Nice apartment and close to the city center

Großzügiges Apartment mit schöner Terrasse , alles vorhanden was man benötigt, ruhig gelegen und nur 10 Min. Fußweg in die wunderschöne Altstadt. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, Gerne wieder

abgewohnte Räume; Loch in der Toilettentür; Ausblick aus dem Fenster Hof - Müll und Unrat; Steckdosen und Lichtschalter lose und schief; kein kostenloser Parkplatz am Haus, obwohl wir reserviert hatten und dies auch bestätigt wurde; Parkplatz am Haus mußte geräumt werden, damit ein anderer Gast parken konnte;

This appartement is convenient because of 3BR and its location. Staff is responsive and friendly. The kitchen has all the equipment and utensils that you need/expect. It’s a good price for 3BR.

The apartment starts to get a bit run-down - it would require some fixing and maintenance. Cleaning was ok but our bed sheets had old stains (they had been washed and smelled fresh) and the bed spreads had old food morsels. The bed in the bedroom with a desk was extremely soft - I had a sore back the day after and slept the second night on the sofa. Much better matrasses in the other two bedrooms.

Well arranged, good information from owner, apartment on 3rd floor, nice terrace.

Could have be a little better furnished, require a bigger sofa table.

Location is unbeatable. Just 10min walking to city center.

Clean, well located apartment with plenty of space for my colleagues and I. Check in and out very easy. Hosts very responsive on messages.

We couldn't get the coffee machine to work, but that may have just been us! A cafetier or basic coffee filter would have been a nice addition to the apartment.

Det er rent, redd opp gode senger og håndkler. Deilig med tre rom med dobbeltsenger. Lett å fine stedet og nøkkel, og velvillighet til tidlig innsjekk. Kaffemaskin med noen pods tilgjengelig.

Kaffemaskinen begynner å fuske litt? Kanskje bytte for å spare podsforbruk.

Veldig fint å rent og enkel leilighet, men det var gull for oss som hadde med en 2 åring:) kort avstand til sentrum og rolig å stille omgivelser

Fant ut etterhvert at merkene på kranen var omvendt funksjon. Det var varmt vann der det var merket med kaldt og omvendt. Den ene overmadrassen på rommet med pult sklei veldig av, så måtte hele tiden legge den på igjen. Men alt i alt veldig bra og fornøyd :)

De elektrische verwarming in de huiskamer gaf een vonk en schok bij aanzetten en was erg eng. Relatief duur tov andere accommodaties. Meerdere trappen naar boven

L’appartement est idéalement placé, au calme, à 10 min à pied du centre. Il est accueillant, confortable, joliment décoré. L’entrée et la sortie se font grâce à la boîte à clef, ce qui est bien pratique. La communication avec les hôtes est facile. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous étions quatre ce qui était parfait. Il y a 6 couchages dans les lits et deux canapés-lits. Mais la table de la cuisine est petite et ne comporte que 4 chaises. Je ne recommande pas cet appartement si on est beaucoup.

Les stores blancs sont mal choisis car ils laissent passer la lumière. Nous étions réveillés de ce fait très très tôt… Il y a uniquement deux crochets à la salle de douche et rien pour poser des affaires. Il serait très facile de rajouter cela car il y a la place. La place de parking est compliquée d’utilisation car il faut sans cesse s’entendre avec l’autre locataire pour bouger les voitures si la voiture de derrière veut sortir.

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de tout et au calme. Appartement et quartier très agréable. Les propriétaires ont été toujours très réactives et j'ai apprécié le fait de pouvoir quitter plus tard le jour du départ.

Il manque un meuble dans la salle de bain surtout qu'il y a la place pour en mettre un.

Plenty of space and we used the laundry machine. The owner quickly took care of a problem with the sink and gave helpful advice about getting the Preikestollen the next day.

