Fortune Park, Hoshiarpur - Member ITC Hotels' Group

Pleasant staff and food.

taxi service was terrible organised by hotel m45 mins to 1hour wait

Beautifully located on the outskirts of Hoshiarpur, we stayed at this property for two nights. Had a very comfortable stay. The room was very spacious, the staff very friendly, and the food was very tasty. Car parking is huge with 24 hours security. The view from our room was fabulous. Overall a wonderful stay.

Nice rooms and service.

No interconnnecting room was given to us, we had 3 children travelling with us.

absolutely nothing ruined my wedding day

everything

We had a fantastic 6 night stay at Fortune Park, it’s a cut above all the other options in Hoshiarpur. We had 3 separate bookings, due to room availability at time of initial booking, and the staff very kindly made it so that we could remain in the same room throughout. The room itself is massive with all amenities and spotlessly clean, looking out over the lovely gardens where it was very peaceful at night. Breakfast is varied and delicious with both Indian and western options, the in room dining is a fantastic option with numerous great quality and value offerings. All of the staff were perfect and really made our stay so enjoyable, when we are next in the Punjab we will 100% stay here again!

The food was great, staff were friendly

Too much noise every night, loud music into the early hours of the morning, next door room where were 12 people celebrating a birthday and making a lot of noise.

It would have been nice to get whats on the menu and also the drinks which most you didn't have, otherwise staff were great and rooms were clean

Welcoming and caring staff. Great choice of vegetarian food available.

Beautiful rooms. Lovely food.

Sometimes a little bit of a communication issue with staff, but very helpful.

There was no gym or pool, but was advertised as having a pool and they ran out of beer. They had mixed up all of families laundry and had to be chased several times

No gy. No pool, they ran out of beer and private party was going on our floor with extreme loud music and the hotel did nothing about it. As a result my family and I had no sleep, and were attending a funeral in the morning. The hotel staff did nothing to address the issue.

Breakfast was excellent Choice of menu was very good Service was excellent The view from the room was enchanting

More room availability Gym facilities a sauna and small pool

Behaviour of staff especially Miss Ambika cleanliness and food quality

Rajwinder and Raghav were very helpful folks from Fortune Park.

This is a good hotel with good rooms and good facilities. Despite not being 5 star the hotel is good.

I liked everything except the breakfast.

Staff is a family thing Very humble nd caring

The location was where I needed to be. The staff were fantastic, very polite and accommodating. I had a issue with one day , that was not available . The manager went above and beyond to help us and sorted the issue for such grace. Would like to thank all of the staff for making our stay joyable.

It being modern and contemporary. The pool has not been built yet as it is very new build. Can’t wait to stay there again.

The greenery and orchard view from our room

There was no arrangement for the stay of driver

The property was clean and staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was not good at all. Most of the food had gone really cold and my daughter had ordered eggs and they smelt a bit funny so ended up not eating it.

Spacious rooms, welcoming staff giving space to their customers and no intruding Excellent bar and food

Everything was good but suggest the evening food is little too hot with chillies and occasionally too salty for me

Everything. It was modern, clean, Quiet as cannot hear noise, Near to local bazaar, pleasant location and stay. Staff were exceptional - Everyone looked after us and felt Like being at home with family. Special thanks from Susan, Anchy, Nisha, Reena, Krishna and Bidya - best experience for us - thank you

The staff are very attentive and eager to please, also very polite.
