It was new

We booked a double room and it said in the description 25sqm, large double bed and sound proof. Well the room was around 12sqm and the bed was 140cm wide so definitely not large for 2 people. I messaged the property about it and they didn’t get back to me to explain the possible mistake therefore I have to write about it in the review. Place is newly done but very cheap, we couldn’t close the bathroom door and already so many stains everywhere. could hear everything what was happening in the other rooms.

Das Zimmer hat extrem nach Rauch gestunken. Wir haben das sofort gemeldet. Sie wollten das mit einem Raumspray behandeln, was nichts gebracht hätte, weil der Gestank bereits tief in den Vorhängen war. Wir habe. Dann das angetroffene per Mail gemeldet, leider haben wir nichts mehr gehört. Wäre nur anständig gewesen.

Piccola, ma ben strutturata. Letto comodo, bagno pulito e con tutti i servizi. Condizionatore silenzioso ed efficiente. Self check-in facile e comodo. Anche se non è pubblicizzato, c’è anche un parcheggio non prenotabile a disposizione ed uno a pagamento vicinissimo. Tornerò.

Restaurant below was under renovation so was no option to have a breakfast on site.

La camera non era quella come da prenotazione sull annuncio ti vendono una cosa per un altra ed è già una truffa !!!poi quando la contatto sono scortesi!! Polvere a quantità ed ho pure foto giu tutto degradato !!!la camera era nuova ma sporchissima di polvere !!senza 1 comodino di cui appoggiare gli effetti al lato dx senza tv,armadio ,tovaglie !!!uno schifo!!

Posizione/aria condizionata e silenzio

Un solo comodino, un mezzo armadio e neanche un bidone in camera, solo uno piccolo in bagno

Struttura pulita, in posizione abbastanza interessante per spostamenti con mezzi pubblici.

Dall'esterno sembra abbandonato, non tanto rassicurante. Durante la permanenza, la notte un gruppo di persone si è ritrovata sotto la struttura e sono stati piuttosto rumorosi. Non ero certo di ritrovare la mia bici ma fortunatamente tutto bene.

La camera è stata benpulita e il personale domestico è stato molto gentile.

La camera non è così bene isolata del rumore che proviene dalle camere vicine.

Was convenient, last minute booking. Near a golf, and very near a train station if u wanna go to Lugano by train, or very near italy boarder as well.

A fridge somewhere would have been cool. A lil TV as well.

Guesthouse Magliaso si trova vicinissimo alla stazione di Magliaso, i cui treni ogni quarto d'ora portano a Lugano. A 5 minuti di distanza c'è una pizzeria, e ad un chilometro ci sono una panetteria e due supermercati. L'efficiente impiegata di Guesthouse Magliaso dà il Ticino Ticket con cui si può viaggiare gratis per tutto il Ticino, compresa la funicolare di Lugano ma esclusa la navigazione sul lago di Lugano. Sulle funicolari e nei musei si ha diritto ad uno sconto. Nella stanza comune c'è un frigorifero a disposizione degli ospiti. La stanza è silenziosa, pulita, il bagno è moderno e funzionale ed il letto è comodo. In camera c'è l'aria condizionata.

C'è però un solo piccolissimo comodino da una parte del letto. Dall'altra parte manca, forse comprarlo era troppo costoso. È uno strazio la sistemazione delle proprie cose: c'è solo un piccolo tavolino, ed un tubo di ferro con solo tre appendiabiti per due persone. Probabilmente la direzione pensa che gli ospiti vadano in giro nudi! La mancanza di posti dove mettere i propri vestiti e le proprie cose è un grande problema. Mica si può mettere tutto per terra!

Check-in war unkompliziert. Hatte etwas im Zimmer vergessen und den Schlüssel nach dem Check-out schon in den Briefkasten geworfen. Nach einem Telefonat war eine Reinigungskraft nach 15 Minuten vor Ort und ich konnte mein Gegenstand holen.

Hat alles gepasst wie von mir erwartet.

Molto semplice il check-in. Camera molto pulita, con aria condizionata. Letto comodo. Prezzo adeguato e parcheggio a qualche metro.

Für uns war die Lage nahe Golfplatz perfekt

War sehr sauber,das ist sehr richtig für mich und meine Kinder.Die handseife schmeckt sehr gut auch die Zimmer.

Das Bett zu klein,kein Service, keine Fernseher,keine Kühlschrank und zu teurer.Ich empfehlen nicht jemand.

Однозначно могу сказать, что данный отель хорошо подойдет людям кто хочет получить за не большую сумму комфортное пребывание. Цена/качество - соответствует. Имеется паркинг около отеля. В комнате был чисто. Без лишних посторонних запахов. Работал кондиционер. Чистая ванная комната.

Some equipment needs maintenance, re-screwing ( shower, toilet seats ) small operations , should have medium large cups for the cofeee too

Schade, dass das Restaurant geschlossen war. Der Lärm der Strasse war für uns etwas ungewohnt, war aber mit teilweise geschlossenem Fenster erträglich. Super Lage, die Straße nach Tresa war jedoch ganztägig sehr gut befahren.

Room only had the whitest white lighting. It’s extremely disturbing, definitely doesn’t help relaxing. Room had a very small window, which doesn’t allow any light inside. No room decoration, plain white walls, and pretty small room. Do not recommend anyone especially with claustrophobia.

It was close by the Lugano.

One of the room that I booked was smelling cigarette smoke and all the night long I couldn’t sleep because of it.

Das Zimmer entsprach den Erwartungen zum Preis, entsprechend dem dortigen Preisniveau. Was sehr gut war, war die Sauberkeit. Die Kommunikation um an die Schlüssel heran zu kommen, lief gut aber siehe unten...

1, Ein paar Quadratmeter mehr wären ganz nett gewesen, man konnte gerade mal ums Bett herum gehen. 2, Die Nachtischlampe war von der Helligkeit dunkler als die Lichtausbeute der Klimaanlagenanzeige. 3, Generell muss ich sagen, dass sich die Preise für Übernachtungen überproportional verteuert haben in den letzten 2 Jahren. Gerade in Einrichtungen ohne Rezeption und damit mit sehr geringen Lohnkosten, ist der Preis meines Erachtens zu hoch. Sollte hier ein Anbieter die Abschöpfung unterbrechen, wäre er sofort bei einer Auslastung von über 90%. 4, Das nicht vorhandene Personal hat eine schlechte Benotung bekommen. So lange es nur um den Zugang des Zimmers ging, war die Kommunikation fließend und gut. Als ich reklamierte, dass in den Mitteilungen ausdrücklich darauf verwiesen wird, man müsse den öffentlichen Parkraum nutzen, obwohl (wie ich später herausfand) das Haus eigene Parkplätze hat und ich ein Entgegenkommen wünschte - war plötzlich Funkstille eingetreten. Als alter CEO, erkenne ich sofort, dass dem "Personal" keine Eigenverantwortung übertragen worden ist. Was ich persönlich sehr schade finde und nicht meine Unterstützung finden kann - Auch nicht in einer Bewertung.

Preis Leistung super. Einfach mit Ein- und Auschecken. Alles sehr sauber! Super Haarföhn, der richtig trocknet. Top mit Klimaanlage

Das Bett war nicht sehr bequem. Topper durchgelegen. Duschstange nicht mehr richtig angeschraubt und WC Sitz verschoben.
