The staff very helpful - room service and reception to the max

The food quality is not good at all, most food taste is below average , no variety,low quality, seems to be an issue with the doors electronic lock i needed to reprogram the room magnetic key 3 times and it was very frustrating specially while being wet our of sea and to have to walk all over the hotel till the reception

Sun Resort Review ⭐⭐ Upon arrival at Sun Resort, the check-in staff was very nice, welcoming, and friendly. I truly appreciate the effort and kindness shown by the staff throughout my stay. Everyone I encountered was working hard and going the extra mile to please the guests. Unfortunately, my experience with the resort's facilities was quite disappointing. When I arrived at my room, a staff member discovered that there was no electricity—no lights and no air conditioning. He advised me that he would notify the front desk. After waiting approximately 20 minutes with no progress, I called the front desk and requested someone to come and check the issue. A very nice young lady named Marta arrived at my room and tried everything she could to resolve the problem, but unfortunately, she was unable to restore the power. She offered me the choice of waiting for an engineer or moving to another room. I decided to change rooms, and I appreciate her efforts and professionalism. However, the resort itself is in urgent need of significant upgrades and improvements. Here are my main concerns: Facilities: Many broken tiles throughout the resort, and numerous lights that do not work. Beds and mattresses: The beds are extremely low to the floor, and the mattresses are very uncomfortable. As soon as you sit or lie down, you sink deeply into the mattress, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Food: The food was extremely basic and repetitive, with the same selections being served day after day. There was very little variety. Evening entertainment: The nightly shows were disappointing, with the exception of the belly dancer, who was enjoyable. The other performances appeared very unprofessional, with very young performers and no consistent uniforms or presentation. I honestly feel bad writing this review because the staff members themselves were genuinely kind, hardworking, and doing their best to satisfy the guests. They deserve recognition for their efforts.

مكان اقامه معفن من اوله لاخره ماا بنفع تحطو هيك محلات اقامه على البوكينج ولووو كان مجاني ما بقبل اروح عليه كمان مره ولووو بتدفعولي انتوو ملايين اجي اقعد فيه ما بقبل برك السباحه كثير وسخه بشكل مش طبيعي وملانه حشرات وعفن . هاد المحل عباره عن مكان امراض وفيروسات وهلاك لاولادكو وتسمم غذائيي قرااااف مش حنسى المكان هاد فحياتي قد ما هو معفن ومقرف ووسخ وريحته خايسه الفراش من زمن الفراعنه جداااا جدااااا قديمه فيها طبات مش مستوى واحد ما في مياه ساخنه بالحمام والماي بتنزل بلون اصفر وريحته صنان مياه مجاري ما في واي فاي بالغرف وبجبروك تشتري من عندهم والايسكيريم والمياه بدفع مصاري مش اقامه شامله كذابين وما في اضاءه بالغرفه الكهربا خربانه 😂😂😂 والاثاث كله مكسور وما في مناشف بالغرفه ولما طلبنا ما جابولنا رحت انا جبت والمفروض مش انااا اروح اجيب لاني دافعا مصاري وتلفون الغرفه خربان ما بتصل عالريسبشن بالاوتيل كلو فش نضافه بالمره يعني قد ما اقول معفن بخلصش من هون لسنين هاااد غير الاكل اتسممت منه وش تنويع هني 4 انواع الحيوانات ما باكلوهم وبيتم تسخين الاكل كل يوم من قبل شهر 😂 كانو اصعب ليلتين بحياتي صار لازمني علاج نفسي وبدني من هيك تجربه بتخزييي اوعكوووو محدا يحجز فيو ولله رح تندمو

pessima recenzione pultoppo in quanto mare inesistente con la bassa marea quindi tutti i pomeriggi l'acqua alla sua altezza maggiore arrivava si e no a 50 cm dopo di che non potevi andare in quanto cerano le boe di segnalazione perche' oltre cerano tutte le barche che praticava parapendio e vari sport e ti asfaltavano se tu attraversavi la boa. NO PONTILE , igiene pessima avevamo gli uccellini dentro al ristorante che banchettavano sopra al buffet e dentro hai tuoi piatti se non stavi attento, trascurato in tutti i luoghi comuni i bordi della piscina tutti rotti di conseguenza pericolosi infatti c'e stata una ragazza che si e' tagliata il piede in maniera anche abbastanza importante ,struttura molto trasandata ,curato il giardino in maniera eccellente poi avevi in camera delle poltrone talmente sporche che ti veniva schifo anche ad appoggiarci sopra una borsa quindi si costera anche poco ma lasciate perdere

E stata una terribile vacanza in tutto .pulizie .mangiare perfino il formaggio 🧀 amuffito mi hano datto .se dicevi qualcosa a reception ti dicevano se non ti va bene vai via .dall sudicio abbiamo preso i funghi .da mangiare solo pollo quello che avanzava di giorno te lo davano la sera .abbiamo ordinato sempre fuori quando non potevo andare con mio bimbo e mio marito a mangiare fuori ..visto che sono disabile .

