπάρχει πρωινό στην τιμή. Παλιά (με τον παλιό ιδιοκτήτη) ήταν οικονομικότερο και περιελάμβανε πρωινό.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θεα προς το λιμάνι και μόλις 5 λεπτα απο τα καταστήματα του λιμανιού. Ο διαχειριστής του καταλύματος πολύ ευγενικός και πολύ πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ότι και αν τον ζητήσεις. Ταξιδεύω συχνά και μπορώ να πω συνολικά οτι ηταν απο τις καλύτερες επιλογές μου.

We were in a lovely, spacious and clean room. The hotel is close to the beach and restaurants. The room has a balcony and the possibility to sit in front of the view. The welcome is pleasant and Chris helps to find your way around the island and is always available for any questions and requests

We order three nights, but unfortunately were unable to arrive for the first night due to a ferry strike – circumstances beyond our control. Although we were offered alternatives such as arriving earlier or extending our stay, these were not feasible due to flight constraints. We had hoped for a small gesture of goodwill – not necessarily a refund, but even something symbolic like a complimentary breakfast, a bottle of wine – which could have made a difference. In the end, we paid the full price for two rooms on a night we couldn’t use, and that left us feeling somewhat disappointed, even though we appreciated the option of a late check-in for one of the the room.

Ένα όμορφο ξενοδοχείο από πέτρα που ταιριάζει απόλυτα στο τοπίο. Το δωμάτιο αποπνέει μια αίσθηση χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας, είναι άνετο, καλαίσθητο και με εξαιρετική θέα σε θάλασσα/λιμάνι (εφόσον επιλέξετε αντίστοιχη θέα). Ο κ Κώστας ευγενής και εξυπηρετικός, το ίδιο και η κοπέλα που τον αντικαθιστά. Πρωινό δεν έχει, αλλά μπορείς να πάρεις διάφορα από τον φούρνο ή από κάποιο καφέ και να καθίσεις στο μπαλκόνι σου, το οποίο έχει σκιά για πολλές ώρες. Πιστεύω πως αξίζει από κάθε άποψη.

Το γεγονός οτι έπρεπε να περάσεις μέσα από τη βεράντα του διπλανού δωματίου για να μπεις στο δικό σου, καθώς η μπαλκονόπορτα είναι ταυτόχρονα και η είσοδος.

Perfect location, peaceful setting, spotless and well-kept property. Christos is always eager to share helpful tips and advice.

I would have preferred the option of breakfast on site, but there are plenty of places in Korissia or Vourkari within walking distance.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, κατάλυμα πολύ προσεγμένο, καθαρό, άνετο. Το δωμάτιο μας ειχε δικο του κήπο με ξαπλώστρες και θέα! Οι οικοδεσπότες φιλικοί και με μεγάλη διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση όχι μόνο για το κατάλυμα αλλά και για τουριστικες οδηγίες σχετικά με το νησί. Διέθεταν δωρεάν νερό και καλής ποιότητας καφέ στο δωμάτιο.

Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά!

Everything: Incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful service from all the staff, facilities were very comfortable and first rate, the views from rooms and common areas, and the location. It was all great!!!!

The only thing I could possibly think of is that there was very little privacy between balconies

The terraces of the property had wonderful views across the harbour and beautiful sunsets. The rooms were very spacious and well appointed. Many extra little touches that showed the care taken to ensure guests enjoyed their stay. Very personal. Chris's cinnamon knots, beach bags and water , great recommendations and local knowledge to share.

Το Keos by the Sea είναι ένα ωραίο μέρος για χαλάρωση. Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό, τα δωμάτια καθαρά και άνετα, και η τοποθεσία δίπλα στη θάλασσα ωραία.

Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό, αλλά θα ήταν ιδανικό αν βρισκόταν πιο κοντά στο κατάλυμα.
