The location is really good. There are several fast-food restaurants within about a two-minute walk, as well as cafés nearby, so it was very convenient for getting food and finding places to sit and relax.

We arrived at the hotel around 6:00 PM, which was already 3 hours after the standard check-in time of 3:00 PM, so we expected the room to be fully prepared. Unfortunately, when we entered the room, I noticed that the pillowcase had some kind of substance on it and did not look clean. There were also no towels in the room. I asked a member of the room service team to change the pillowcase and provide us with towels, which they did. Later that evening, I went to the reception to explain the situation. The staff told me that they would arrange for the room to be cleaned and made up the following day to make sure everything was properly cleaned. I appreciated that they took the issue seriously and offered to address it, but honestly, I expected the room to be clean and fully prepared before we checked in. Overall, the cleanliness of the room at check-in was disappointing.

There was no walking path between one south or mrt so we had to walk with cars since the path from back of the building is too far away

Rooms are out dated, not clean and the over all look of it is just worst than a motel.

Room is clean, bed is comfortable, location is good & receptionist is very helpful

Very inconvenient to manoeuvre when I drive my car in the multi-storey carpark. If enter carpark from the upper floor, we need to make 90 degrees turn several rounds till Basement 3 in order to exit Housekeeping employees talk very loud among their colleagues at the corridor

The process to get your access key are smooth, the hotel staff at the concierge are helpful. I like the room its spacious (deluxe room) and It is up to my preference, its comforting and clean.

It's better to have an elevator that are directly to the lobby, its a bit hard to get to the lobby from the basement parking since the elevator had problem.

Aircond ambil masa untuk sejuk. Air paip sinki tidak mengalir sipi-sipi je ke dalam sink. Towel tidak standard seperti hotel lain. Nipis, berbulu dan tidak menyerap air. Tv tiada siaran sebab antena rosak. Tiada kettle. Hanya ada 1 water dispenser kat centre lobby. Jauh dari bilik.

The receptionist is open 24 hours. I chose to stay here for this reason.

At first glance, the room seemed acceptable. However, the problems started almost immediately. When I was about to take a shower, I realized there were no towels in the room. Since there was no room phone available, I tried contacting reception via WhatsApp and by phone, but received no response. I eventually had to go downstairs and request towels in person. There was no apology for the inconvenience, and my WhatsApp message was only answered afterward, entirely in capital letters. When housekeeping finally delivered the towel, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. I thanked the staff member, but received no response. Only one towel was provided, and it was extremely thin and of poor quality. The cleanliness was also disappointing. When I first lifted the toilet seat lid, I noticed visible urine splashes from a previous guest that had not been cleaned. This was unhygienic and made me question the property’s cleaning standards. To make matters worse, the location was not particularly convenient and was not within easy walking distance of most attractions or services. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, lack of attention to basic guest amenities, unresponsive staff, and unprofessional service. I would not choose to stay here again.

Завтрак преимущественно азиатский. Были во период месяца Рамадан, сухур (ранний завтрак для постящихся) давали. Как то приехали на метро и решили пешком добраться. Вроде бы рядом, но прямого тротуара не было. В общем пришлось вызвать такси. Выбрали отель изза близости к университету.

The location.

The bathroom shower glass design. It’s too short so water splashing on the floor outside the shower area, also because the shower head is shooting water in all direction. The. Bathroom door slides open by itself. There is no window in the room. I cannot imagine having to escape from a fire. There is no alternative route to escape. Also the power tripped in one of our rooms and the room next to it. It took few calls and messages for the staffs to turn up to fix. When the manager on duty appeared, he questioned us if we charged something that cause the tripping. We just got back from outing and wasn’t charging anything.