Two flights of spiral stairs to the unit we used but they had good treads and hand rails. The parking spot available was very helpful. Towels and showers were good. More hooks to hang stuff would have been great. Pullout IKEA bed seemed to be broken so my daughter slept on the couch.

It was in an excellent location for us. All 3 bedrooms were relatively spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to enjoy our breakfast on the terrace. Good shower

One of the beds has an extremely soft mattress which isn’t for everyone. Also we were unable to get the TV to work.

Easy to check in. Car park space was handy. Location was perfect for exploring the area and using as a base. Area was quiet. Unit was a good size for our family. Kitchen had the basics to cook simple meals. Toaster, kettle, microwave too. Beds mattress toppers were very soft and sinky (could be a problem for some). Blinds on the window still allowed light, trickier with nights heading to Summer.

Wifi worked on our first day, then nothing. Communication and help was a bit slow. It wasn't sorted whilst we stayed. No wifi, no tv. Not ideal.

Spacious, good location

The accommodation management only focuses on the issues to her benefit but is non responsive or evasive in answering our questions. For instance, the bathroom and toilet doors are not provided with keys; before check-in, the management mentioned that a second parking lot might be provided for us in another place, in both cases no reply was given till our check out!

The property is managed remotely, so if everything works, you don't come in touch with any host. However if you need them they promptly answer on the phone and Whatsapp. I would like to praise them also for the quick reaction and the workaround I was provided with for the PARKING: A small 2 cars/3 motorcycles open air area next to the building, but nowhere is written that is reserved for the property and there is no bar or gate to prevent any random driver to leave their vehicle there. Result: the host isn't aware whether there is space left and has no direct control of it. The area looked very safe, however parking on the road isn't for free, so it's foreseeable that someone would take advantage of the small space, if no warning signs are in place. Anyway, upon my arrival I called the host and they told me to park in another building backyard few blocks away, where they also have security cameras in place. This one was not blocked by any stranger vehicle so it worked for me. 2 mins walking from the property. Eventually they found the owner of the blocking car and made him move it away. CHECK-IN: you get a code to pick up the key from a box just next the main door. STAFF: nice and supporting. WIFI/VPN: works BALCONY: the best part of the apartment was this outdoor patio almost on the roofs of the neighborhood. Amazing. If only I had a longer stay.. LIFT: nope, only small stairs SIZE: quite large apartment with 3 sleeping room and very welcoming living. Kitchen is also big. CLEAN: yes BATHROOM: split in two: one with the toilet, one with a shower. One sink each. Not huge, not small. QUIET: yeah, it's one block behind the main road, so no issue. Services/Restaurants/Attractions around: 3 mins walking downhill and you are in downtown with restaurants and some supermarkets open until late.

2nd floor with narrow stairs. It was ok for me. Might be little challenging for a large group with suitcases, as the apartment can easily host 6+ people. Parking should be marked better and possibly made closed with a chain or something. Yes it's for free, but in the end I chose that accommodation also because of such facility and I couldn't use it. However the alternative solution worked just fine for me.

The host in nice and response quickly. Have a nice terrace. Good location.

The rooms are too small, mattress are too soft.

We liked the design of the apartment, there was plenty of space and the terrace is very nice, we appreciated free parking even though it is small and you need to leave your contact if you stand in front of the first vehicle blocking it - the system worked though, there was no issue.

There are no proper curtains which is uncomfortable during summer - difficult to sleep without a sleeping mask. The kitchen equipment such as frying pans is already quite shabby, it needs to be replaced. There is only one key for the unit, even though there are three bedrooms, so it might be uncomfortable for a bigger group. There could be more hangers in the bathroom. The location is great, overall it was a pleasant stay for us and we would recommend this flat.

Good sized apartment (we were a group of 3) in a great location about a 10 minute walk from the port area. The rooms were clean, the apartment was well equipped, it was very handy to have a separate toilet and shower room, and there was a lovely outdoor terrace.

The neighbours were a bit noisy (washing machine used at unsociable hours, clearly heard in one room).
