Reviewed Sep 5, 2026I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and it was, hands down, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I paid nearly RM200 for a single night, and what I received in return was completely unacceptable. The entire room was incredibly dirty. The floors were unwashed, the bathroom was filthy, and it was obvious that the bedsheets had not been changed or washed for quite some time. To make matters worse, basic amenities were completely missing—there weren't even any complimentary water bottles provided in the room. Paying RM200 night should at least guarantee a clean bed and basic hygiene, but this place failed on every level. I highly advise travelers to avoid this hotel until they drastically improve their cleanliness and service standards. Absolutely not worth the money.

4 hours of electric shortages at night from 8 - 12 pm . Luckily it was after our graduation day. I can't imagine if the 4 hours electric shortage happened before the big day. (Ironing clothes, bath in the dark, can't dry hair and can't sleep / no air-conditioning)

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026The location is very strategic, near to restaurants and stores. If you come for interviews or works, it’s really convenient. It’s easy to find and pretty reasonable for a short stay. The room is just nice, the cleaniness is pass and good thing the water heater function good enough.
The aircond in my room was leaking so bad that i had to put the temperature at 25c only.
