Siisti asunto, Hyvä sijainti, tilava, 6 majoittujaa mahtui hyvin. Astioita riittävästi, kahvitarpeet plussaa. Mukavat naapurit! 😀

Wc-paperia ja roskapusseja ei ollut. Asuntoon oli vain yksi avain, mikä vaati hieman sumplimista 6 hengen porukassa, koska ovisummeri sijaitsi väärällä puolella ulko-ovea (väliovi meni lukkoon klo 22). Suihkun jälkeen WC tulvi.

Sijainti oli hyvä. Tilava asunto kolmelle aikuiselle Hyvin mahduttiin, hyvät sängyt. Siisti.

Kaikki oli ok.

Perfekt läge, smidig incheckning, stor och snygg lägenhet, mycket välstädat och rent.

Varmt, ingen luftkonditionering. Det hördes mycket ljud från gatan, kanske det var mera oljud eftersom det var helg.

Labai gera buto lokacija - netoli nuo autobusų ir traukinių stoties, prekybos centrų. Name yra liftas, butas labai jaukus, kokio ir tikėjomės - tai buvo puikus pasirinkimas keliaujant su šeima.

Pieni sänky olohuonessa

Asunnon sijainti on erinomainen ja avainten nouto sujui ongelmitta. Asunto oli siisti ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi muutaman yön majoittumiseen. Suuri plussa, kun hintaan sisältyi liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Majoittaja oli erittäin palvelualtis ja ystävällinen, ja vastasi viesteihin todella nopeasti. Kokonaisuudessaan oikein toimiva kokonaisuus.

Asunnossa oli todella lämmin, mutta tuulettaminen toki auttoi. Ilmalämpöpumppu ja pimennysverhot olisi kiva lisä muuten niin hyvin varusteltuun asuntoon. Isolle majoittumisporukalle olisi ihan kiva saada toinen avain käyttöön ilman lisämaksua.

Ollaan majoituttu täällä ennenkin ja asunto on loistavalla sijainnilla ja aina siisti!

Siivousvälineet kaipaavat päivitystä. Imuri ei ime kunnolla eikä asunnossa ei ole sen tilalle edes kunnon rikkakihveliä ja harjaa, vain varrettomat versiot löytyy. Myöskään moppaustarvikkeita asunnossa ei ollut. Ravintolan työntekijä oli myös ystävälleni hieman tyly, kun ystäväni yritti ensin puolestani hakea avainta, koska en tiennyt että varaajan täytyi itse olla paikalla.

Huoneistossa ei ilmastointia

Siisti ja tilava asunto. Keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Vessapaperia, saippuaa, astianpesutabletteja ym. oli riittävästi.

Asunto oli tukahduttavan kuuma (toki helteillä osansa asiaan). Suihkussa oli hankala käydä ilman, että koko lattia lainehtii vettä. Check-out normaalia aiemmin. Piti itse viedä roskat, tiskata tiskit ja poistaa lakanat. Yleensä nämä sisältyvät hintaan kuuluvaan siivoukseen.

The location and layout of the property were quite nice. It comfortably accommodated our large group of 10, with good sleeping arrangements and spacious shared areas. The kitchen and living room were modern and cosy, and we appreciated the two dining tables – one in the kitchen and the other in the living area. The balcony was also a pleasant addition.

There were several issues that impacted our stay. While there were enough plates and cups, the cooking utensils were insufficient and too small for a group of our size. This was especially problematic for the us vegetarians who preferred to cook and not eat outside. We had expected facilities that matched the needs of a group of 10, especially in the kitchen, but unfortunately, we had to make extra efforts to manage cooking, which made the experience inconvenient and ended up being more expensive than planned. The TV didn’t work, and there were no clear instructions for garbage disposal. The drainage system was poor – water would come out onto the floor while taking a shower, and even after wiping, it wouldn't go down the drain properly. The floor design made it difficult to clean or dry, and because of the bad exhaust system, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom as well. Additionally, the lighting in the bathroom was dark and yellowish, not like the bright white lighting shown in the pictures, which added to the discomfort. This made it uncomfortable and inconvenient to use, especially with a large group. It seems more suitable for couples or a small family rather than a bigger group. Additionally, it was difficult to get in touch with the host over the weekend, which added to the inconvenience.
