BnB Homes Ocean View Apartment with relax Terrace, 2 Swimming pools & Tennis court

The apartment was very well equipped and lived up to the description 100%. Hosts were very friendly and it was super easy to retrieve the keys. Facilities such as swimming pool and tennis court was great for especially the kids. It is also very close to the center of Albufeira and the beaches (10-15 minutes of walk). For a family stay in Albufeira this is highly recommended.

Nustebino kaip viskas puikiai apgalvota, nes apartamentuose buvo palikta skambimo priemonės į skalbimo mašiną ir kapsulės į indaplovę. Atvykę jautėmės lyg namie, nes tokia nuotaiką sukūrė apartamentai. Patogus automobilio parkingas.

El apartamento era perfecto! Ubicación genial, muchisimo aparcamiento, super limpio. Las camas muy cómodas (tienen una cama en la habitación extra grande y dos sofás cama de matrimonio). Lo que más nos gustó fue la terraza, que además de ser bastante grande, tenía vistas al mar.

Fin og ren leilighet. AC fungerte utmerket. Fint svømmebasseng, lånte parasoll fra leilighet. Litt avstand å gå til strand/sentrum, men gikk fint for oss, to voksne og tenåring, fin trening. Vi tok taxi av og til som var rimelig. Vi var veldig fornøyd 😊

Gorgeous apartment, super clean.

We came for a wedding so didn’t mind having to taxi everywhere but least 15/20 minute walk from anything.

Our stay at BnB homes was amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The view from the balcony was stunning and picturesque. The bed was extremely comfy and the rooms have shutters to keep sunlight out so you can get the perfect nights sleep. We were able to watch YouTube on the TV and have a nice chill getaway. It’s super close to a supermarket and around a 10 minute walk to the beach and some delicious restaurants. We definitely liked Alfredo and Staar restaurant. The staff were super kind and let us leave our luggage there as our flight got in early, and then messaged to let us know we could check in early too. When checking out they also let us leave our luggage for most of the day due to an evening flight! Thanks for everything I’m sure we will be back!

Помешкання дуже чисте, затишне та комфортне. Чиста свіжа постіль та комфортний матрас та ліжко. Гарно обладнана кухня, є необхідний посуд, кава машина, пральна та посудомийна машина. Велика облаштована тераса, де ви можете насолоджуватися сонцем, свіжим повітрям та чудовим видом на океан. Зручна та детальна інструкція щодо заселення та гарна комунікація.

Todo excepcional!!! El complejo muy lindo el apartamento super completo y confortable.Cerca del centro y de la playa, pero en un barrio tranquilo. Un lujo!!!!!!

This was a nice place, and we especially liked that it was a little out of the town centre. It was a very quiet area, but it was very walkable. Clean and comfortable, secure in gated community, and directions from the host for check in were excellent.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was great and one could prepare eat in easily. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean with nice tub spa.

If without a car it is a bit away from grocery, shops, restaurants and beach but Uber is cheap and available.

Quiet, safe and secure. Beautiful pool area - very clean , lots of space and loungers. You do need to have a level of fitness as the walk into Albufeira is fine, it's downhill but the way back is uphill and it's quite the incline. You can take a taxi if you wish , but we didn't need to. The balcony faces the sunset and has a view of the tennis courts in the foreground but you can see the marina and the sea from it also. Lots of space within the apartment. Aircon worked perfect and the apartment was very clean and fresh. One thing I would also recommend is that you rent a small vehicle. We had a Fiat panda and we felt the drive into the underground car park was tight. You would get in with a vehicle bigger than the panda but I would prob ask Yana and Oleg first. I'd say nissan juke size would get through but you would be pushing it with something bigger. Prob would ask Yana and Oleg for dimensions maybe if you are driving anything bigger. The parking space to our apartment was right by the door to get up to our block. Super handy!!! The apartment has lots of bonuses, a beautiful coffee machine and beans to go with it. A nice selection of condiments for cooking with. fully stocked with all kitchen utensils you could want. The bathroom also is stocked well. lovely shampoo conditioner and shower gel. A great hairdryer too !!! The bed was super comfy and the security blinds provided total darkness which in turn we got a great sleep. Our hosts Yana and Oleg were great, very quick to reply to any questions. They provided clear instructions for checking in and they told us as soon as the apartment was ready to check in. Check out was simple and easy . This is not a party residence , they are very clear about this . If you are looking for a relaxing safe space to chill out , be close to some of the best restaurants in town and don't mind walking up a few hills. This I sabsolutely the spot for you !!!!

Its was very neat and clean. It has all the facilities you need. Also the daily stuff you need were there like coffee, plenty of crockery, dishwasher and washing machine tablets etc. So you dont need to buy a whole package for 4 days.

From the pictures my image of the view was different. I thought it would be more near the sea.

The view was great with a good balcony. We enjoyed the access to tennis courts too. Good location not a far walk to the old town either.

View was stunning! Host is very helpful and quick. Apartment was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Small details in property like proper coffee machine, umbrella u can take to pool, guidance around the area ect. Free secure car park. The main thing would be ,it really is as its advertised. No fake pictures , not pictures taken 20years ago with wear down furniture. You get what you see.

Place was really nice and comfortable. It was a safe place, swimming pool, garage. Whole property is well situated. We slept very good as beds were comfortable and place was quite. We really enjoyed terrase with beautiful views. Very nice host. Thank you very much. I recommend this place.

