New 2BR with Balcony, Sauna & Great Location

Aamiaisen teimme itse huoneiston keittiössä.

Kaikki oli erittäin loistavaa, suosittelen.

Lovely bright flat with a huge balcony. 2 bedrooms and a big living room/kitchen. Washer/dryer was very useful. Nice cafe round corner. Close to the centre.

Loistava sijainti, hyvä varustelu viihtyisä, siisti ja hyvät sängyt.

Loma oli liian lyhyt, ensi kerralla ollaan pidempään!

Asunto oli siisti,valoisa.Suuret parvekkeet,josta ikkunalasit saa tarvittaessa vedettyä sivuun ja auki. Parvekkeella kolme eri istumaryhmää. Astiat laatutavaraa,Marimekkoa. Astioita ja aterimia hyvä määrä. Wc paperia ei nuukailtu,eikä muitakaan keittiössä tarvittavia puhdistus välineitä. Asunnossa sauna,jos on tarvetta. Asunnon ovessa uusi älylukko. Vaatekaapeissa riittävästi henkareita vaatteille.

Alkukankeus portaalin sisäänkirjauksessa,josta kuitenkin selvittiin. Aurinko lämmittää asuntoa koko päivän,joten yö tukala nukkua.Tuuletusta sai yöllä parvekkeelta,mutta auttoi heikosti. Viilennin huoneistossa olisi plussaa. Tuuletin löytyi kyllä. Toisen makuuhuoneen sänky vähän pienempi.

Schöne, helle Wohnung mit einer tollen Loggia, die zum Entspannen einlädt. Kommunikation mir der Vermietung war einfach und schnell. Lage ist auch was Öffis betrifft super.

Quiet area and beds comfortable

Key collection from a restaurant, lifts not working (and talking to local resident that is often the case) so carried suitcase to 4th floor. Someone entered flat whilst we were out for the day.

Tosi siisti asunto ihanalla isolla parvekkeella. Sijainti kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Rauhallinen alue kuitenkin. Yhteydenpito omistajaan sujui mutkattomasti.

Sisäänkirjautuminen oli tehty aika hankalaksi, kun piti lähteä hakemaan asunnon avain yli kilometrin päässä asunnolta. Tästä voisi kertoa jo hyvissä ajoin, niin tietää varautua. Hissi oli talossa vuokrauksen aikana rikki. Sänky vähän omaan makuun turhan pehmeä.

Fortunately there was a video to show that the key also worked in the outside door. The caretakers responded to our email immediately and brought us a 2nd key since we were 4 adults. Spacious apartment, nice balcony on 2 sides. Well equipped. Excellent location near the city center and the swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay here.

The only complaint is that it was very hot the first few days and the apartment had only one small fan. Parking in the street was a bit complicated due to 4-hour time limits in free parking spaces.

hay que recoger las llaves en otro lugar de la ciudad, en un restaurante, pero las indicaciones incluso a través de un vídeo, son claras y fáciles de seguir

Todella siisti ja hyvin varusteltu asunto. Aivan ihana, iso terassi!! Hyvät sängyt. !Loistava sijainti.

Excellent location, facilities and interior decor. Great apartment. Very comfortable. Huge balcony.

Nothing to complain about.

The apartment is cosy and well-located. Everything is new and clean.

I found out only after (a non-cancellable) booking that if you happen to lose the key, the host charges you 500 euros. Also, if you need a second set of keys (there are 2 bedrooms, but 1 key), you need to pay 30 euros extra. The keys need to be picked up quite far from the apartment (appr 1 km). These kinds of 'extras' should be clear before the booking, not afterwards, as they are, in my experience, unusual. Also, the kitchen cupboards are virtually empty, with only salt, coffee and tea provided, but no sugar, pepper or any sort of herbs/spices, etc.
