Reviewed May 26, 2025The accommodation have 5 rooms in two floors with all necessary amenities. The staff and owner of the facility was also very supportive during all the time. We stayed as group of 15 family members for five days and everyone was happy with the accommodation.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2025The stay was very good and clean.all facilities as mentioned during booking were available. The house is well maintained and in a serene locality. Exactly same as shown in picture. The caretaker were very helpful and responsive. Breakfast was good .
There was some issue with the electricity. There was frequently power cuts. Though inverter was provided. The property is little difficult to find, there is no signboard and directions to reach there.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2024The host was honest and transparent - mentioned all pros and cons at the very beginning. Comfortable stay and great value for money. The location is a little remote, so have your own rented vechile. Note: Only 3 rooms have AC. Not all bathrooms are attached. The cleaning charges are seperate(Rs.400 per cleaning). No hidden charges were asked.
The rooms were a little dusty on arrival, since the property was not used for a while. Just air out the rooms.

Jacuzzi was cold water and considering the definition of Jacuzzi is a hot water tub and I had to pay extra for this feature I was very disappointed

Reviewed Jul 25, 2024The place is very beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Best part is KFC, Pizza Hut, Mr. DIY, Vishal Megamart were all about 15 min away by drive. It was also raining heavily and we really enjoyed the waterfall. Great stay definitely recommended, but you should have a vehicle.

No vehicle rentals nearby and property does not provide tea/coffee. The advertised waterfall is not available in. November and may be there only in monsoons Food has to be ordered from online platform which is delivered but have tried only at night

The cottage itself was a haven of cleanliness and hygiene. It was impeccably maintained, and the serene surroundings made it a truly peaceful and tranquil retreat. The quietude of the area was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and we couldn't have asked for a more scenic setting. What truly stood out, however, was the comfort we experienced during our stay. The cozy accommodations and thoughtfully appointed amenities made us feel right at home. The hosts paid meticulous attention to every detail, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The keyless door lock was truly interesting and very convenient. The hospitality extended to us was exceptional. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist us with any queries or requests, and their warm demeanor added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. In summary, our stay at the cottage in Sancoale, Goa, was nothing short of excellent. It was a clean, calm, and hygienic escape into nature's beauty, offering comfort and hospitality that left us with wonderful memories. We can't wait to return for another visit!

Jio Network had proper range, other networks range was weak. We used wifi whatsapp calling when signal problem.

Reviewed Sep 23, 2023We were unsure about the place as it had no reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. The village is quiet and peaceful and is equidistant from Panjim, Margao and Dabolim. We were lucky that the waterfall was still flowing and we had a great time especially because of the privacy. Loran is very helpful. We will be sure to visit again.
There was no breakfast option but we used Swiggy to order.