Nous sommes senti en sécurité dans le quartier et aussi dans le complexe. La piscine est parfaite et l'appartement à une belle vue sur une partie de la ville et la mer.

L'entrer du garage est abrupte et pas très large et le stationnement un peu serrer. Cependant l'ascenseur est à proximité.

Very nice apartment with everything you need and more! It’s super clean aswell inside and out. The whole complex is well kept, quiet and clean. If you stay here with children they also provide outside/beach toys. Oleg and Yana are superhosts. Very kind and helpful. Great location aswell. You can walk to old town and the Marina but with a stroller it’s easier to take an Uber. It’s very cheap. If we come back we will definitely stay here again!!

Garagenplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Aufzug. Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt, genau wie die ganze Wohnung. Sehr gute Kommunikation und Service!

Die Auffahrt von der Garage ist sehr steil! Ein dritter Stuhl auf der Terrasse, wenn an 3 Personen vermietet ist, wäre schön! Es fehlte ein Pfannenwender. Er wäre auf Wunsch aber direkt gebracht worden!

Location was perfect easy access to walk or take car!

It had washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker. It was lovely to have the balcony for the sun in the evening time. The tennis court and provision of rackets was great for the cloudy days.

The key/gate to get into the apartment complex was very difficult to open. I messaged the owner who met with another copy key but it didn’t make it easier. Many other people had this difficulty. The pool when we arrived was dirty but on day 4 I think maintenance sorted it. There was mould on 2 dishes in the press. The property is in close proximity to the Old Town and a lovely walk downhill but I think there needs to be emphasis on the fact that it is all uphill (steep) returning to the property which would be difficult for a person with mobility issues. 1km from the bottom of steps on the beach to the apartment. I think there should be more notice on booking.com that this is a private residence and therefore no services of towel change etc. The name of the apartment complex is not Ocean View so taxis get it wrong !

Very clean apartment and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable for 2-4 people. Location was great for us- 5-10 min walk to old town and beach down hill all the way - but remember you have to walk back up- hard to avoid hills in Albufeira! Fabulous views from the balcony( loved that the balcony could be accessed from all the rooms) Yana was a wonderful host, responds quickly to any queries and she was very accommodating to all our needs.

Tolle Lage Moderne neue Wohnlandschaft Balkon von Schlafzimmer, Küche und Wohnzimmer betretbar Spülmaschine mit Taps, Geschirrspülmittel, Geschirrhandtücher und sogar Waschmittel waren vorhanden - super! Die Rezeption/ Verwaltung ist zwar nur per Chat zu erreichen, aber schnell und unkompliziert wird jedes Problem behoben.

Meiner Familie war der Weg von der Stadt zum Apartment zu steil. Ich fand den 20 minütigen Spaziergang sehr angenehm. Die Küche war ein wenig zu sporadisch eingerichtet. So etwas wie ein Pfannenwender, Eierpiekser, Eierbecher, Salatbesteck, Salatschleuder, mehr als 4 große Tassen und 5 Teelöffel usw… sollte es schon haben denke ich… Auch war der Geruch in der Küche etwas streng. Ich denke der Abfluss oder die Spülmaschine sollten doch etwas regelmäßiger grundgereinigt werden.

Fabulous apartment, very clean and has everything you would need. We really liked relaxing on the lovely balcony which is accessible from every room. Location is great, only a short walk into the old town where there are lots of restaurants. We would certainly stay again.

Beautiful modern apartment spotlessly clean with a lovely large balcony/terrace. Great air conditioning and access to the terrace from every room. Electric shutter on all windows will ensure a great night's sleep. The pool on site is great and well maintained. Loved the fact that people didn't put out towels to keep beds which meant there was always space. There is a bit of a hill to Negotiate but albufeira has hills so you just have to get over that. There is a path across the road which makes the walk into town much shorter. We didn't have a car but if you do this property has excellent parking facilities

The property is a large 1 bedroom apartment with a super king size bed with plenty of space and a safe box & access to the balcony. The large sitting room has 2 sofa beds (doubles) and a big tv on the wall with lots of channels & Netflix, access to the balcony. Wifi was also good in the property & surrounding area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine, table & chairs & dishwasher. The bathroom was big with a shower/bathtub & lots of hot water for 5 people every day. The balcony has table & 4 chairs to enjoy sunshine from midday until late evening with nice views of the coast. The complex is gated with security, really clean and a good location to the old town, 10/15 minute walk or €4 with Uber. There is a tennis court that can be viewed from the balcony and 2 large pools, 1 for children & 1 for swimming. There was also underground parking if we had car hire. The management team led by Yana were a text away if needed for anything.

It is hard to find fault with this property because it is clean, modern & met the needs of a family of 5 with lots of room for all. Yana had us met on arrival and then was on the phone to help with any questions or information e.g directions, recommendations.

Great location. Excellent communication with Yana. We spend 4 nights with our 2 kids (11 and 16 years old) we absolutely love it. The beach was very close and great view. Very calm mornings and nights.

super schönes, sauberes und noch ganz neues Appartement. ein Traum beim aufwachen Blick über Balkon zum Meer. nahe am Aufzug und mit Tiefgaragenplatz. Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was notwendig ist. sogar mit de Longi Kaffeemaschine. Lage perfekt…ruhig und doch zentral. Tennisschläger und Bälle in der Wohnung zur Nutzung des Tennisplatzes… Einfach MEGA Alles 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
