Wow just wow. What a lovely place to stay at. The house and bedroom itself are well setup, clean, comfortable and peaceful..The breakfast and beverage selection is above and beyond. The shower and bathroom were clean, with a fabulous shower, with heaps of hot water and body soap and shampoos ready for use. The towels were really nice. The hosts are two absolutely beautiful people. Kind, generous, were lovely to chat with but also let you have your own space. Previous to my stay, I had read some positive reviews which I am happy to say were all based on the experience which I had over three days.. I stay at a lot of places, some dives. Some okay, some good some great and some that excel all expectations. This accommodation did excel all expectations which I hope to experience again when in Auckland.. Thanks heaps to both hosts, you are amazingly lovely, warm, friendly, interesting people who care. It's a 20 out of 10 for me and will be for anyone who has the privilege to stay here. You will not regret this..

Manjula and her husband were so welcoming and friendly. They even gave me a lift to my event and offered rides to the grocery store/bus station. There was a lovely variety of breakfast, fruits, and tea/coffee which were refilled during my stay.

The host is very friendly and helpful, even brought us to the restaurant nearby for dinner. The bedrooms are very warm and comfortable, really enjoy staying at your place.

Stunning modern and comfy home. We had plenty of privacy being the only guests. Stayed two nights, getting access via digital pin made it even easier for us to stay out late and enjoy Auckland night life. Manjula is a wonderful host and goes out of her way to make it as comfortable as it can be. Generous breakfast things, juice, cereals, fruit, yogurts and instant oats we were well fed.. We went out for takeaways at night. Hot chocolate was the best and a big assortment of tasty coffees. Lovely plants all over the house. Thank you Manjula for opening your home to us.

Could not cook food. Was given option of using grill microwave but we opted to get takeaways.

As much as you like of fruit, cereal, yoghurt, toast, spreds and tea coffee. Extremely clean, amiable curtoise hosts. Pre much free run of the house. Would definitely go back again if in the area and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Manjula was an amazing host and her home is beautiful and peaceful. Our 2 nights being hosted were superb. A spotless home with the most comfortable of beds and pillows. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Delicious breakfast and amazing value for money. Loved it!

Manjula was friendly and the room was clean and comfy. The provided breakfast was excellent. Access was good as my husband arrived later than me and could get in using a code without having to wake me up.

We had a lovely stay. Manjula was a very caring host and made sure we had everything we needed. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom sparkling clean. The breakfast was also delicious. I can only recommend!

Very welcoming hosts, lovely people. House was very nice and fitted my needs perfectly for my trip.

I needed a place to stay before I set off on my working holiday journey, and I couldn't have picked a better place. Manjula is a warm and attentive host. The place is extremely clean and comfortable. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing place, then this is the place for you.

Manjula and husband could not be nicer, interested in my travel plans. Quiet neighborhood, nice reserve close by for walks and shop not to far away. Would easily recommend to travellers.

No rubbish bin in bedroom.

Nice quiet location. The property was beautifully presented and Manjula couldn't do enough for us. She has thought about everything to ensure a wonderful stay. We weren't able to take advantage of the breakfast as we had to leave very early but there were plenty of options and even made sure there was gluten free bread for the gluten intolerant in our group.

I can't think of anything she could have done to improve our stay.
