NULLA. Purtroppo non ci è piaciuto nulla: pulizia molto scarsa, scarafaggi che dalle 23 in avanti giravano per stanza, mancanza di lenzuoli, e di asciugamani che per un appartamento mi pare veramente troppo. Ovviamente mi auguro che non sia cosi' per tutti gli appartamenti di questa struttura.

Non ci è piaciuto nulla ne fuori dove è un po' tutto trasandato ma soprattutto dentro l'appartamento. Dalle 23 alle 03 del mattino l'abbiamo passata ad uccidere scarafaggi che giravano per l'appartamento. Purtroppo dopo 12 ore siamo scappati via quindi per rispondere alla domanda noi cambieremmo tutto a partire dalla pulizia e dalla disinfestazione !!!!

L'emplacement etait top a 5 min du centre de naama bay en taxi, le sécurité de l'endroit avec le check a l'entrée. Les voisin très sympathique...

L’appartamento è identico alle foto, grande, bello e comodo per visitare tutta sharm el-Sheikh. Il personale gentile e disponibile, anche molto flessibili negli orari di check-in, check out. Lo consiglio vivamente .

Revoir le joint de la porte de douche car l’eau coule à l’extérieur sur le sol. Et la piscine n’était pas accessible on la su à notre arrivées.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The layout is comfortable and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. The location is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment was available for booking a month before our travel, so it was helpful

The dishes were horribly dirty. Some of the plates are broken, only two forks, one of which was rusty and another one had some fat on it. Overall, we had to buy plastic plates and forks. Might be ok for a couple of days, but not for a long stay. The neighbors were noisy, we could also hear planes and music very well at night.

The location is perfect. The host was kind and helpful. Nice ambiance with a nice pool

No hand soap. No blow dryer. If you are a female traveler these things are important. Not walkable to anything.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento e devo dire che tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene . La posizione è buona , vicino ci sono molti ristoranti che sono stati di nostro gradimento, e con il taxi si possono raggiungere le località più famose di Sharm in soli 10 minuti. Il proprietario Ahmed è gentile e disponibile! Riguardo alla pulizia dell'appartamento nulla da dire , non ho notato difetti.

Il Wi-Fi è stato a nostra disposizione per i primi due giorni, poi ha smesso di funzionare. Forse c'era un supplemento da pagare , ma comunque non ci è stato comunicato. La televisione penso che serva solo ad abbellire l'arredamento, perché è inutilizzabile. E per aggiunta un consiglio che vorrei dare ad Ahmed , magari per una maggiore accoglienza, di far trovare almeno due bottiglie piccole di acqua nel frigorifero.. potrebbero fare la differenza !

It’s centrally located in Sharm. Spacious. Quiet. 1st floor. Plenty of parking space. Gated and security 24/7. Two swimming pools, gym, tennis court. Ahmed is very friendly. Prepare $10 for cleaning fee (it is clean) and $100 deposit (cash, returned ok). I think it totally worths it. Another important detail - if you will be driving to Dahab or other city - all police officers at stations know Diar El Rabwa compound (elite compound). Take passport with you btw. Also register your car license plate at security.

Appartamento accogliente, tv grande, aria condizionata, letto grande, molto moderno. Buona posizione vicino a molti ristoranti, più o meno in mezzo alle principali attrazioni di sharm (naama bay e el fanar)

Piuttosto sporco :( Il pavimento del bagno e della cucina erano abbastanza incrostati e sporchi, si può fare molto meglio

Size of apartment is great. Good AC. Good clean kitchen with fridge, gasstove, washingmaschine and electric kettle for boiling water. Big tv. Good comfortable sofa. Good clean bedroom with good bed and AC. Good Olex Market close to apartment with great sortiment for such a small shop. Carrifour is not far away of you have a bike. Good restaurants nearby along el salam road. Good gym for training in Diar El Rabwa only 100 LE a day. Good and clean pools in Diar el Rabwa. Very good host - efficient honest and reliable.

Few cooking utensils in kitchen. No deep dish. No spatula. No bowl. No bigwaterjug-pump. Old and worn teflon cookingware. Floors and carpets could have been better cleaned at arrival. There are some cockroaches but they are usually find dead on their back in the morning - Roachspray is effective.

Readers , I spent 35 night's at this STUDIO !! and thoroughly enjoyed my stay . It's nice 👍👍 and QUIET 🤫🤫 , and it's accessable to SHARM , or the OLD MARKET . The photos which Ahmed has on his site , are IDENTICAL to the BOOKING.COM photos . It's well worth the money to stay here . Dale from Wales .

The host was hospitable and friendly, helped us with several things. Nice restaurants around. A bit far from the sea but the taxi to the beach 2-4 euros

Dirty dishes and teapot with mold, lack of items for cleaning: toilet paper finished after 2 days, no sponges for dishes. We asked for it and we were told to buy it. Those are small things but not that I want to care about it on vacation. There were two cockroaches when we left food on the table, be aware of that too. When didn't leave food, they never returned:)

I would recommend this CONDO the Owner was amazing..my only gripe was the cost of the Internet £50 I paid extra .much cheaper to buy a simcard in Egypt I purchased a Voda phone Sim and it was 1000 Egyptian pounds for unlimited data ..overall I enjoyed my vacation and can't wait to return ...

Well equipped flat, it’s comfy and cozy. Initially, we just stayed for 2 days, then we extended for one more day. Coz it’s a comfortable flat, and we want to stay more days. The swimming pool is just at the doorstep. We enjoyed the sunset swimming time. Had a great time there with my wife

There is a noise with the ac in the bedroom. Hope it could be fixed, so the sleep could be tighter. And the ac light couldn’t be turned off after trying many times. However, it’s small issues. Doesn’t cause any concerns.

Bed was comfortable. Air con in bedroom and living room worked well. Couch was comfy. Big TV had netflix, prime etc. fridge and freezer were cold. Lots of pools in the complex, one smaller one by the front door and a much larger one 2 min walk away by the complex little supermarket. Supermarket scanned prices and were very reasonable, a lot of locals there so didn't get ripped off on prices. A 2L bottle was 7 Egyptian pounds (about 12 pence Stirling) Can walk to Carrefour the big supermarket. Ahmed was very attentive and helpful. The kettle broke and it was replaced quickly, the internet bundle ran out and he renewed it immediately. When he was at the shops he asked if we wanted anything and was always checking in. Can organise taxis etc if you want him too.

The kitchen could of been a bit better stocked with cooking utensils. Internet on occasion was hit and miss. Mostly everything was good.

Bit far from restaurants, center...

The most important bit is Ahmed Mostafa, this man is unique. As half Sudanese and half Egyptian I would tell Ahmed is very honest and welcoming he always message you and checks your needs and ready to fulfil it. I have lost the flat key, in no time Ahmed was ready with spare key. He took it very gently and was very polite dealing with the situation. Ahmed returned the deposit and he even refused taking the coast of making a second copy of the key when I offered. The flat itself is very clean tidy and spacious. Really enjoyed my stay there.

I didn't have breakfast. I only have coffee.

Apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, also the location is very centeral and easy to get around. Host is extremely friendly and approachable.