لا يوجد كوبري مشاة بالبحر مثل الفنادق الاخرى للوصول إلى الشعب المرجانية لعمل سنوركلينج صعوبة شديدة للوصول للفندق بسبب انة معروف باسم اخر في المنطقة و في خرائط جوجل و هو فنادق رؤف وليس اسم الفندق ببوكينج الجيم في فندق اخر مهجور لا يوجد بة اي شخص و ليس بة تكيف

Assolutamente nulla

Resort che non raggiunge nemmeno le 4 stelle, classificato con 5 stelle è palesemente una truffa. Non adatto a persone europee, maggior parte degli ospiti arabi, si fuma dentro al resort ovunque, bar, ristorante, reception!! Zero igiene, zero pulizia. Animazione inesistente, spiaggia con lettini tutti rotti, non ha pontile per accesso snorkeling. Pessima scelta

اولا مستوي نضافه المكان سيئه جدا الغرف غير مريحه كل مرافق الفندق في حاله يرثي لها حمامات السباحه سيئه جدا فريق الترفيه او الانميش ضعيف جدا الاكل ممل جدا ولا يوجد به اي تنويع نفس الاصناف يوميا بصوره ممله لا يوجد خدمه واي فاي بالغرف حتي بالريسبشن ضعيفه جدا تكاد تكون معدومه وهذا رأي نزلاء كتير تجربه سيئه لن تتكرر ابدا

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. بالرغم من أن الفندق خمس نجوم لكن تشكيل الطعام سىء جدا وكنت كثير الشكوى من ذلك ولكن هذا المتوفر لديهم و بالرغم من وجود الفندق فى منطقة نبق وهذه المنطقة من البحر يظهر المد والجزر واضح جدا فى الصباح ولذلك جميع الفنادق فى هذه المنطقة لديها سقالة داخل الماء للوصول إلى البحر ولكن الفندق الوحيد الذى ليس به سقالة هذا الفندق

Struttura venduta come 5 stelle ma letteralmente e' da 1 stella. Due settimane da incubo acqua che cade dal soffitto in bagno ambienti sporchi e che cadono a pezzi vetri spochi e pavimento dissestato. Camera senza tenda oscurante e dopo 3 giorni di sollecito ne hanno messo 1 su due pezzi. Cibo ripetitivo tutti i giorno dopo 2 giorni il tostapane per la colazione si e' rotto e mai piu rumesso. 0 servizio ai tavoli per prendere da bere o esci fuori zona terazza esterna o devi fare tutto il giro per arrivare al bar interno. Pochi tavoli per il numero di ospiti che si ritrovano in piedi ad aspettare un posto a sedere. Alcuni ragazzi dello staff sono carini e cordiali. Animazione innestistente li vedi solo 1 ora in piscina che cazzeggiano e la sera per la minidance poi 0 stettacoli 0 giochi per trattenere gli ospiti Socializzano solo per portati la sera fuori in discoteca .In 12 giorni hanno fatto 6 volte gli stessi spettacoli con la danza del veltre e i tamburi. Mare privo di vita marina per vedere pesci e coralli devi pagare e fare escurzioni. Evitare il sevizio taxi dell hotel 25€ andata e ritorno per sharm vecchia ma la fregatura e' che appena arrivi a a sharn vecchia ti portina in un bazzar e ti assillano finche non compri profumi ecc altrimento non ti chiamano il taxi per rientrare al resort. Evitare escurzioni organizzate nella struttura affidatevi altrove o qui su booking.. La.sera nemmeni luci zona piscina Sintesi mai piu li!

