Acqua appena calda nella doccia (ma potrebbe essere stato un problema puntuale) e ovviamente data la vicinanza con l'aeroporto il rumore degli aerei.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Siamo stati solo una notte, Siamo arrivati in serata e siamo ripartiti l'indomani mattina alle 5:30. Abbiamo sicuramente apprezzato la vicinanza all'aeroporto, la disponibilità del proprietario e la pulizia in camera.
Il frigo in comune, la poca tranquillità dovuta alla vicinanza con l'aeroporto.

Juste un problème avec la clim pour laquelle nous n'arrivions pas à régler l'orientation, mais sinon elle fonctionnait bien.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026The accommodation was okay overall, but I don’t feel it offers good value for the price. The room is quite dated, the shower is very small, and only one small bottle of water was provided for two guests. There are also no shops nearby, so it’s worth bringing anything you might need in advance. What left the worst impression was the check-out. We asked if it would be possible to stay just 30 minutes longer, but were told that the 10:00 a.m. check-out was strict. We respected that and left our room on time, but while waiting for our taxi at the table outside the building, we were asked to leave the property because the staff needed to clean and lock the gate. As a result, we had to wait on the street on sun with our luggages, which didn’t feel very welcoming. Communication was also difficult, as none of the staff we met spoke English. The small issues could easily be overlooked, but hospitality and flexibility could definitely be improved. There is certainly room for a more welcoming guest experience.

Brama zamykana na pilota, brak możliwości wyjścia bez wołania gospodarzy. Furtka zawiązana drutem. Brak jakiejkolwiek infrastruktury w okolicy.

Lovely patio The owner super friendly let us check in earlier! He drove us to a near restaurant for free and also wants to pick up us after dinner! But we decided to walked back! Nice easy walk! Also he drove us to the airport for a small fee!

Le prix de la chambre très onéreux Douche minuscule et pas d'eau chaude 30 minutes à pied de l'aéroport ou le propriétaire vous propose de vous amnener pour 20€... Pas de digicode pour sortir de la propriété ( obligé d'appeler le propriétaire pour ouvrir ou fermer le portail) Un logement à Bari avec un train qui vous dépose à l'aéroport est bien plus avantageux.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026This is the place you stay at if you have an early-morning flight and are worried about getting to the airport on time. Luciano, the owner, shuttled me over in five minutes. He was very reliable. The room works best if you have a car and not so much if you are on foot. To find dinner I took a taxi, with a minimum fare of about €24 each way, so it is expensive. I had a marvelous seaside meal at Lo Scoglio for about €35.
Lack of cheap local transportation. If it was around I didn't find it.

הכריות במיטה היו גבוהות מאוד וזה גרם לי לכאב בצוואר, כדאי להביא כריות נמוכות יותר:)

Мы летели с женой и маленьким ребенком, брали отель на одну ночь, потому что была длительная пересадка. Вылет был рано утром и мы проспали. Огромное спасибо сотрудникам отеля, которые помогли моментально организовать трансфер в аэропорт, благодаря им мы все-таки успели на свой рейс! Ребята, вы большие молодцы!

I could not check in til 4pm. And no luggage storage. I came into Bari @ 10am and had to rent a locker. It was a hassle and additional expense for several taxis. Maybe a bit difficult for a lone female traveling

Dosyć skomlikowany dojazd komunikacją miejską. W pobliżu brak restauracji i sklepów. Pełna kontrola weǰść i wyjść na teren obiektu. Każdorazowe telefoniczne zgłaszanie chęci wyjścia na zewnatrz i powrotu. Dużo podróżuję, ale z czymś takim spotkałem się pierwszy raz. Dzisiejszy poziom techniki pozwala na zamki z kodami wejściowymi.

Reviewed May 6, 2026It’s close to the airport, just a little more than 5 minutes drive. The room was exceptional large and with an authentic Pulgria vibe. The garden was also beautiful. The owners were very friendly and helpful as to arrange transportation for me. It was a pleasant stay.
It would be better if a public area indoor could be provided for guests to have food and drinks since eating was not allowed in the room.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026L’établissement est idéalement situé pour pouvoir passer une nuit avant de prendre un avion tôt le matin. Le personnel est sympathique, plutôt réactif et nous a assuré un service de navette (en supplément). Il est possible de garer son véhicule en sécurité dans la cours de l’établissement. Les chambres sont très grandes.
Pour accéder au logement ou en sortir, il fallait nécessairement demander à l’hôte de nous ouvrir le portail. La chambre manque de charme, l’ameublement est vétuste et la douche que nous avions était très petite avec des joints mal entretenus. Je n’aurais pas aimé passer plus d’une nuit dans cet établissement. Nous avons trouver le rapport qualité prix mauvais mais ayant oublié de réserver notre dernière nuit de séjour, cela nous a permis de bénéficier d’une chambre proche de l’aéroport.

He waited for us at the reception even though we arrived late, and opened the gate for us early in the morning, all with a smile and great courtesy. The hotel room is basic, but clean and quiet.

Vonios kambaryje šviesa įsijungia ir išsijungia reaguodama į judesio daviklius. Prausiantis duše judesio daviklis "nesupranta", kad ten yra žmogus, todėl šviesa išsijungia :-) . Teko atsidaryti dušą, pamojuoti ranka, kad šviesa vėl įsijungtų :-)

In verità nulla, come anche segnalato ai proprietari metterei una macchinetta per il caffè. Mi rendo conto che la gestione della macchinetta può essere difficile negli spazi comuni per via del rumore delle partenze ad orario molto presto verso l’aeroporto. Consiglierei di mettere delle macchinette del caffè nelle stanze con un paio di cialde, così da limitare il fastidio alle altre persone che soggiornano.
