Reviewed Jun 1, 2026An absolute gem of a place! The house is incredibly clean, comfortable, and offers a beautiful view of the pool. It really felt like a home away from home because it was so well-equipped with a water filter, washing machine, fridge, and extra bedding. The mini water park and gym were fantastic highlights of our trip. To top it off, having 2 provided parking slots made check-in and logistics completely stress-free.
We were given only 1 access card, which made it quite difficult to enter the facility since we were a group of 5 adults with 2 cars. I hope the host would consider providing at least 2 access cards in the future, especially when parking for 2 cars is allocated.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Everything was conveniently accessible — from the parking area to the elevator, room, and water pool. There were nearby mini marts and mamak restaurants, which made everything very convenient The unit was clean and had fast Wi-Fi. Basic cooking facilities were available for light cooking, and there was also a washing machine for laundry.
The pool management was unnecessarily strict. There was a family who were happily playing together and laughing softly — without shouting or causing disturbance — were asked to keep quiet, which felt quite unreasonable and affected the overall atmosphere.

We stayed for three nights, and the toilet paper provided was not enough, so we had to go out and buy more ourselves. The biggest issue was the maid’s room mattress, which was badly sunken and caused back pain.😱 The extra foldable mattress provided was also very dirty and similarly sunken, so it was uncomfortable to use.

The parking is on the 4th floor. Quite far to walk to the apartment, which is on the ground floor.

The house is spacious and the location is strategic with many shops around there. It is complete with washing machine, plate, water dispenser, plates, extra bed and blanket, clothes hanger, wifi and etc.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026Det var rent og lejligheden var stor nok til vores familie på 5, med 3 børn. Der var vaskemaskine som er meget godt at have, når man rejser som familie. Poolen er meget fin og velholdt, men man skal være opmærksom på at poolen med rutsjebaner er reserveret til dem der er 8 år eller yngre. Der er også særlige åbningstider i løbet af dagen. Nogle timer om morgenen og nogle timer om eftermiddagen. Værten er meget venlig og hjælpsom.
Da vi ankom, var der en meget stærk lugt af rengøringsmidler, som gjorde at vi ikke kunne være i det ene soveværelse. Den ene holder til brusehovedet var også rustet næsten helt igennem, og der var ikke varmt vand i den anden bruser. Det kan have været noget vi havde overset, og vi brugte bare den anden der virket. Lufthavnen ligger lige ved siden af og der er meget trafik over ejendommen, med både fly og helikopter. Det kan selvfølgelig afhjælpes med ørepropper, og personlig kunne jeg ikke høre dem ret meget om natten, da trafikken ikke var stor på det tidspunkt. Det ligger også meget langt væk fra forskellige indkøbsmuligheder og byen. Vi havde primært booket på grund af waterparken, men kun et af mine børn måtte bruge den. Så det var ret skuffende for min ældste søn og datter.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026The house is very spacious and can comfortably fit 8 adults and children. There are many shops and food places nearby, which makes everything very convenient. The host and staff are extremely kind and helpful — truly 5-star service.
Management is extremely strict with too many unreasonable rules it honestly feels like a prison. Security guards are everywhere. At the kids' pool alone, there were almost four security guards, and many guests were complaining about the same issue. Some of the rules are ridiculous. Our access key was taken to exchange for pool bracelets, but this caused a serious problem: family members who didn't want to swim were unable to move around because they had no access card. At one point, my brother wanted to go out and asked a guard for help to open the access door since another guard was holding our card. Suddenly, a man came and scolded my brother for letting the guard assist. What was he expecting, for the door to open by itself without an access card? Completely unreasonable and nonsensical. This place caused unnecessary stress and turned our stay into a traumatic experience. We will never return.

-The unit got so much hair on the floor. This is unacceptable for me because we can see clearly the mess. -As mentioned in the booking, provided 1 extra bed for each room. But we only got 1 bed for 3 bedrooms we had booked. -The toilet was not clean enough, and the wall got stained, especially in the Master Bedroom. Only little left for toiletries and should fill up before we check in. Unpleasent smell also. The bidet for one of the toilets didn't function well. -Not muslims friendly as we went to another place provided prayer mat for us. But thumbs up for the qiblat sign provided but should place in every room instead 1 room only. -Pool facilities are not following the operation hours. It starts late & closed too early. Too rigid for swimming attire. Microfibre & jersey material is not allowed. But cotton can??? Yes. I have to change my kids' attire into the inner, and they manage to continue using the pool. Not happenend for my family only. Most of the customers faced the same issue there. Management should really improve in the future regarding this.

TV is big, same as mine at home 😅 complete with games, YouTube and Netflix but I had to use my own account to watch huhu.. The rooms were clean, airconds and water heater in both bathroom working well. Oh, the pool was the highlight of the stay. The kids really enjoyed it :)
There were not enough cooking utensils. The host is very courteous to provide separated plates, glasses, fork and spoons for Muslims, but the pans were pretty worn out, full of scratches. Sure we understand only light cooking is allowed, but decent cooking pans/pots will be great to cook eggs, instant noodles and reheat tapau food. That's all :)

Too strict on usage of fasilities. Swimming suit is a must to used fasilities. No jersey are allowed. No jumping. 4 people to used slide at a time.. Swimming pool are limited to 60pax at a time. Security guard everywhere to monitor if kids jumping etc not as a lifeguard. Strict access...must used access card where ever you want to go...must register & leave your acess card to used swimming pool. Playground & slide only for 12years old & below. Cannot simply park. Management are toooooo strict. Boring.