Hergün aynı kötü yemekler. Restoranda hizmet sıfır. Şehir merkezine uzak Denizi sığ ve yüzmeye elverişli değil. İskele yok İçecekler berbat. Plastik bardakta ucuz şarap . Sadece sallama çay idare eder.

pulizia e condizioni generali degli ambienti sono ben al di sotto degli standard, cibo di qualità scadente e praticamente sempre lo stesso, con pochissima varietà Animazione scarsa e poco coinvolgente, con attività limitate e un servizio che nel complesso non ha soddisfatto le aspettative. Infine, il personale è apparso poco professionale e poco presente, senza particolare attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti. Nel complesso, un soggiorno decisamente negativo. Non lo consiglierei e sicuramente non ci tornerei.

Il resort è molto datato con delle potenzialità non sfruttate ,la manutenzione generale scarsissima Cibo pessimo e ripetitivo Pulizia inesistente gli uccellini sul cibo del buffet e nei tavoli Mare inesistente, mancava il pontile per poter fare un bagno e snorkeling Unica nota positiva il sorriso e la disponibilità di alcuni camerieri

الفندق معلن كـ 5 نجوم، لكن الواقع لا يتعدى 3 نجوم بالكتير. الإقامة كانت All Inclusive، لكن مستوى الأكل والخدمة متواضع جداً. بوفيه الغداء والعشاء يفتقر تماما للتنوع، وطوابير طويلة على كميات قليلة بتخلص بسرعة والأكل بسيط جداً. أغلب أطقم العمل غير مؤهلين تماما للخدمة الفندقية. لا أنصح به إلا لأصحاب الميزانيات المحدودة. Advertised as a 5-star hotel, but in reality, it barely reaches 3 stars. We booked All-Inclusive, but the food quality and service were very disappointing. The lunch and dinner buffets lacked variety, with long lines, limited quantities, and basic food. Most of the staff seem underqualified for hospitality. Avevamo la formula All-Inclusive, ma la qualità del cibo e del servizio è deludente. I buffet di pranzo e cena non hanno varietà, ci sono lunghe file, porzioni scarse e cibo molto semplice. Gran parte del personale non è qualificato. Lo consiglio solo a chi ha un budget molto ridotto.

The hotel was welcoming, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always available. I also appreciated the gazebos, which were always open and offered snacks and drinks, especially convenient with the all-inclusive option. Overall, a quite choice for a family holiday. La struttura era accogliente e il personale cordiale, disponibile e sempre a disposizione. Ho apprezzato anche i gazebo, sempre aperti con snack e bevande, particolarmente comodi con la formula all inclusive. Nel complesso, una scelta abbastanza buona per una vacanza in famiglia.

The information on Booking can be misleading. The gym is technically available, but it is located in a completely abandoned building with no air conditioning and bird droppings on the floor, making it practically unusable. In my room, the bathtub was also very dirty. The “Italian restaurant” is not really an Italian restaurant, as there are no Italian dishes or an Italian menu. Wi-Fi is mainly available in the lobby, but the connection is very poor. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to Italian travellers. La palestra è presente, ma si trova in un edificio completamente dismesso, senza aria condizionata e con escrementi di uccelli sul pavimento, rendendola di fatto inutilizzabile. Nel mio caso, anche la vasca da bagno era molto sporca. Il “ristorante italiano” non è realmente un ristorante italiano, poiché non ci sono piatti italiani né un vero menù italiano. Il Wi-Fi è disponibile principalmente nella hall, ma la connessione è molto scadente. Nel complesso, non consiglierei questa struttura ai viaggiatori italiani.

Yemekler gayet güzeldi. Maalesef internette problem var. Lobi harici bir yerde çekmiyor. İnternet problemini çözersen otel çok çok daha iyi olur. Buraya gelecekler için tavsiye havaalanından internetinizi en maksimum alın . Daha mutlu olacaksınız.

We stayed at Sun Resort Aqua Park Hotel for 5 days with our family of four, and we left with wonderful memories. The all-inclusive concept exceeded our expectations. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality food. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. Having a private beach and beverage service right on the beach was a fantastic convenience. Our room was spotless, and it was clear that the hotel places great importance on cleanliness and hygiene. We also had an amazing time thanks to the animation team, who organized fun and entertaining activities every day for both children and adults. If you are planning a relaxing, fun-filled, and high-quality five-star family vacation, I highly recommend Sun Resort Aqua Park Hotel. A heartfelt thank you to the hotel management and all the staff for making our holiday truly unforgettable!

Loads of sun beds, was clean, staff were lovely, very helpful, good location, close to shops, beach was kept clean

Some broken tiles around the pool, the food wasn’t the best but could find little bits to eat, rooms need updating. I wish the food and the bars at the pool and beach stayed open longer
